If I could give less than 1 star I would. They have treated my senior aunt unfairly and have charged her twice for the same problem and STILL have not fixed it. As a senior citizen on a fixed budget to pay over $1,500 (after two trips) to fix a problem with hot air not coming out of the passenger vent just shows they don't care. Both times she drove away from having her car "fixed" it didn't work immediately after. If you want mechanics who care about your needs don't go here.

But don't take your vehicle for service in the afternoon they get behind very fast seems like at times they don't have enough people for the amount of work that people need to get done. It took a long time to get a new key (a week) and then another week to wait for an appointment to cut /program it. I got day for appointment wrong (one day early) but they took me in anyways. Likely done quickly but after about 75 minutes I went to see what was going on. It had been done for quite awhile but they couldn't find me (waiting in the showroom). I guess I'm too patient. Key works well. Price very fair.

Very unhappy with services. Customer service needs improvement! I'd taken my vehicle in for a lot of work. When I picked it up, they hadn't even done most of services I required! I needed my windshield wipers fixed, especially with the snowy weather. They were going to give me my vehicle without fixing the wipers which makes driving very unsafe. They didn't care about my safety. Very unhappy with customer service and the bad quality of work.

Demeyere Chrysler Dodge body shop did a terrible job on fixing my van. They delivered my vehicle in an unacceptable condition, and cut every corner they could for the repair. Since they were replacing my windshield, all of the dust from the replacement covered the interior of the car everywhere. The car wasn’t cleaned at all and was delivered in a much dirtier condition than it was brought in. If it wasn’t cleaned, it of course wasn’t disinfected either, so no regard for their customers’ safety or well being. Also, the damage on the bumper was just blended in the section where the damage was, and there’s no uniformity on the bumper. It’s very visible what was done, and which area wasn’t touched to even things out. Complete lack of care or attention to detail for a very expensive repair.

We were looking for a new Jeep Compass for my wife. We live in another town, 45 min. away. Searching the internet, Demeyere Chrysler's website indicated they had, in stock, a number of units that we could look at. Their website really helped us, to look at vehicle details. Our first visit was on a Sunday, just to get a look. When we arrived on Monday, the sales staff were friendly and helpful. Scott Butcher was assigned to us. We found him very knowledgeable and helped us through the initial information gathering stage. After test driving 2 (somewhat different units) and getting many questions answered, we decided to purchase one. Note: a trade-in was involved. Scott worked with us in a professional manner and a deal was finalized. Other great staff members got involved and the whole process went smoothly. Two days later we returned to pick up our purchase. Scott spent a lot of time showing and helping us with the unique features and controls of this 2021 Jeep. To end this documentary, we'll just say that the whole experience dealing with Demeyere Chrysler, was great. We're sure the service staff will give us the same attention.

The experience of dealing at Demeyere will be hard to beat. On their web site, you can pick a vehicle you like and sign up for price alerts. When I received a price drop alert on a 2021 Grand Cherokee 80th Edition I emailed the dealership and expressed my interest. Shortly thereafter I received an email from Mike Killingbeck and set up a test drive. After making the big decision to buy the vehicle. Mike went over everything and then introduced us to Ashley to complete the paperwork. An official bill of sale can be confusing, both Ashley and Mike were very patient while I went through everything with my own calculator. I have bought a few new cars in my time and this was a very pleasant experience.

I had terrible customer service with Scott. He tried to sell me a brand new van that had five thousand kilometres on it. He was going to sell it to me as a new price but because it had 5,000 km on it he said he would do me a favour and give me the lower interest rate at 3.49%. After doing research at other Dodge dealerships, I found out that I could get a brand new van with zero kilometres and still have the interest rate of 3.49%. I tried contacting him on three different occasions to see what offer he could give me and he never got back to me after that. He was just trying to pull one over on me. I would not suggest dealing with him.

Then we took it to demeryere and they said it needed a new water pump and battery. Then it started to do it again, so we took it back in a they said there was no leaks and since they said "it was fixed" we have used 3 jugs of coolant.

Booked vehicle in for oil change, winter piece of mind inspection, and note to check front suspension (making clunking noises still.. This is 3rd or fourth time this has been reported this year with no problems ever found). So I got the oil change, never got the piece of mind inspection (if I did I wasnt charged for it, but certainly didn't receive the written paperwork to go along with it), and the suspension inspection went exactly as expected. No issues found. No noises heard while test driving. Well when I left the dealership, I wasn't out of the parking lot yet when I heard the first clunk, and then it continued as usual all the way home. I called another shop, brought car in and had a diagnosis in about 1/2 hour. Demeyere's has great sales staff, but this one service advisor always seems to miss part of your service requests, and for some reason diagnosing problems isn't a strong part of the service team. Very disappointed.

Terrible service! Went in for a oil change... they “recommend new brake pads” ......brake caliper bolts fell out 40 mins down the road had no front left brakes left ...stranded on side of hwy. Just got back from this dealer today. Dec 4th. I went to service counter with three things I needed done to get a quote on labour because I already have the parts. Guy at the desk had attitude with me from the first word that came out of his mouth. Before I could finish telling him the first thing I needed done on my jeep he storms off, so I tell him the second thing I need done when he gets back and let's out put an annoyed sigh because he had to go back to find out the labour it would take. As he is walking away to do so he turns around yells across the shop. Anything else you need before I go back here again. I say no. If you have no time to go find out simple info for me then that will be all. His response was "good" that's when I made up my mind that this is definitely the worst experience I ever got from counter help. Wow brutal. Owner of dealership needs to know how he is looking business by the help they hire. Even with his attitude the other counter people looked at it as it's normal, ok for him to be like that. Again wow. Not good service on his part Simcoe resident. jeep owner.
