I was very adamant about no car wash since you dont use a touchless system and somehow my vehicle was still run threw and now my clearcoat is ruined and full of swirl marks, I had just gotten it waxed last month too. service is okay otherwise... I'm still very upset about this.. how could a dealership not care about the detailing of paint...

Do not recommend at all! The only kind of decent experience I had was buying my vehicle. Still didn't even get a free first oil change when I bought a brand new custom 6.4L Shaker Model Challenger. All servicing was over $50 more than any other shop (eg. Oil change was $170 at the dealer verses $95 at Mobil One). Also tried telling me I needed a new key FOB for a 2 year old car when in fact all I needed was a stronger battery..... (Just because the battery is new and says 3V does not mean it is. Brand new Energizer batteries are only 2.7 which will cause key FOB issues.)

Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler JL from Eichenberg in Sept 2018. Jake did a great job answering our questions and finding a Jeep that met our needs. We couldn't get them to budge much on the price but they threw in a few extras and in the end we got good value for our money. Very happy with our purchase.

One star only because car in soon after I got there. Half hour later they told me they ordered the wrong part even after I gave them the engine codes for the correct one (called before I went to confirm). Now they want $1500 instead of $500 as quoted. I drove 45 minutes there and back for nothing. Also they gave me no compensation for my troubles. At least they may have gotten another star.

Wish I didn't have to even give a 1 star. Poor customer support. We have bought many new vehicles from different dealers and this is by far the worst. Too bad for a small town dealer.

I ordered some all weather mats for my new truck - Chris - the parts employee told me yep no problem, come in tomorrow after 8am and grab them, we get parts next day. So I give it one extra day and go in the following day. I speak with Chris again and he tells me, oh we didn't order them. "What? You told me to come in yesterday to get them!" He proceeds to tell me, ya we never ordered them, but I can now if you want. Thanks but no thanks. I'll go to a dealership that actually has staff that care about their job and their customers.

The team at Eichenberg Chrysler wildly exceeded my expectations. It all started by receiving a personalize video acknowledging receipt of my interest in one of their used vehicles they had listed on AutoTrader (ON A SATURDAY) to them having the car waiting, ready for me, when I scheduled a test drive (with the dealer plate already installed), to a painless purchase process, to them getting a new plate and sticker for me, and finally, culminating in the delivery of my vehicle from Tillsonburg to London, personally, by Charlie (my sales contact). Wow! Worth the trip to Tillsonburg!

Extremely disappointed with the service I have been provided with the last few services... from recieving my car back with what looked to be splattered with soap all over it, to unorganized work, ordering incorrect parts, running out after me in the parking lot verbally telling me quotes that jump from $70 to $350 with out providing the paper work and most recently, I discussed with megan that I had my struts repaired on my Dodge Challenger in April. Told her I was hearing the same noise. Firstly she tried to tell me I was wrong and wasnt charged labour on that repair in April which was an $850 service, even breaking down a receipt, I told her I too had a receipt as I file all my receipts on any service performed on my vehicle from date of purchase and that I was most definitely charged labour-which was actually $450 and that I would bring my receipt! when dropping my vehicle off she told my partner "she found the receipt" and there was no apology for the accusation. Later that day I recieved a call from her, she assured me it was my "heat shield" rattling around... i asked her to make sure it was driven around over bumps to make sure they were hearing the same sounds as a rattle is different than a thump. She insisted that was the case and I was charged $120 just to have the heat shield tightened ... and she assured me there would no longer be a thunking noise while driving.... well, the noise is STILL there! I have spent over $1000 in the last 6 months on a vehicle that has under 80,000 kms on it to only be dissatisfied with the work. I will no longer trust them with my vehicle. Very disappointing!

I have never been to Tillsonburg let alone this dealership. However I found the Grand Cherokee I was looking for and this dealer had the most competitive price in Ontario (I had been searching for months) I went to view the car on Monday and took it home Thursday. I worked with Bill Locker who took the time to go through every detail. He made sure I was aware of every step of the process. Bill has been there a long time, it’s good to know you are working with someone who has been doing things right year after year. Greg was also very helpful Highly reccommend this dealership, competitive prices, excellent customer service. Make the trip to Tillsonburg you won’t regret it.

Just a heads up for the service department. If a customer makes an appointment for a recall so you know the part needed and the the part doesn't arrive as there is a 2 week backlog on the order, it is courteous to inform the customer by phone or email rather than tell him once he arrives at the dealers for the appointment.

I had been looking around for a Fiesta ST for a couple of months and finally bit the bullet and purchased one. It took me 2 other dealership's and multiple headaches to finally point me in the right direction of going to Eichenberg. I dealt with Jake Loewen and he made the process fast, and simple without a headache like the other dealerships, and aswell as Greg Vermeersch for making the payments and loan getting approved in no time. Horrible with appointments and time management. Waiting an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation and the sales rep was too busy talking to another customer then give us back our keys and bill. Bad customer service

When I purchased my card I couldn't say enough good things about them. However, once you have a problem with your car, that is another story. After finally agreeing to fix the problem, they only repaired one side of the car and not the other. When called to ask them about it, they tell me the fired an employee so I have to go all through the approval process again. They told me pictures I send them for the side that is still not repaired has to be taken directly by GoPro Collision which is one hour away from where I live. Why would a customer have to go through all this when they already approved the repair, but didn't complete the work order. I am so frustrated. Customer service is good when you are buying, but beware if something goes wrong. So disappointed.

