Worst service I have every had. Went to get an oil change on my truck. Went yester day only to find their hours were different from the hours listed on their website. Went back today and was told mid may is "tire changing season" and we needed an appointment and a few weeks notice at least. When I called ahead earlier that was not at all what I was told. The women at the service desk was rude and nasty to us when we explained. We wern't the only angry customer there either. These people clearly don't want any business. Go somewhere else. For your own sanity.

After we went back and forth with financing issues on my end we requested to change it to my husbands name. Low and behold we waited over a week for them to respond with a "no" because of default payments due to covid which had nothing to do with my husbands CREDIT. We were lied to by the financer after we found out through social media the truck had been sold 3 days prior and removed from website before we were told it wasn't ours with a fabricated lie. We than were approved through my husbands name after a dealership from Belleville pulled my husbands full credit report. BS service, non-communicative wait for no truck. However buying the same truck for a better price at another dealer!!! Wouldn't recommend.

bought a new F150 six months ago. While driving on the 401 my moulded F150 bug deflector broke off. I took the remained of it into L&F service where I was told by OJ the service manager it would be covered " give me 1or 2 days to get one in". After not hearing anything in 6 days I called. Spoke to Josh in Service. He was very arrogant saying that they are working at the speed of the claims dept and there was nothing he could do about it. He went on to say that if I wanted to get a new one, to come in and pay for it. After day 9 I left a voice mail with customer service @ Ford Canada. Coincidentally, the very next day ( day 10) I received a call to come have one put on. The day I walked in, good customer service should have prevailed and they should have put a new one on without question. I have spent $81,000 in the last 3.5 years on two vehicles at this dealership. From now on I'll drive the extra 15 min's and go to Benton Fry.

My partner Mark and I stopped in to Lange and Fetter on a whim just to browse the car lot, with no intention of buying. We were greeted by Mike McMullen who quickly assessed how Mark could benefit from a new vehicle and steered him toward a 2020 Escape Titanium Hybrid. With Ford's "Helping Hand" and "Frontline Workers" discounts, along with a generous trade in value for Mark's 2016 Escape, a deal was made. Although there was no vehicle in their stock in a colour that Mark wanted, Mike worked diligently to find one in the right colour and have it brought in to their dealer promptly. Mark is already seeing the benefits of a Hybrid Escape with far fewer visits to the gas pump! Thanks Mike, for a very positive buying experience.

Brought my 2013 police interceptor in twice, first time was a great experience. Second time didn't go so well Im finding nuts and bolts in my car they just didn't bother to install. Doug was completely fine with returning my car to me without my backseat installed. After getting them to install it, they didn't install the seatbelt which was one bolt. Just complained about it. My radio stopped working which ended up being a body control module which I had to get diagnosed from Davis Auto, Lange and fetter quoted me almost $1000 for audio control module and marked up my faceplate for the radio because their service technicians clearly don't know how to use the right tool for the job. This was not even the issue so I spent $600 on diagnosis and ended up with marks I see Everytime I enter the car. After the service the 2nd time I'm honestly scared to go back. The prices were bad enough, if you're going to charge that much at least do the job right. By the way, Andrew behind the service desk is a complete tool, I felt so ripped off here I will not go back

I have contacted 3 dealers that are nearby to me. None of them had the product knowledge or even the willingness to search and get back to me. One even said that Ford has not released some of the specs like the horsepower and payload. I friend of mine referred me to Yaz (Yagiz Kutay EGERCI) at Lange & Fetter in Trenton, On. That is a 1,5 hr's one way, 3 hr's both way away from where I reside. I spared the time and went to visit him. Very friendly environment at the dealer. No one asked me for my credit card during the entire process of entertaining different options and payment plans. I got a written offer for the few options that I was looking into. Which is EXTREMELY uncommon in the industry. This tells me that they have nothing to hide and since I get full disclosure of the charges. I left the dealership to do my homework. Phoned, texted and emailed maybe over 10 times for some additional questions. Yaz was very patient each and every time to answer my questions. Could not be happier. This is an experience which every buyer should experience. Thank you Yaz! And I hope that Ford Canada is rewarding and acknowledging such employees who represent the Ford brand this well.

