I was a bit skeptical on trying a major body shop network for my my collision with my Ford Escape. However, I gave the Simcoe shop a try and all I have to say is I was amazed. I was involved in a no fault collision, on the driver's side, where my A pillar was wrecked, and all my driver's side doors needed replacement. I thought I had a write-off... But nope! They've fixed my A pillar area, replaced the doors and rebuilt the front drivers side area, to, what I call, 99.999% factory condition. I couldn't be more impressed given what needed to be replaced, fixed and reconstructed. Hopefully I will not be a repeat customer, but if I have to, I know who to call. Kudos! Car actually runs better now than before! :)

Excellent work, and great service. The office staff kept us informed throughout the process. While a supplier issue has caused a need to return the vehicle for additional work when the right part comes in, CarStar would not pass on the cost the supplier should have borne to the customer. CarStar (Simcoe) even graciously detailed our vehicle.

While the parts supplier took their sweet time to get the parts in, the car was fixed very quick and looks original. The detailer(s) were even able to get all the sand out of the floor mats and carpet. ????

I am satisfied with the repair that Carstars completed, although I had to point out that the first attempt did not look like the other side that had not been damaged. I was told they could order the part and repair it better, which they did. My passenger seat was left in a very odd position. The repairs were done on time. I would recommend Carstars.

I can’t say enough good things about CARSTAR in Simcoe. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very responsive to any phone or email inquiries during the course of the service. It was a seamless process between them and my insurance company. The workmanship is top notch and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that in addition to great collision repair work, the job was completed quicker than expected, and the car was essentially “detailed “/cleaned to a like new condition both inside and out despite the fact that damage being repaired was to a more isolated area. I highly recommend CARSTAR in Simcoe and will definitely take my vehicles there for any future work regardless of whether it is for personal/customization work or for an insurance claim.
