Heck of a buisness, was well taken care of from the moment I walked through the doors. Have dealt with other dealerships in the past but this one sure sets the standard. My sales associate Jordan Poitras made sure I was well taken care of from the time I ordered the truck to the time I received it and beyond. Thanks Doyle Dodge!

Leads and Designs

Brought my charger in for an airbag recall. At the same time I had them inspect a gear shift problem and splash guard issue. 1. Quoted 600 for splash guard ( 2 parts + hardware ) 2. They charged me 210 to diagnose the gear shift issue but were still not 100% sure what I needed. They recommended further diagnose to find the main issue. I was told by the service person I might need a new shifter that may cost around 1000.00 but further investigation is needed to know for sure. I told them to not continue and I will pick the car up as I knew both issues they were wrong on. They were either overcharging me large or just did not have the knowledge needed for this issue. I took the car to my local mechanic that I would have anyways if not for the airbag recall. #1 Splash guard cost 150.00 installed. The hardware and 2nd guard was not needed as Doyle's said it was. #2 My mechanic took a 30 second look at the gear shift and knew what the problem was. Fixed in one hour. Cost 90.00 I understand every business needs to make a profit. But, these tactics are unacceptable. How can one mechanic know an issue in 30 seconds where Doyle's with a fleet of " experienced " Dodge mechanics not be 100% sure of the issue and still charge you for diagnosis and wants to charge you for further investigation. Everyone is free to bring their vehicle where they like to get work done on it, so I will not tell you to not go to Doyle's. But I will say you will not see me step foot in there ever again.

Purchasing my vehicle was great with Jen in 2018. However, the service I have received from the so called Service Department has been less than wonderful. I have brought my vehicle in on several occassions where apparently nothing is wrong with it, but somehow the change this that and the other thing so that it works better. So obviously something was wrong. They made us for for over an hour just to get our rental that they said would be ready for a specific time. They were unprofessional in front of customers and also gave me the wrong phone number for Road Side Assistance. Had to Call Laurentian Chrysler for the correct number while my keys were locked inside my vehicle with it running. Likely won't be a returning customer.

Five stars for the sales rep, Justin C. Very much so appreciated his part in the purchase of my vehicle. Knowledgeable and respectable. Service department is good, prompt and courteous. The collision center fixed my trim issue without an appointment in the matter of minutes, which was extremely helpful and appreciated. The managers are flaky though. When called, they do not return your call, and it is hard to get a hold of them otherwise. The one, Aaron was quite blunt and also not interested in customer service when we had to deal with him. Besides that, I would give them five stars.

I went in with my new 2015 (3 month old) truck bought at another dealership to get tires checked due to a vibration at highway speeds. I was assuming a re-balancing was required and told the service manager that I had 35" aftermarket tires (and other modifications) on the truck as part of the truck purchase. Installed by the dealership before delivery. He looked at me with a stone-face and said it won't be covered because it isn't factory default tires. I questioned him regarding this policy as it shouldn't matter which tires I had installed "at the dealership before delivery", you should cover tires as stated in your warranty "one year/20,000km". Needless to say that I will be spreading the word of my experience with this guy and checking to see if any other local dealers want to cover this work and be my "go-to" service center. Original dealership will cover this work, but they are located out-of-town.

