My wife and I stopped by DK Motors to look at a Durango we'd seen online. I'd been previously texting Mike who was quick to respond and happy to help. (Other dealerships to this day haven't even responded.) Alan came out to see us and was very friendly. We decided the Durango was a little too "used" for us so we looked at a Pathfinder they also had on the lot. Alan gave us the keys and off we went just my wife and I for a test-drive. We appreciated not having a pushy sales person in the back seat, which happens at some dealerships. We decided on the Pathfinder which is a 2009 but it was exceptionally clean and in good condition. We agreed on a price contingent on a few last minute repairs including chips in the windshield. When we found out later the chips couldn't be filled the owner of DK Motors offered us cash back to make up the difference. We accepted and drove it home. I'd like to thank Mike, Alan and the Business Manager Parm who was also great to deal with, for a positive experience. We were happy to learn that the truck came with a 3000km warranty. Mike even phoned me a few days later to see if we were still happy with the truck. DK Motors knows their business relies 100% on positive customer experiences and feedback and they work hard to achieve that.

Their Sales Associate, Dylan Anderson, helped me substantially to learn about the history of the car and gave me the chance to fully evaluate the vehicle and do my own independent inspection. Alan and Gurjeet made the process of my financing a car very smooth. It was my first time getting financed and purchasing a car myself and they both did their absolute best to get me the greatest deal that they could and make sure it was within my budget as much as they were able. Alan was always very responsive to my texts regarding my questions and concerns and that gave me a great peace of mind. He also had a very personable and genuine atmosphere, which is difficult to find in the sales industry. Talking to him was very easy and it did not feel forced. His knowledge and his personality go a very long way and his response to feedback and concerns were always met with an excellent attitude and sincere understanding. Gurjeet was honest and upfront about financing options, and I knew he worked his tail off to get me the best rates. He went through everything thoroughly to make sure that I understood all that was in the contracts and answered all my questions, so I left feeling knowledgeable. The process felt comfortable and his explanations were very in-depth. When I came back in to finalize my finance plan and purchase, I was in and out within an hour. The insurance agent was also there within minutes to go over my insurance plan. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again. Not only did they get me the best deal they could in terms of financing, but they also wanted me to feel like I got the most for my money and extended the warranty by a couple months without additional payment. The service was friendly and warm and it is very obvious that the staff at DK Motors cares deeply for their clients and want them to have the best experience possible. You get a new vehicle and you also feel like you matter, which is something that is unmatched to other sales experiences I've had. Thank you, DK Motors, and especially to Alan and Gurjeet!

There are more than 8 dealerships within walking distance of my house, but their cars were either terrible and overpriced or brand new and waaaay too expensive. I traveled down to DK Motors from Colwood because they have GOOD cars at GREAT prices! I was nervous as this was my first time buying a car, ever... and as a woman, can be easily manipulated by car salesmen. But Alan at DK immediately put me at ease and gave me a good deal on a great car. My nervousness turned into excitement as we closed the deal. I went back yesterday to do the ownership transfer, insurance and plates, which was all done in house and was a pleasant, fast and super easy experience. Alan is so kind and personable, he patiently showed me the car and told me about all things I needed to do to care for it properly. He is truly a caring professional who clearly loves what he does. Almost a year later I had a bit of an issue with the car and took it to a mechanic, they were grossly trying to over charge me even with my warranty. So I contacted Dan again, he took my vehicle to a better mechanic for a way better price. Unfortunately, I was unable to do business with them for reasons unrelated to them. This does not prevent me from leaving my opinion on them, because I was quite assisted by Alan. He is just extraordinary, attentive, very kind and very, very professional! Certainly, even if I could not buy a vehicle from them, I would not hesitate in the future ... He wasn't pushy in any way, his only goal was for me to leave happy with a vehicle that suited me and my budget. They were honest if their were any issues, and are actively involved in caring for any of the cosmetic damages on their vehicles. My partner and I bought a Subaru Forester 2009 from DK Motors in July ‘21 for almost 9.000$. The car had been inspected by a mechanic DK Motors worked with and we decided not to get a pre purchase inspection - a mistake, as we were soon to learn. We were quite happy with the car in the beginning but after about 5 months the check engine light turned on. We went to a mechanic to get a full inspection of the car and to our surprise found out that the entire exhaust system was rusted almost everywhere and that both mufflers were nearly rusted off at flange. Repairs would cost us about 4.300$. According to the mechanic those damages couldn’t have accumulated in the few month we‘ve been driving it but built over a long time. We’ve learned from that experience and encourage everyone to get an independent pre purchase inspection from a trustworthy mechanic if you plan to buy a used car here.

