Le bon bumper me revient plus cher, toé t'a perdu 5h... moé j'ai perdu 10h30 en main d'oeuvre". Voilà ce que je me suis fait répondre par le reponsable de la carrosserie. Visiblement, la satisfaction de la clientèle n'est pas une priorité pour ce monsieur. Faudrait y voir, il en va de la réputation de votre entreprise les ami(e)s. Vous n'etes pas à la cenne près quand même? Bref, tout ça n'est rien pour aider à la mauvaise réputation qu'on les concessionnaires automobiles... Le plus important pour eux a toujours été et est toujours aujourd'hui... Votre argent dans leur poches. Plus ça change, plus c'est pareil.