I just bought a new Mustang GT convertible from Lange & Fetter Motors. I live 2 hours away and that was the best 2 hour trip that I have ever done. I had the salesman, Russ MacDonald and he was very friendly which made it a relaxing experience. Russ explained the various features on the car and then we took it for a test drive. Russ and I were able to agree on the trade in value of my previous Mustang without any hard sell or pressure. What really surprised me was because I came from so far away, Russ was able to arrange it so that I could take the car that day. This saved me another 4 hour round trip back to Trenton. I am very impressed with this dealership so much so that I wish I lived closer so I could take the car there for service. Picked up a new Ford Edge on Oct 27 at Lange and Fetter Motors in Trenton. My wife and I love this vehicle even more than the 2011 Edge we had previously and it was a great vehicle. The 2.0L Ecoboost engine has plenty of power and can even handle the 3500 lb factory tow package I require. The Sync3 and navigation package are terrific as is the new auto lift (kick) tailgate. Thanks to Jamie Moir and the staff at Lange and Fetter Motors for making the purchase a pleasant experience. No pressure and great advice. There were lots of great vehicles to choose from so we were able to find exactly what we wanted.

Growing up in the Quinte region, I was very familiar with our local Ford dealership, Lange and Fetter Ford. Owning a business in the Quinte area myself, I know how important it is to support local businesses. I just recently purchased my second F-350 Super Duty through Lange and Fetter and I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there. I work long hours and they were more than accommodating when it came to meeting a little bit later in the evenings. WOW Absolutely the best service I have ever received from a Ford dealer. 10 out of 5 Stars. Some background... in 2004 I traded my Dodge truck in for a new F250 from the Belleville Ford dealer and from 2004 to 2018 I would buy 4 more new F250’s. I traded for a new truck every 2 to 4 years. During that time I only had a few mechanical issues, however every time I took my truck to the dealership for service or warranty it would turn into a song and dance. The Belleville dealership is absolutely the worst at diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues, requiring multiple appointments and time to make repairs. Work trucks are for working and making money, the are not working sitting on a hoist. It got so bad that in 2018 I bought a 2018, 2500 Denali to get away from the Ford dealership. This time round I realized how GOOD the F250’s are as work trucks and traded the Denali after 8 months and purchased a 2019 F250 from a different Ontario dealership. My issue now was trying to get basic service for the vehicle without going to Belleville’s Ford dealer. Last spring I developed an issue with the folding mirror... it was simple it needed to be replaced and once again this became a song, dance and total frustration with Belleville’s service department. One year later the mirror still had the same issue. I have plowed 3 seasons with this 2019 and was thinking it was time for a trade. Frustration with Belleville’s Ford service had me visiting Belleville’s Dodge dealership for a 3/4 ton. OK back to Lange & Fetter... My 2019 F250 developed a noise last week while sitting at stop lights or anytime I had my foot on the brake. No way was I going to waste my time in Belleville and I made an appointment in Trenton at Lange & Fetter. I dropped the truck off with the service department and explained my issue and left. Later that day I got a call from their service advisor Sherry. Sherry explained to me that there was a catastrophic failure of the torque converter and before I could even respond she said a new transmission had been ordered under warranty and asked if I needed a loaner vehicle because this will likely take a few days to repair. WOW. The next morning Sherry called to say my transmission had arrived overnight and my truck would be ready by the end of the day. WOW. Around 4pm Sherry called to say my truck was ready for pickup. WOW. During this 4pm phone conversation, I was told everything was under warranty and no charge. WOW. Before Sherry hung up, she told me that my mirror was also being replaced under warranty and free of charge. WOW. Thank you Sherry for the best experience I have ever had with Ford service. 10 stars out of 5. I am back to not only loving my F250’s but Ford’s service as well.‼️ So I guess my next trade will be for another Ford at my new Ford Dealership, Lange and Fetter. Love my Ford’s just can’t figure out why their dealership’s can’t all be more like Lang & Fetter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible service department! The day I bought my truck the ac did not work, the engine light flashes when going threw car washes, the backup sensor gives false reading, and the bumper was touching the box. When I address this with the service department they said the ac did work and there were no issues with the truck and blamed me for damaging the bumper on my truck. Glad there are many other Ford dealers in the area who are better and more customer service oriented who were will to take my concerns more serious and fix my truck for me !

The staff was professional and listened to my needs to get me into the vehicle that was right for me, not at the highest price point they could squeeze out of me. Their options for after care and after market warranty was better than I have ever heard of. 10 years 200,000km for pretty much everything but the tires. Includes all prescribed service routines and lifetime on the body. Finally the new ten speed electronic transmission got me back into a half-ton saving me purchase price and fuel with the ability to pull more than 10,000lbs on a 6 cylinder engine. All in all, as long as the warranty proves to be what I was promised it is I will never look back. I should mention that for almost 2 decades before this I have always been a Dodge man but I couldn't pass on the opportunity than I received at my small town local dealer.

