Bref une chance j'avais moins de 20 000 kilomètres donc par la loi c'était garantie, mais j'ai dû me battre. Par la suite deuz ans après, mes disques encore fini, ( j'ai fais l'entretien en plus ) et on me répond que j'ai seulement fait 15k kilomètres par année, que c'est de ma faute j'ai pas assez fait rouler la voiture.... J'ai rien pu faire à part payer 100$ car il on regarder ... j'ai également déjà de la rouille après 2ans ... Bref quand j'en parle aux gens tous le monde me disent que effectivement ils ont le pire service au garage ! Ils ont cette réputation très connu d'être les pire ! Si jamais vous voulez vraiment une Mazda aller l'acheter ailleurs que Trois-Rivières, vous pouvez pas avoir pire service que eux !!

Pour la livraison, on nous avait dit qu’ils auraient la plaque, mais finalement non. Nous avons dû attendre à la SAAQ 1h. Ce qui n’était pas prévu, mais c’est tel que tel. La où ça se gâte c’est lors du vol de notre véhicule qui a été retrouvé en piètre état. Le service a été plus qu’ordinaire. Nous avons dû courir après eux pour les suivis. Nous avons appelé pour avoir le détail des réparations sur la soumission, car l’assurance ne comprenait pas tout les termes. Nous nous sommes fait répondre «je n’ai pas le temps je te rappelle quand j’ai 5 minutes » et ainsi de suite pendant 75 jours (temps que ça prit réparer notre véhicule!!). Nous avons fait une plainte à Mazda Canada qui nous a répondu que selon leur discussion avec le service de Mazda Trois-Rivières il ne voyait pas le manquement sur la qualité du service. Bref je ne recommande pas du tout. Le service est aussi important que le produit selon moi et ce n’est vraiment pas chez Mazda Trois-Rivières que vous l’aurez! Allez ailleurs!
