UPDATE: I just was told on the phone that when i got it checked at first that they only decided to make a deduction judgement instead of doing a physical check up...WHAT?????THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN WE ASK FOR A CHECK UP TO SEE IF IT IS BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE!!!!! A DEDUCTION JUDGEMENT INSTEAD OF A PHYSICAL CHECK UP?! WHAT?! THAT IS A BAD JOB! NOT PROFESSIONNAL AT ALL! To make us pay when actually it is supposed to be covered?! We also were told that if it broke at ford it would be covered but if it broke somewhere else it is not?! What!? I mean as it seems it did broke at ford! lol...when it was checked it was at ford and it was supposed to be covered (defective) Now it is time to get it repaired...it is not covered because it is now broken?!...Hmmm where did i missed a part here)!? Well it was defective on check but it is now broken on repair time? Well ford if is now broken it means it got broken by your worker in the garage! I can't believe you aren't following your rules and warranty to cover a bad job! UPDATE : Now we have to pay for a piece that is supposed to be covered!! 100$ for a bad work?! and actually i have lost trust in your company now. Our next vehicle won't be a ford you can be sure of that!

J'ai du lever le volume pour me faire comprendre. Ford TR le moins possible.