When I first walked in the door to look for a vehicle I was treated with respect and as given all of the salesmans attention and he was not pushy. I know that he was there to make money but he was soooo awesome just an absolute gem. I ended up buying an Explorer , and I was quite a happy customer. After purchasing the Explorer there was a few things that were wrong and needed to be taken care of. The problem still exists and they can't find the problem yet our own mechanic told Victor what is wrong but I am still waiting for the proper service to be done and done under the warranty. It just sickens me and leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth. If it doesn't get fixed soon there will be something done about it trust me and your business will be mud.

We found out that it did not fit in the garage, so when we got back we just happened to be looking at a new Edge. Mike mentioned that he had a used Edge with 41000 km on it so we took it out for a test drive. We fell in love with the luxury of the Edge Limited, leather seats, sunroof, all power, everything we were looking for in our new truck for less money. We ended up doing a cash deal with our trade in. We are enjoying the comfort, after driving a truck for the last 5 years, it is a bit different but I am adjusting well and it is definitely easier for Ted to get in and out of. Took my truck in for a simple oil change my appointment was book for 1pm the receptionist said the vehicle ahead of me need some unexpected attention and it would be about a hour before they could start. By 4 o'clock I was fed up with waiting and had to call to find out what was taking so long. Receptionist said it was just getting finished. I feel 3.5 hours is just unexctable for an oil change and I will be thinking twice about where to take my truck for the next oil change.

If I could have given this dealer zero stars I would have. When I got my truck back in July I went in and gave my preauthorized debit form to have my automatic payments come out, for the first 5 months of having the truck I have had to pay all the payments manually because the payments weren’t coming out like they were supposed to. For the first two weeks my old car payment came out which I didn’t even have and my new truck payment didn’t come out. A month later I get a call saying I owe $700 because they didn’t receive payment (the payments should have been coming out automatically). I have bought 5 cars total in my life and have never had the problems with the dealers that I have had with Lange and Fetter. About two weeks my windshield cracks (in a brand new truck) nothing hit me and the crack is on the inside of the windshield, I call the dealer upset and angry because of the problems I have had and the sales manager says “well sometimes these things happen”. I would never tell an unhappy customer that sometimes people just aren’t happy with the service and offer nothing to try to make things better. Everything seemed good when I was buying the truck but when I was frustrated and upset they offer nothing to help and just say things happen. I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here after the problems I’ve had.

Not happy. Today I took my Ford Escape in to have my snows changed to my summer tires- I had a 3 o'clock appointment and was told when booking that it would take 1 hour. The summer tires were on rims. When I returned at 4:05 my car had not even gone into the shop. Very inconvenient when there is no access to a waiting room and I come from a distance away. Awful customer service. Booked a simple oil change and check out an apparent computer problem. As well asked them to check shuttering transmission on my 2012 focus with 29,815 km on it. Signed papers to do the work come to find out.....they signed me up for the "works oil change" which includes oil and filter, tire rotation,multi point and brake inspection , battery test and inspection and fill up fluids for 59 dollars. They then charge seperately for the engine oil, fluid recycling fee, oil filter, and windshield washer fluid. I ciuld of bought 2 bottles of w/w fluid for what they charged to top it up (almost 5 dollars) Even tho it says the oil change includes this. I told them I didn't want the "works" because I had just had my tires rotated. The guy at the counter was totally arrogant. He pointed to the paper and said thats what i signed for. I DIDNT NEED TIRES ROTATED. Couldn't believe it they put the worst tires on the front and better tires on the back. Had to come home and have my husband RE rotate them. How does a 59 dollar inclusive oil change wind up costing 84.70? And it took 2.5 hours to get this done. Charged 109 dollars to do a diagnostic check only to tape up 2 wires and left the wiring harness hanging by the trunk. Not happy at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE EVER. Feeling ripped off. Any further service I will be going to Bentonville fry or Doug Hunter

Checked online to find it's an ongoing issue that Ford refuses to acknowledge. Totally not impress with this dealership. Good thing we purchased elsewhere. I met with Clay who showed me a few options and one specifically that I fell in love with the 2018 Explorer! I was able to trade my Escape in for the explorer with no issues!!
