Not only did they lie about what GM discount was but also lied about the cars we wanted being sold plus lied about the price and hidden fees refusing to show us paperwork Also tried to sell us some scam of a warranty that had a deductible. If you want a GM go to Belleville Peter Smith or other dealer like we did and had a great experience no lies and saved over 10k on the exact same car we had shipped in. Wish I could give a 0 star

My husband has bought cars for the past few years from mccurdy's has never had a problem till a month ago. Went in looking for an encore gx. in a specific color with our current car as a trade in.Test drove 2 vehicles decided on the gx. The color we wanted was not in stock asked if they could get one in so we could see it. The salesman refused saying if they did we would have to buy it whether we liked it or not. We decided to go ahead and make a deal which they accepted with us coming in the next day to sign the papers. That evening the salesman phoned and told us there was no deal saying they didn't think they could get what they offered us and wanted to put our car online to try and sell it for an hour . Needless to say this was not acceptable to us. We went elsewhere and now have our new car in the color we wanted. This sales staff leaves something to be desired. On a another note the service department is fantastic.

Id suggest anyone who wants to save money, do not go here. I got estimated a total on my wipers to be fixed 300 and some odd dollars, and got told I was going to get a discount, but they DID NOT give me the discount as well as not knowing it would fix it so it was a trial and error pretty much, well I got my wipers fixed for 30 dollars at a different place. Do your research. This place is money hungry. As well as attitude is poor.

Took it to mccurdys and they made sure to take every step in having it fixed, and running good before giving it back, and turned out most of what was wrong was warranty all along that the other dealership should have done. I needed a part for my GMC pick up. They called about 2 days later and made an appointment for me at my convenience. While I was there I asked if they could do an oil change as well. I was in right away and waited for it to be ready. About an hour and a half. Waiting room and washroom were very clean and chairs were spaced out. Free coffee. My truck was sanitized and the bill was less than I thought. Very happy and would highly recommend McCurdys

The sales guy was great. The rest of my experience was unsatisfactory. From the waiting to financing the wrong vehicle. I spent 4.5 hours. Test drove ONE vehicle. Brought all the necessary paperwork I thought I would need. Did not know by the end of the day if I was approved or not. But lunch the next day I was asked to bring in the paperwork I had the day before ????. I was given the wrong email to send things to. Then the NEXT day I receive a call saying they are 93% of the way there but when I ask if that meant of approval I was told they could not tell me that. What was the purpose of the call then. Then I receive the call the next day(4 days after the test drive) saying I was approved and asked if I could come in and sign the paperwork to which I said yes. And then I'm told the vehicle I wanted was declined but the I was approved for a different one. I was pretty sure I expressed I was no longer interested in this other vehicle as it didn't have the things I wanted... Hitch, fog lights, roof rack, remote start(for the winter). So I then told the staff that the deal was off as I wasn't informed the vehicle of interest was declined. So they should have contacted me to ask if they should waste there time or better yet waste anymore of my time.

Found only a few employees who had great customer service while a few others had terrible customer service. Tried to give the wrong price on the GM discount (which we had to point out) also tried to charge us for the extra package with oil changes after throwing it into the deal and also did not put the badges on the car but left them in the glove box after charging for it in the price which I only found out when I tried to run into the closest dealership to have them put but it had already been billed to GM and not done. The buying process was easy though and so was pick up. Not a terrible experience but not as well as it could have been.. *Update* took my car in for another oil change. It was booked for 10:30. I asked when it would be ready as you have to wait and was told within the hour. I walked back in 1 hour later and the car was still sitting in the same spot. I asked as I had to be back in bowmanville (where I live) for 1:30 and the gentleman then said he would take it right in!! To my amazement it was finished and back outside within 13 minutes!! I didn’t realize oil changes could be done that quickly since every time we go we wait an hour. The last time we waited outside (covid protocol) in the freezing cold of winter for 90 minutes!! On a good note, the gentleman was very apologetic. I did send an email and did not receive any reply.

McCurdy's fixed the actual problem, then left options! I had laid back the drivers seat of my wife's car while cleaning. Then the seat back would not come back up again! As it turns out the switch broke on our 2013 Equinox, so they were able to raise the seat back to a comfortable driving position! Saved us $200 on a repair we didn't seem necessary!

Sharon and Mary Lynn were extremely helpful in making sure we had done everything correctly and picked the car we wanted. When we arrived 2 days later to pick up the car we were thrilled at how well the car had been detailed. I have never had a car be so perfect at delivery. Jackie helped to explain all the functions of the car's technology and to help us set up our phones and remote key fobs on the car's computer etc. She showed a great deal of knowledge as well as patience. Mary Lynn offered us extended warranties and other forms of extended protection but never pressured us to purchase them. That made us feel good and respected. We had a great experience in the purchase process. The car is fantastic and the staff at McCurdy's were sincere and helpful. Thanks to all.

They were great to work with! My Water pump went when I was out of town and towed to their dealership. Takes to Melissa everyday until they had more information. Had my truck back a 1.5 weeks later.
