My file was dealt with his partner....to witch she did all the work on evaluation of selling vehicle.. The paperwork was done by her... New vehicle choosing done with her...new financing with her... Test drive with her and concluding deal with her and another party.....to briefly say my original agent ....the communication between those two was not properly done... Pour une des réparations le travail n'était pas fait correctement. On ne parle pas de la peinture qui ressemble à un travail fait à la vas vite et se voit, mais de la porte qui n'était pas droite. Nous avons dû refuser de récupérer le véhicule pour que de nouveaux travaux soient entrepris ! Le lendemain c'était correct. Combien de personnes n'ont pas exigé qu'ont leurs donnes le service qu'on leur a promis et ont payé ces frais supplémentaires ? Combien de personnes n'ont pas exigé d'avoir une voiture de location gratuite car ils doivent laisser leur véhicule en réparation alors que ces réparations devaient être faite avant la livraison du véhicule ? Combien de personnes n'ont pas critiqué et refuser de reprendre un véhicule dont les réparations n'étaient pas satisfaisantes ? Ps: attention si vous louez un véhicule de location une facture de plein d'essence fait à moins de 15 km doit être fournis, ce qui est normal. Il y avait encore quelques tâches de saletés et des traces de lavages. L'entretien des disques laissaient à désirer. De plus, les petites corrections en ce qui concerne la peinture n'avait pas été faite. Le vernis à ongle semble être une bonne solution pour réparer les égratignures, selon le vendeur... Nous avons fait la demande pour avoir un crayon pour les faire nous-même... toujours en attente de celui-ci. Personne pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de mon nouveau véhicule. Toujours l'impression de déranger. Je déconseille albi mascouche !!!!!!
