I will never go back to this place. Vehicles are over priced and not negotiable. Staff is not friendly. Shop rates are very high as well.

Don't waist your money on these people. They don't show payments towards your credit. Everything about them is not legit!!!!! You pay the Tax/down payment of 1100 plus to put the vehicle in their name! When life throws a curve ball at ya and you have just a few more payments left to pay! They come around 7pm at night with a truck load of people and yell in your yard. They don't keep receipts for payments you made out of the blue! no receipt, no proof you paid. 100% THUMBS DOWN. 100% you will get screwed even in the smallest way's for them to gain.

They ripped my dad off and also "Lost" receipts we paid that car off and they still wanted more money. SCAM. This comapny is a joke and the cars they have are pieces of crap. Stay far from this rip off.

I love dealing with the staff at City Auto. They helped my sister buy 2 cars and she has "NO CREDIT" but they still let her take 2 vehicles to get my nieces to school and my sister to work. Just be honest with them and they will be honest with you. Great place to buy a car!

I've had 2 vehicles from city auto and I haven't had any problems like most people claim. I'm a day late on my payment (heading there right now) and I'm not being hassled. They know my address and weather has been terrible so they must just automatically be giving me a tiny bit of leeway. I can't complain about the price.

I've dealt with City Auto for probably 8 yrs now and even brought my family in to buy. When buying you have to remember these cars come from auction and anything wrong may not be realized right away. The trick is to drive a purchased car for a week and go back with a list of the problems within that week. The other trick is if you are going to be late with a payment call them! The staff have always been very accommodating to me. After the warranty time the staff have always helped me out when I've had issues with the vehicle. I gave 4 stars only because a couple of times the mechanics have been busy elsewhere and I had to wait for my vehicle. I can afford to go elsewhere but I keep going back to where I know I'm going to be dealt with fairly. PS. I am not a family member.

Nice ride They kept there word and fixed anthing I could find wrong in 60 days After the 60 days were up they helped me fix problems that you can not predict would happen. $for $.I thought that was a cool thing to do.

I am a friend of james rowe. I have also got a vehicle.from these people. They are not honest, very unprofessional and a thieves who will say and do anything to take.your money. Ken is a crook thief and very unprofessional. When i see him hes getting knocked out. PLZ NO ONE (I REPEAT NO ONE) BUY RENT LEASE NOTHING FROM THESE GUYS
