Update!
Greg stood by his warranty and replaced the engine free of charge including the labor! He also gave us one of his dealer cars to use while our car was being fixed. We are very happy with the outcome and truly appreciate Greg! This is our second car purchase with Greg. We were very happy with the first purchase and even though there were problems with the second car we purchased, Greg stood by his warranty 150%. We will definitely purchase again with Greg and recommend him with the highest rating. Thanks once again Greg, you truly went above and beyond to make it a positive experience!
The owner Greg, hung the phone up on the customer before a solution was discussed. If Greg is a man of integrity, he would call the customer so they can resolve this matter.
I purchased a car from Greg. When I first inquired about the car it was advertised as fully equipped with air conditioning. It had a broken fog light and Greg insured that it would be fixed before purchase day. That did not happen and the air conditioning did not work. Soon later blue smoke was coming from the exhaust pipe and the engine light came on. I contacted Greg and he said that he would look into the warranty and call me back. He did not call me back, I had to call him back. He then said he would discuss it with his mechanic and call me back. Once again he did not call me back and I had to call him. He then hung up the phone on me when I stated that he did not deal with any of the issues as promised and now I had a vehicle that I could not drive. I paid $4000 for this vehicle that is broken down and can't drive with terrible customer service from him. My wife and I are elderly and I feel that Greg had totally taken advantage of us.
I am so disappointed with his customer service. He did not offer any type of resolution . When I asked for my money back he hung up the phone on me. Terrible, terrible customer service.
