I rode on Friday as agreed, and I was tested and he had taken the time to tell me what he had done on the car, because there were some worn brake components and he changed all before my arrival from Beauce Finally we know what a price is, then everything took place in a beautiful, courteous and polite atmosphere. I left for Beauce with the Mazda, a few days later I contacted Martin again for an engine code that had appeared on the dashboard, I released the code and communicated to Martin, without any hesitation, Martin was proactive for communicate with Garage Blais Mazda in Beauce and took the info and told me will make an appointment and I will take care of the invoice, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and also by his professionalism to want me give good service. He was following up and reminding me to know if everything was back ok, before I called him back, which was my intention. So here's how my experience was with Martin from JR Auto in Trois Rivières. This is not my first used car that I have in my life, around 40 since I was a student, and soon I will be 52. So I admit that this garage amazed me with the after sales service, the best I have had to date! When it is positive, it must also be communicated not to forget it! Pour commencer, je suis de la Beauce, alors avant de monté voir le véhicule, j'ai appelé pour avoir des infos sur un véhicule (Mazda 5) et j'ai été très bien répondu, même que Martin est sorti dehors au bout du fils pour faire le tour et répondre a mes questions mécaniques et esthétiques de l'auto. Je lui est dis, on est mardi et je suis en congé ce vendredi, peux tu me mettre un HOLD sur le Mazda 5 , il a dit oui et même ajouté je vais aller sur la route avec et si il y a quelque chose, je vais le regarder avec le mécano et le changer. Parfait. Je suis monté le vendredi tel que convenu, et j'ai été l'essayé et il avait pris le temps de me dire ce qu"il avait fait sur l'auto, car il y avait des composantes de freins usées et il a changé le tout avant mon arrivé de la Beauce. Finalement on sait entendu sur un prix puis tout c'est déroulé ds une belle ambiance courtoise et poli. Je suis reparti en Beauce avec le Mazda, quelques jours après je recommunique avec Martin pour un code moteur qui avait apparu ds le tableau de bord, j'ai fait sortir le code et communiquer a Martin, sans aucune hésitation martin a été pro actif pour communiquer avec le Garage Blais Mazda en Beauce et a pris les infos et m'a dit va prendre un rendez vous et je vais m'occupé de la facture, j'ai été agréablement surpris de la rapidité et aussi par son professionnalise a vouloir me donner un bon service. Il a fait du suivi et me rappelant a savoir si tout était revenu ok , avant que moi je le rappel, ce qui était mon intention. Alors voici comment a été mon expérience avec Martin de JR Auto de Trois Rivières. C'est pas ma première voiture usagée que j'ai ds ma vie , une quarantaine depuis que je suis étudiant, et bientôt j'aurai 52. Alors j'avoue que ce garage m'a épaté par le service après vente, le meilleur que j'ai eu a ce jours ! Quand c'est positif, il faut le communiquer aussi ne l'oublier pas ! Steven de La Beauce ! :-)