Friendly staff when they see you and need help, also the shuttle driver is very professional Now for the service, the staff is very professional but when I left my vehicle there for them to program my new key fob and programmed to the vehicle, they told me it's all done and charged me over $ 382.00. and the new fob still isn't working right. When you get out of your vehicle while the vehicle is idling and you get back into the vehicle. It indicates that the fob has left the vehicle and doesn't recognize that is in the car. When our rep Neil O'Hara announced, "We have the perfect vehicle", my first instinct was a raised eyebrow and a sarcastic "Oh ya, I bet you do". We are now driving a Van purchased from Doyle. Doyle Dodge is where my sister purchased a used Ram in early 2016 and my father got his hands on a new Ram a few days ago. My sister's truck was at the dealership getting a routine service so I brought her in to pick her truck up. It was 530pm when I walked in, half an hour before closing time. Around the corner walked Dean, superman of salespeople, perhaps one of the few who can now say have sold vehicles to three members of the same family within 6 months. He greets my sister and asks how her truck is. Good man. They trade a few words and I ask him if he was the man who sold my father his truck a day earlier. He affirms that he did and I ask him if he would like to sell me one too. A shocked expression and then a smile and an invitation to his office to discuss my options. I tell him what I am looking for and after a showing outside I make my choice of a beautiful black Ram. Before returning inside he warns me that I may not want the truck due to the fact that it is only a two wheel drive. Immediately I knew that Dean was not your every day salesman, just out to sell a car. I saw that he cared, was honest and had integrity. And these qualities shone through every step of the process, especially that day because I kept him until late. Like past 7 late. Aaron was the man with the plan. Mister Make-It-Happen. Aaron is the finance guy and a guy who takes his job seriously. Getting financing with a low interest rate was difficult due to some mistakes done on the lender's side. Aaron came through for me in the end and I was going to get my dream pickup and I wasn't going to have to sell my organs on the black market just to pay the interest. My kidneys thank you Aaron. All jokes aside, Aaron is the one you want to see when it's time to pay for that vehicle. You have my gratitude. Finally, I just want to say thanks. Thank you for making me feel welcome, at ease and appreciated. Thank you for the no-pressure vibe, the honesty and the wonderful experience shopping with Doyle Dodge. Ordered a Jeep on April 02, 2015 with an estimated 8-12 week waiting period for a customized order. No problem. Called dealership on the 12th week to get an update and they informed me that the factory hadn't even began processing my order, let alone built my Jeep. Was this information shared with me during my 3 month waiting period? No. Was I given a heads up that perhaps my Jeep was going to be delayed? They did not even have to courtesy to tell me, after 3 months of waiting, that no Jeep was even near built nor was it going to be anytime soon. They did offer to remedy this situation though. They tried to up sell me on a Jeep, nothing like the one I ordered and it was only $15000 more! Wow! What a deal! Thanks for the wasted 3 months. Update Went in today to look at a Jeep they had in stock. Was able to get an okay deal but on a better Jeep. My 02.

Standard car dealership. Not to high pressure but you get the feeling of mistrust. Service department seems to miss the basic if reading owneres manuals. I have had a few conversations about what they say contradicts the owners manuals. Also have seen some shady work. Glued with crazy glue my fog lamps, broke locks on wire harness connectors. However body shop manger is amazing.

Three years ago, I brought my Ram 1500 here for servicing and new tires. They were ok at customer service. Since then, every service call or factory recall I had done there was nothing but a huge pain and this was before covid. Making appointments, even three weeks in advance, means nothing to them as they are not honoured. It is not good customer service. I also asked this dealership to stop emailing and texting me. It took 2 weeks for it to stop. I don't know if it is just me or what, but I didn't have a good feeling in there about being a customer. I was always polite. Maybe it's because I didn't buy the truck there? Any way, after the last blown appointment, I have resorted to going out of town for service. It's nice. I'm not trying to dump on them, but it was my experience, so just be wary of this place and do your homework before buying a vehicle from them or getting service done.

My experience with them over the years2014-present has been hit and miss. There are some bad apples running around there but for the most part they are great. Sales team are awesome. Parts are good. But the bad apples show up in service. Not all are but to be fair they are extremely busy and can be a bit short with customers. In my experience. They could really use a bigger service shop as they are slammed with work. Most appointments are week to two weeks away. The body shop is friendly and fair. Over all i will keep going back.

Overall a good place however service staff seem to miss little things. Example: my oil changes are 16000km as per manufacture, owners manual, vehicle oil life sensor system etc. However the service department threatens my warranty because they insist it is every 12000km. Little things like that are off putting.

Customer service appears to be good at the start, but when I picked up my car the bill ended up being almost double the price. They wrote on the bill that the vehicle brakes or finish and is unsafe to be driven in its current condition which was false. There is rust build-up because it sat for 6 months. 2 minutes after driving it there was no more pulsation in the brakes. their mechanic should have seen that it was surface rust that created the break pulsation.

Took my company vehicle in (2016 Ford F-150 SuperCab) a few months ago for winter tires. So why a Dodge/Chrysler dealership when I am driving a Ford? Main reason was Doyle Dodge had a great winter tire selection and superior pricing (lower than the competition, including other dealers and direct tire service providers in town). Second, I was tired of other providers in town seeing "fleet vehicle" and treating me like a nobody. At other places, I would drop the truck off and never get called when it was done. Or would never be given updates on work done/service needed/issues. These places don't care that you are the primary driver on the vehicle; that you likely take pride in whatever vehicle you drive, regardless that it is a company provided vehicle. Doyle Dodge treated me with superior customer service every step of the way. They laid out all the wheel and tire combinations, with pricing and availability. They scheduled the service (and my truck actually went in at this time, unlike other places.), installed the winter tires, stored my all seasons, and had me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend them to anyone. If you drive a Dodge/Chrysler product or something else, give them a call for whatever you are looking for. You will not be disappointed.

