Great general manger they have here, good place to buy a car but not to fix a car. Fixing my car here was not the best choice made this year. I was given a car to drive but 3months was too long to diagnose and fix a 2015 car. It's not rocket science.

Almost perfect service. So far the repairs seem to be holding up. Vehicle was at Rock Country for nearly 3 weeks. Would’ve been nice for the vehicle to be cleaned before it was picked up. Besides that, all is good.

You need to change the name from quick lube to Not So Quick Lube. When did you stop using the quick lube bay as it was intended. You use to be able to drive in, have oil changed and pay without even leaving your vehicle. Now you have to get out because they drive your vehicle elsewhere to do the oil change. Also you use to get a paper with info on tires or anything else that is taken care of during the quick lube. Next time I will book it in or go elsewhere.

Terrible service. After dropping our truck off, we were unable to get a hold of the service department for 4 days, despite calling for multiple days and leaving numerous messages. After finally speaking to the service department, we were assured our truck would be ready to pick up when we returned to Thompson in 3 days, as we live out of town. Upon arriving to pick up our truck after 10 days total, we were told the work still was not complete. At no point were we contacted by the dealership concerning the delay. The entire service department seems disorganized and poorly run. We will now be taking our truck to a different garage for competent service.

Windshield wiper blade broke. Phoned to see about a new one and was told to drive up to the lube bay door. I was taken in right away and had the wiper blades replaced. Service was wonderful.

Out of town customer. Not happy with service. No start Tuesday morning. I understand they were busy with the cold week but kept promising to look at my truck all week. Finally got it repaired Friday (big repair bill). Had to stay in Thompson Friday night. No start Saturday morning again. Same problem. Service Dept not open Saturday. Has to call local auto shop. Knew right away what problem was. Had me up and going in 4 hours but had to pay for another tow and repair.

I’ll give you 5 stars Ramesh if you deliver my truck by Saturday. Friday March 6th Ramesh pulled through and delivered my truck earlier then expected. I went to Rock Country because they had the truck I was looking for with the exceptional discounts. I met great staff members from Management to Finance. Everything was transparent and made my purchase flawless. I recommend Rock Country and Ramesh if you are looking for your next GMC purchase. ????????

This service experience cause me to trade my truck in at twin motors and I will never again be a Chevrolet customer. I called Monday 25th to make a service appointment, Angelo picked up and "made" me an appointment for 1200pm on Jan 27th. not only did he NOT make a service appointment, the time he made the appointment for a time when the shop isn't even working. my significant other drove 4 hours from Gillam just be told there was no appointment and to sit in the dealership for 5 hours to be told it cannot be fixed. I must clarify that this is the fourth time I have been to a GM dealer to fix this issue Sheldon SAW the check engine light and did not take the proper steps to get the mechanic to scan the code before turning the truck off. At no point in time did Sheldon go out of his was to tell my partner what the status of my truck in the shop was or give her an update on when she can leave so she can start her four hour drive back to Gillam. She had to go to him. it took 2 hours for anyone to even start the diagnosing process. you had the audacity to CHARGE me for this experience and when I asked Sheldon to give me a call so I could talk to him about it all he did was hurry my partner out of the dealership and not return my phone call. if it was I who was at the dealership I never would have paid for this. this is the worst experience I have had at a dealership to date. I will do everything I can to make sure none of my co-workers or friends/family buy a Chevrolet especially at rock country GM
