Last September purchased a used 2017 F150 V6 XLT 4X4 naturally aspirated. Very pleased so far with this vehicle. Very comfortable, smooth ride plenty of performance and excellent gas mileage. Awesome service ! Dropped our Edge off on the afternoon before the day it was schedule for repair. Received a call later that day we dropped the car off and we’re informed of the issues and parts were on order and expected in the next day but at that time they could not commit to a time line due to waiting for the parts. Received a call the following morning before noon to inform us the repairs were complete and our car was ready for pick up. Great Work Blue Star Ford !!

My fiancee and I drove more than 200 kms to look at a pre-owned Lincoln from Blue Star, a model that had most of the features we were looking for. We eventually decided to purchase the vehicle. I'm going to be honest here, I was not happy during the first few days of our buying experience. The 2nd key fob's lock button was broken, I didn't find out an important component was not working (which I will keep unnamed) until I actually needed to use it and there was an open recall that was not addressed even after 2 years, which I felt was odd since the vehicle had been serviced regularly at this dealership several times prior to my purchase. However it was how they handled everything afterwards that made what could have been a horrible experience into a good one. I reached out to sales manager Shayne and expressed my concerns. He genuinely seemed to care that I was unhappy and was willing to partner with my local Ford-Lincoln dealership to help me resolve these issues. I let him know that I paid for a new 2nd key fob out of my own pocket and he did offer to reimburse me. He also took care of the aforementioned component's repair cost while agreeing to let my local dealership fix it instead of asking me to drive the car back over 200 kms who also took care of the open-recall. I can say with all sincerity that I appreciate the empathy and although things weren't perfect at first, the Blue Star team does care about their customers and their buying experience. After all is said and done, I am very pleased with my vehicle. Thank you Blue Star team for making our buying experience with Lincoln a positive one.

I bought a vehicle from Bluestar and it was great customer service when I was buying it. My vehicle has now been having problems and recalls and the customer service is friendly but unhelpful. My car RADIO is already faulty after 2 years on a 2017 vehicle purchased new and is now 630$ to replace. Unbelievable! I am beyond disappointed and upset with the quality and service. I have also taken my vehicle in for a recall, and they did the service but ended up doing interior damage to my vehicle in the process!!!! They put armor all on the interior damage they have done and asked me if it was ok now! Very clearly they were hoping I'd be OK with a little shine on the damage. The service manager was supposed to get back to me days ago and still nothing. This is unacceptable and beyond frustrating that I have to chase them to fix the damage THEY have done to my vehicle. The only positive thing that has come out of all this, is listening to their cheesy Bluestar Ford jingle they have when waiting on hold forever. If you want great experiences like I have had with Bluestar I encourage you to buy a car from them. EDIT: it's been months later and multiple phone calls and messages left trying to get ahold of someone and no reply. Not surprising at all. Will continue to leave this review as a 1 star. Wish I could rate 0/5.

Bought through a dealership because I thought they'd be more straightforward, and sell me a sound vehicle. They sold me a lemon unfortunately. So while it is my fault for pulling the trigger on the purchase, here is my caution to others. This car ended up with it's heating and air conditioning not functioning, heated seat a dud, and then the real problems. Broken water pump and thermostat leading to engine failure. I'm extremely discouraged from trusting a dealership any more than another person after this. Less actually if it's only required to declare "it passed safety". I recommend you not trust the used vehicles to be any more sound than through a personal sale.

Not happy with my recent visit as I was charged $60 for the service department to tell me what I already knew, the door latch was broken. The amount paid for dealer service and "brand name parts" is extortionist. I was previously able to pay up a large service/repair bill over three weeks but the location was not able to offer this option to me again. With only one income large service bills are difficult to budget for and I was unable to undergo this new repair and the service centre didn't even have the courtesy to offer other options that might be available to me (i.e. Other mechanics, used part purchasing etc)

Experienced great service today at Bluestar Ford from Wes. Both my window, washer sprayers broke on me this morning, leaving me with no way to clean my windshield. I popped in without an appointment and Wes took me straight to the parts counter. We got the parts I needed, installed and out the door on my way to work in under 10 minutes. I live in the GTA and drive to Blue Star to get my vehicles. The clincher for me was when my friend on Facebook had an accident up at the cottage and the vehicle was a write-off. Blue Star had another vehicle delivered to him the next day so it wouldn't ruin his vacation. That is service.

