This dealer does not do their homework on used vehicles. Rediculous. Purchased a truck from them in 2015. They changed the price (up) the day I came into see it. Had a lame excuse. I did end up purchasing because I wanted to get rid of the car I hated. A year later I went to purchase extended warranty. Luckily I shopped around. And 1 manager said. Your truck already has extended warranty attached to it. This mazda dealer did not even tell me this. Nor did they know apparently. So again. A fail on their end. Had I not of shopped around. I would have spent $4,000 on warranty I didn't need. Next issue. The dealer you purchase the vehicle from. Needs to transfer your extended warranty to the new owners name within 30 days. Or it cannot be done. Well. Because these guys didn't inform me. I couldn't get the existing warranty transferred to my name. Until I found a dealer that was willing to help me out. 2 years later. When I went to trade the truck I purchased from them. Turns out. It was involved in an accident with almost 10k in front end damage. They played stupid again. Surprise. And I lost 20% on trade!

Be aware of poor communication and poor service with this dealer. On Monday March 14/18 at 8 a.m. I dropped off my son's 2014 Mazda 2 with brake problems which had started a few days prior. Thinking it was worn pads on the front I had a mechanic with 25 years experience change the pads and rotors on the weekend before but still had a soft pedal. Knowing the car was under warranty I took it to Sydney Mazda for diagnosis and hopefully repair. I knew I was dropping it and did not have an appointment but the car was not safe to drive and did not mind waiting a couple of days for diagnosis. I received a call later in the day (voice mail left on my phone) that the brake fluid was "contaminated" with some kind of chemical and that the master cylinder may be gone along with the ABS module. They suggested the shop that did the brake work on the front may have put the wrong fluid in but had no proof of what the contamination was. I was present when the brakes were done and no fluid was added. I visited the dealer early the next day (Tuesday) and spoke to the mechanic that worked on the car and he showed me two clear bottles of fluid and one appeared a bit darker. Assuming I had to fix the car either way I told him to proceed with further diagnosis and to provide an estimate of parts and labour so I could move forward with action. At this point having a valid Mazda warranty meant nothing but what can you do ? Three days went by and I did not receive a phone call or any communication from the dealer whatsoever even though I had provided different numbers to be reached at. I had finally had enough dealing with this unacceptable service and picked up the car today Friday March 18/18 not repaired or even looked at since Monday before and paid the $185 incomplete diagnosis bill and left. If this is the type of service one can expect I think a prospective buyer should look elsewhere. When I calmly expressed my displeasure of the lack of communication with the girl at the service desk she said "it has been a really busy week". I told her someone should have made a quick call and told me they were too busy to work on my son's car or at the very least they would TRY and get to it soon. I personally think they should stick to oil changes and tire swaps.

These asshats treated some friends of mine poorly. (Swearing on the phone, misquoting their prices, etc). My friend wrote a negative review on Facebook and shortly afterwards they disabled their Facebook reviews altogether. I made a post on their Facebook Page saying how it's interesting that they disabled their Facebook review feature. Lo and behold, they DELETE/hide my comment. Considering that the few visitor posts they have on their page are positive, it makes me believe they delete all of their negative comments. Explains why their Facebook seems positive while their presence on Google PLUS is negative. Because you can't delete google reviews.

We went there for break inspection and they said it was brand new but we don't feel that so we inspected from somewhere else and they said that we have to change our rotors and break pads because they are gone. But Sydney Mazda just said it's brand new and they take there money and don't give us the right suggestion.

A while back I was going to buy a Mazda in town, I decided not to after I first visit this dealship. It's the professional scammers' talk. You bascially get no information about the car except the money they want you to pay. I ended up driving couple hours from town to get a Mazda and I'm glad I did. The people here can make you feel bad buying the right car. I go to the dealship ever once in a while for neccessary things, and I do not recall anytime I got a good service. Recently I once again visit the dealship only for a small rubber part for the car. I stand half hour in front of the maintaince department and no one is willing to talk to me, they just pass by even they see me. I went back to the front desk ask the lady if the department actually open today. She told me to "stand up so they can see you." ?? I gave up at an hour and did not buy anything for the day. If anything come across in the future and I have to go to the only dealership in town, I would very much like to drive hours away to antother dealship instead of giving my time to them.

Went into look at a used Mazda on June 2nd 2020 found a great vehicle with my dad or so I thought ???? So I get the car home and notice chips in the hood, a chip in the windshield, wiper blades were not wiping the windows properly and I found the brakes were dragging. Took it back to Mazda June 3 to have these problems corrected told me brakes are fine, filled the crack, put new wiper blades on (had to get them replaced again) and they took it in to "fix" the chips came out horrible and a fresh MVI. So I wanted that fixed seeing as I'm spending alot of money on a car and the sales rep said "that isn't alot of money" ok ???? after him saying ill call you next Wednesday June 10 to have the hood repainted. ???? great. Waited and no phone call, called and had the run around for the rest of that week. Went in the dealership Monday June 22 finally got a paper stating they will fix the hood, brought up the brakes again no no they are fine. Took a trip the next day, got a nail called Mazda because i had tire and rim warranty only to find out not Canada wide, alright June 24 took it to have the tire replaced askes them to have a look at brakes. Picked car up, front brakes are 5-6MM and back was 3MM that wasn't even up to standard to pass an inspection. So I finally got back, and took it today June 29 to discuss the brakes again, Jim Andrea who sold me the car said they are fine handed hom the paper showing the brakes are not up to code, he went off in back, came back showing the front brakes were a 7 and the back were a 5 and told me that I purchased the car at 64519 or so in fact I did not and handed him the MVI certification showing the correct KM at that time of inspection. He left again, came back and said listen i don't trust your mechanic and I know these brakes were good. I said listen heres the problem, you stickered a car with bad brakes and what if I had not noticed it would have became worse told him that is unacceptable and ill leave the car here. He got in my face screaming saying I won't be bullied. Right, because i wanted to make sure I have good brakes for me and my family BUT IM A BULLY? Ok???? So they canceled the tire and rim protection without my consent, fine! Had my dad go see the GM to show him the papers from the other shop and MVIC GM said you'rea bully seriously over brakes? (I understand the brakes are not alot of money but it's the principal) he told my father to never come back to Mazda again. My dad said fine, ill leave the car here. GM finally got Rob the service manger came out took car out to the bay and called my dad in and said it was 4 MM(Which was 3 MM) you can hear them grind. After all that the put the brakes on. I will never in my life buy, trade or recommend anyone to buy from here. Nothing but crooks, you're friend when you buy the car soon as you leave its all down hill. NEVER AGAIN! Thank you for the unpleasant experience!

Long roads trips are very comfortable for me and my husband Glenn. All around excellent condition and vehicle quality of driving.