I would give Neil O'Hara 5 stars for his incredible service and I have known him for years. This is the only reason I am dealing here . I brought my Journey in for a recall and oil change and had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to come back from New Sudbury. No one offered to drive me up the street to my job all the service guys kept saying was the shuttle will be right back. Yeah 45 minutes later ! Neil was off that day! I have another recall and due for an oil change let's see what happens this time !

Went to get a tire fix with oil change and tire rotation. They forgot to fix tire. Came back another day to get tire fix. They fix it and said all good to go. Next day tire was on the ground. Third time I brought the truck to get the tire fix. They said that there was another nail in the same spot? Then they were trying to sale me tires for $1400 + tax. So I decided to get a second opinion. And sure to be told. The patch for the tire was not installed property. So they lied to my face twice and I was blame for the second flat for the tire. By saying this, Always get a second opinion. Other wise you will loose lot's of money here at this shop.

Had an appointment to get warranty work done to a paint bubble on my 2017 Dodge Ram. When I inquired about a shuttle to get me home so I could get to work I was told that the shuttle doesn't go to the Valley where I live. When I asked for a loaner vehicle I was told no due to Covid restrictions, however I'm sure vehicles on the lot are being test driven to make a sale on the daily. So because there's a problem with your product covered by the warranty im paying for I have to miss work and sit in your service area from 9 am to 4 pm. You would think after buying a brand new vehicle worth 10s of thousands of dollars that your customer service would be better. Not impressed.

I was in for warranty work on my 1500 RAM. Got a call from the service rep as my truck was in shop and he says " you need an alignment, you don't want your tires to wear out early do you". I said no to the alignment, but thanked him for the advice. 4 days later I took my truck to a Toyota service center for the alignment (better price). The service technician came to find me before doing yhe alignment and said "look at this alignment report, you don't need an alignment at all, its perfect". I was furious. I thanked the toyota technician for the report (which I have), and no alignment was performed. Though i payed Toyota $80 for the "alignment check". Doyle Dodge service center suggested service I DID NOT NEED in an attempt to take my hard earned money. I call this attempted fraud, a much more generous person would call it an attempted rip off. Doyle Service, what on earth makes you think you should suggest service i didn't need? This is shady, underhanded and fraudulent conduct. Do you do this to everyone who comes to your shop, or just me? As far as i can see, you owe me $80 and a sincere apology.

My 2019 Ram truck I purchased new is leaking transmission oil all over my lockstone driveway at 78000km. My first vehicle i purchase new! Apparently transmission cooler lines do not fall under the 120,000 powertrain warranty... stuck fixing a leaking truck on my own dime and time. Plus i received a bill for $65 after I paid for an oil change just so they could tell me my lines were leaking....hood was already open for my oil change so why the extra cost? All is not bad though, a customer service rep at the dealer was able to knock down the repair cost for me and save me $100 on the repair but I shouldn't have to pay $350 plus tax to replace a leaking line thats powertrain related. Its a shame FCA Canada and the dealer won't stand behind their product for in my professional opinion is a mishap, accident, poorly made part from factory. Buying my first new vehicle was supposed to be a good experience.

I had awesome service buying my car 5 stars hands down. Today i used my first oil change free ticket. When i got there i checked in and was asked my mileage. I gave an aproximate. Was told to return to my car and get the exact numbers but i wasnt allowed driving the car in. After doing so i had to hand my keys over. After 30 mins i was told my car was parked out front... they had only backed it up out of the garage and left me to reverse out into the parking lot blind as cars were parked everywere and i could not turn around. When i got into my car it smelt of bad BO, my driver seat was wet, my mirors were all changed, all the seat settings were changed, my radio was turned on and changed stations. I'm not impressed with the service at all. All other places ive done my oil change they allow me to drive in and out the opposite door so i don't have to reverse... and they look at the odometer themselves. Will not be returning.

All around I was pretty pleased with the service beside you's charging me $900 for plastic side steps wich I asked for metal tubing steps, answer I got when I told them I didn't want no plastic steps was sorry these are the only steps I can get , I just wanted them off the truck but as it was already included in my loan I didn't have any choice , still not happy about this , I take my truck off road to hunt and fish so I must have metal tubing side steps grrrrrrrrr
