Warm and welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable staff who aren't pushy at all but will offer recommendations which I appreciate. All around awesome place to visit if you're vehicle shopping. Huge shout out to salesman Tim Knott who made both my purchase experiences totally smooth and easy - can't say enough about how helpful Tim has been, right down to taking my pic with the old and new vehicles. :)

I just bought a 2013 Explorer from expressway ford in Stratford. Rob Miller was my salesmen. Told me when I got it that the vehicle would be filled with fuel and detailed. When I picked it up it was only half full and was not adequately detailed. When I let Rob know, he was more than willing to make it right. Today I picked up my Ford Explorer and was very happy to see everything was looked after and more. He also provided me with a complimentary vehicle while mine was in. Very good service and no questions asked. Thank you Rob and crew!

Terrible experience, the sales person didn't take the time to fill our paper work with me causing paperwork errors. The sales person made assumptions about our credit (which was excellent in that matter ) and hardly tried to solve the matter . When the matter finally was resolved by a different Ford dealership , the sales person tried to have us pick up the vehicle at their convenience- because of months end. To top it all off the sales person dealt only with texts instead of taking the time to make a phone call.

Both New Hamburg and now Stratford have been our go to for vehicles for the past 26 years. Jeff at Stratford was most impressive when they didn't have our color choice in stock and when we were going to take another color he said he really wanted us to get our first choice, no matter where we purchased. Never any pressure - just professional and friendly interactions. Jeff did find that shiny red truck coming in so a happy ending. Recommend 110%

I bought a pre-owned Ford Transit from Expressway Ford for my company, Bick Heating & Cooling Inc. and I could not be happier with the vehicle, as well as the excellent customer service from Todd (my sales associate) & Randi (our financial services processing agent). All communication with either of them was quick and efficient. The entire process was smooth and considering the current state of the economy, they were happy to accomodate for me to test drive and drop off paperwork. I especially enjoyed that Todd is a straight shooter, chill to talk with and did not feel pressured at any point in our transaction (which is greatly appreciated!) Excellent, friendly customer service. I recently stopped there as I arrived in town to have a windshield wiper repaired. A service consultant named Christina came right out to my car along with a mechanic and promptly fixed the problem. Really friendly people who didn't even charge me a penny for the repair.

Hate to have to write this because the customer service was absolutely incredible. In the last month I bought an MKC for my wife and a new F150 for myself. With purchasing the truck however, Ford credit made a mistake after signing all the contracts. I was asked to come back in and resign them. I agreed. What I wasnt told was that my credit had to be resubmitted (did the resubmission without my consent) to get new contracts printed. When I questioned Ford about it being resubmitted (I could see the inquiry on my credit report) they said it wasn't submitted. After emailing them my inquiry part of my report they came clean and said it had to be submitted but didn't hurt my credit. (I can see that it did) Now I'm being told "there's nothing they can do". Just a heads up to anyone that may have to resign any contracts. I do not appreciate having to go through this. A mistake made on their end that impacted me negatively and left me to clean it up. I'm a 26 year old who has worked very hard to get to where I am in life and this just goes to show what companies do and how little they care just to get that sale. Will be taking any future business elsewhere.

I bought a brand new f150 here. Jeff & his staff in Stratford were great to deal with. I had a few questions & they were all answered. They made buying a new vehicle very easy. No pressure. Jeff helped me as we with a loaner when i got a spray in liner installed as well. Great customer service!! I had a little issue my fault took it to New Hamburg for service.