Alan was absolutely amazing from the get go. Not only did he land me an AMAZING vehicle at an AMAZING price, he was approachable, lighthearted, knowledgeable and most notably, not pushy in the slightest. There was a small wiring issue with the 12V power outlet and they got my vehicle in their body shop and fixed the next morning in a matter of hours, and I didn’t have to spend a dime. He made buying my first car from a dealership easy and I couldn’t recommend Alan or DK motors enough. The entire staff and management were lovely and overall great to deal with. I would definitely return for any future auto needs and I want to thank the entire team at DK Motors for their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. 5 stars!

After searching online for my next car, I came across DK Motors and decided to visit their dealership. Having had a couple of negative experiencing with other used car dealers, I was pleasantly surprised with service I received from DK Motors. They were not in your face, attempting to make a sale. Their approach was more "hands-off" and gave me the space to look at the car I was interested in. Alan provided answers to my questions and took the time to listen. DK Motors did an exceptional job at listening to my concerns and addressing them with measured responses. Alan also informed me that the car I was looking at purchasing was eligible for their 1 year warranty because of the kilometers. They arranged for a mobile insurance agent to meet at the dealership, before I even had to ask. Fast forward a couple of months and as it is a used car, an issue arose in which I needed to take it in to a mechanic. After receiving guidance from Alan and Gurjeet (they are always happy to answer your questions) I took my car into the mechanic recommended by the warranty company. After a slight mix up and some miscommunication on the part of the warranty company, Gurjeet contacted the warranty company and sorted everything out on my behalf. I must say, I have been impressed by the way in which DK Motors has conducted themselves. How they stood by their word (Which is sadly lacking in many other dealerships). How willing they were to assist and their overall attention to customer service was great. Thank you again to Alan and Gurjeet. You went above and beyond. Many thanks.

Was purchasing a Jeep supposedly inspected. Found pinion bearing shot and either lifter or manifold gasket needing work. Bought Jeep on understanding that pinion bearing and lifter would covered. While in shop it was discovered two manifold studs had sheared off. This was in a Jeep dealership. Repair cost was 800.00. I took the receipt back to dealer and asked for help paying for it. They spoke to their mechanic who said he didnt look at it although we specically asked him too. Dealer said I should have called them prior to repair. Understand the Jeep is torn apart in the shop. This was their way out to avoid paying anything. If you choose to purchase here do so at your own risk. Jan 14, 2021 Wow. I came in with receipt. Sat down across from than manager, showed what had to be done, how much I paid and asked to split it. You took a photo copy. Called me 3 days later after talking to your mechanic who said he didnt look at lifter after I specifically asked to see if sound was a lifter issue. You told me he didnt look he looked at the rear end. If he would done what was requested the sheared studds would have been found and either repaired or at least i would have told. So no, nothing was thrown in anybody's face, I proposed a reasonable solution and you decided on your course of action. That shows me you are willing to lose customers over $400. That says a lot. I have never left a bad review for a business, however in this case I feel i was mistreated when I was being very reasonable. Well it even gets better. Had to replace engine, and drive shaft. Now I understand why they push the warranty so hard. DO NOT TRUST THEIR MECHANICS REPORT. They missed so many things on jeep its hard to believe it was on the lot. I've learned a lesson dealing with this company. If anyone would like to see the bills I've paid feel free to ask. There's buyer beware, then theres buyer stay away. I truly wish I would have been warned...

My very positive experience with DK Motors demonstrated their honesty, openness, ability to listen to and take care of their clients. Really 5 stars! Best and easiest car buying experience I've had. Got my dream Honda CRV manual from Greg at DK a few months ago. Car has been great and the one problem that came up was fully covered under the warranty. Greg also helped with that too. Got carfax history and their service records when I went to look at it and my mechanic was happy too. I think I got a good deal! Have and will recommend to friends and coworkers. Good mechanically sound vehicles, great service, reputation, warranty and peace of mind. I'm only disappointed that they didn't let me drive the showroom supercar.
