In Oct 2021, I bought Mercedes SLC form Mercedes Trois-Rivières & upon possession of the car, there were visible scratches in the front bumper side of the driver. They agreed to fix it however all they did was wax the car and I still have scratches. Also discovers a hole under the car same side of the scratches. Mercedes Trois-Rivières refuses to professionally repair the bumper to get rid of the scratches and repair the hole under. Very bad dealership, I hope the owner knows this is not how you treat your clients!!!!!

J'ai relancé plusieurs fois le vendeur et le directeur mais il ne semble pas vouloir faire quoique ce soit pour moi. Audi me confirme que les freins arrières sont fini, les pneus et un bras de suspension. J'ai donc une soumission de 3 000$ à réparer. J'appel chez le directeur des ventes pour voir ce qu'il veut faire et dit qu'il va regarder ça et me revenir mais il doute de l'honnêteté de Audi pour ces réparations, il ne les croit pas que ces pièces sont à changer. J'ai donc seulement fait changer le bras de suspension en attendant de voir ce que Mercedes veut faire. Bref, après plusieurs relances, le directeur des ventes fini par me dire qu'ils vont payer les plaquettes et disque et je vais payer la pose. Ils sont donc supposé m'envoyer un chèque de 300$. Ça fait bientôt 3 mois depuis la vente, et je n'ai toujours pas vue ce chèque... haha Bref, je suis déçu de mon expérience chez Mercedes. Je voulais acheter dans un concessionnaire au lieu d'un marchand d'occasion pour éviter ce genre d'irritant.