Very poor in regards to appointments and time management. Went to their service department on a Saturday, made an appointment for Monday morning 10:15. Made it there early didn't fix my vehicle that day, didn't have the part(so miss one day of work). Promised me the part would be in next day and my would be on the top of the list to work on. Called the next day they still hadn't worked on it and everyone was on lunch. So it could be a possibility of missing 2 days of work because of them.

He would do anything to make a deal. This company makes false promises and you will be disappointed. A joke for a company. Do not go here! I drove to Tillsonburg from Hamilton to take a look at a vehicle I found online at Eichenberg. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional the sales team and facility was. Ann, the sales rep I dealt with, was down-to-earth and didn't pressure me during the sale. Vehicle pricing was good, trade-in value was appropriate, sales process was fast and transparent, and the vehicle I purchased was prepared quickly and to a high standard. **Warning** $2000.00 in repairs out of pocket in the first 1800km. As a Freemason and a grandfather I urge you to look elsewhere. Every time I get into the car it reminds me how I was lied to and taken advantage of, as well as made a fool. There is a lot of dodge dealers in southern Ontario, do yourself and your family a favor and pick a different one. This was the most dishonest business I have dealt with in my 55 years, and that says a lot.

Nice place to go out and get oil changes air filters and whatever else I guess. Service was good. People friendly plus grab a cup of joe while your waiting. I think if your looking to buy they are good as well at least I’ve heard very good things about them anyway. They are getting very large and I also here they bought Pearce motors and want to make it a custom shop. Very cool

great place for sales and services. people are very friendly and kind. they don't push if you just want to browse. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the years and almost all services I get done at this dealership only. rarely elsewhere and that is only if something has to be done quickly and the winter weather is not so great for me driving 1.5 hours to get there. otherwise enjoy the drive.

Drove from Hamilton to Tilsonburg to look at a used truck. We had contacted Charlie, in sales, many days in advance and we were shocked to receive a call the day of our appointment, as we were 30 mins away. That someone else had an appointment at the exact same time and we may not be able to test drive it. Okay, so that was a bit disappointing but we drive the rest of the way out, to see what happens. Strike 1. We get to the dealership, get to test drive it but wanted to know what a new truck would cost, compared to what we just drove… this is where it goes bad. Charlie did not seem to give us clear answers, we were told there was no current deals going on (found out later that we qualified for over ($12,000) in rebates. Strike 2. And we watched him change the rebate in front of us on the computer and when we questioned him, it was something he put in the wrong price.Strike 3. So it started as a $5,000 difference between used and new to over $10,000. We left. We would not recommend them unless you have extra money to give away.

We are looking to make a new vehicle purchase and this was our first stop. Apparently this dealership has no staff. We wandered around outside for a bit, made our way inside and looked in two different vehicles. Finally, when we were leaving the desk clerk acknowledged us. Too late. Hopefully our next dealership has helpful staff and want to make a sale.

I brought my new truck here on 3 occasions as the engine light had turned on. Having my own computer I informed the service department of the code and the potentially problem; the 02 sensor. They changed many different parts, not of which were the 02 sensor, and now for the 4 time in 3 weeks my engine light is on with the same code. The service department refused to look into the 02 sensor, and stated it was "complicated", when I spoke with the manager he sat on the phone in complete silence and refused to answer/discuss any of my concerns. I took my truck to Finch London, and they were more then willing to listen to my concerns and assist me.

Appreciate getting me in ASAP to replace a low beam headlight bulb; but severely overcharged for the bulbs. $72.00 each. Dealer cost for the bulbs is $43.00 and normal trade price should be approximately $57.60. You can purchase top of the line bulbs at CT for $66.00 for two bulbs compared to the $144.00 I was charged. I asked politely three times for price consideration and was told sorry; if you don’t like the price we can put your vehicle back together and you can go to CT (in the middle of a major snowstorm). Invoice was $245.00 to replace two low beam bulbs? We have 11 vehicles in the extended family ‘fleet’, 5 being newer FCA products and two scheduled to be replaced in 2018. Guess the two new RAM 1500 Limited’s will be sourced elsewhere. Cheers!

I found a truck we were interested in purchasing online. I called the dealership on Monday and did the financing application that day. We were approved on Tuesday. I made arrangements with my brother in law to go test drive the vehicle as we live near Thunder Bay, Ontario.He called and scheduled the test drive for this afternoon. Then he got a call that the vehicle sold. We were never contacted to say that we should put a down payment on the truck to hold it or anything. They simply sold it out from under us. The salesman said he mentioned the possibility of a down-payment to my husband but I was the one doing everything and he never mentioned it to me. My husband also denies ever being asked for a down-payment or he would have advised me to send one. Not happy with this treatment at all.