Virginia (sales) was very patient with her tutorial on how to deal with all the bells and whistles that were totally foreign to me. Today july 7/20, I went to Blue Star Ford in Simcoe. I desperately needed help connecting my new phone to my new 20-Escape. I was greeted by a lovely woman named Virginia. I explained that I'm not in any way knowledgable when it comes to technology. Virginia took the time to come to my car and connect my phone. While explaining what she was doing. Virginia then told me to download Fordpass App and return tomorrow. That she would be happy to explain all the technology my SUV offers and how to use it. I was quoted a price and agreed to it, only to go in and they say they messed up. Now they want to charge me more money, and can't get me the colour they promised. Not only did they admit they messed up, But they refused to correct their mistake. I feel like they baited me in, then once I was there they tried to pull the wool over my eyes. No need to get into the minute details, but essentially a repair should have been done in the past, wasn’t done, and now what would have been an easy fix, was now a huge fix. Neil wanted to make things right and he absolutely did that. Took vehicle in in late January. Parts did not show "in a few days" as promised. No phone call. Called myself and was advised to wait another 2 weeks. Blue Star called this time but could not get an appointment to get the parts for another week. Part replacement quite satisfactory but in my opinion an inordinate wait for parts, particularly for a new vehicle! The 2 stars are given because of the delay. Rest of experience was OK although I'm not sure any extra effort was made to get vehicle in earlier in recognition of the wait for the parts!

I got a notice report about a steering damper on my F350. The problem was a possible vibration in the front end Ford offered to extend the warranty on this or if there was a problem they would put a steering damper on. I told the dealer I didn’t want to wait to have the death wobble when I was out the middle of nowhere to just put the updated steering damper on. They called me later on to tell me that my truck needed a bunch of front end parts. I told them that my truck drives perfectly and just put the steering damper on. I then got a call couple of weeks ago which is two or three months after the original visit asking me if I wanted to proceed with the estimate for the front end work. I just took my truck in for its yearly yellow sticker inspection to a different dealer and they tell me the front end is fine. I will not be returning to blue star Ford.

I bought my brand new SUV from here... went to book an oil change a few months later to be told they were booked up for 2 weeks... so I went to brantford where I was charged an awesome less than 50 bucks for an oil change. Was due for one again took it to simcoe where I was charged 90 for the exact same service !!! Exact same parts and oil. 40 extra dollars!! Really... won't be going back there

I recently purchased a 2019 Lincoln MKC from Blue Star Ford and was extremely happy with the Sales Representative, Ron Giles. He was very helpful, knowledgeable about his product, personable and understanding. His patience during the review session when picking up the new vehicle was much appreciated. This would have been five star review had Blue Star not added all the extra accessories to the car in the show room. Although Mr. Giles did inform me that they were extra to the purchase price of the car, they were still misleading to the price on the Window Sticker and changed the initial appearance of the vehicle until it was explained. It seem's unfortunate that Blue Star feels it necessary to add extra adornments to attract attention and then inform customers that they were extra charge. My first thought was to forget the purchase of the car, then I thought to have them all removed. Please find a way to be more upfront by perhaps putting a list beside the Window Sticker showing the extra accessories with cost. If it weren't for Ron Giles trying his best to settle the problem, I would likely have walked away.

Just took my car in to have the trunk cleaned that was not done when I purchased the car and rescheduled to have it cleaned as promised on pick up and after payment. I then left for a couple hours and when I came back truck stains still there and not vacuumed. this was then redone but then there were scratches and a chip just below truck opening and noted to work person who took pictures and said she did not do it but there were two people doing the clean up. Still have not heard back as to what remedy is going to take place. Not sure I can trust people to work on my car when this happens. I had spray (no brush since car is coated) washed my car prior to going in and wiped it dry all over with a brand new cloth taken out of wrapper and absolutely no scratches or chip near trunk on arrival. I know the worker doing the cleaning of the trunk would have mentioned that if they were there on arrival. ABSOLUTELY not there.

They were unable to match a price I had received from another dealership, and mike went as far as to ask me “why don’t you just give me the f*#!ing price I’m asking for” as he was unable to match the other price I had gotten. Bought a truck here and within a week there were major issues with the fly wheel. The guy who called me every day trying to get me to buy the truck suddenly couldn't remember who I was when I called to complain. They wouldn't help cover the costs and frankly I'll never buy another vehicle there or recommend them to anyone. There was a 30 day warranty but they insisted the fly wheel wasn't covered. This should've been checked before the vehicle was even sold!

Blue Star Ford rocks! My experience, from first entering the dealership to purchasing a 2015 Ford Edge,was very positive. I first met Shayne C. (Customer Service/Sales) after a negative encounter at the local GM/GMC Dealer just prior to visiting Blue Star. At GM, I was ignored and was not offered any assistance until I was ready to walk out the door of the showroom. Even then, I was directed to come back in a month when they had inventory.
