Voici trois situations qui se sont présentées. 1).Il y a eu une transmission des informations sur un des véhicules en stock qui m'intéressait qui était erronées, même si j'avais pris le temps de vérifier l'exactitude de l'information avant de me rendre chez le concessionnaire ( une transmission manuelle plutôt qu'automatique ). 2)Le vendeur m'a dit que j'avais un certain temps pour compléter mon achat avec le représentant, et on m'a fait savoir que ce n'était pas autant que ça au moment de l'achat. 3)Enfin, le vendeur m'avait dit qu'un manuel de propriétaire allait m'être transmis suite à une simple demande en ce sens que j'avais faite, et il ne sera pas transmis sous prétexte qu'il n'avait pas reçu mon courriel qui disait que j'étais d'accord avec cette transmission. ( Cependant peut-être qu'un manuel me sera transmis dans le futur mais ce n'est pas certain ) Je comprends que des erreurs de communication puissent arriver, c'est pourquoi s'il n'y en avait eu qu'une seule je n'en aurais certainement pas parler ici. J'ai dans l'espoir que si des ajustements sont à apporter qu'ils le seront. En gros ce concessionnaire est bien mais vérifiez que les communications d'informations se font bien. : )
