La satisfaction de la clientèle est importante au même titre que la grande connaissance des produits et des possibilités d’accommodement, nécessaire pour offrir un service de qualité. On sous-estime souvent l'importance d'une relation de confiance avec sa concession, mais elle doit selon moi faire partie du choix de véhicule. Et ça aussi, la gang de Acura TR le sait. J'achète d'ailleurs toujours mes véhicules dans cet optique. J'ai l'impression que défi qu'on s'est donné est de faire en sorte que la TLX, le RDX ou le MDX que vous achèterez soit plus attirant qu'un véhicule identique que vous achèteriez ailleurs, dans une autre concession Acura. Bref, un service amical, courtois, professionnel et surtout "bin l'fun". Ah oui...pis le café au service est pas mal !
