Bref, j'ai dû louer une auto pour le weekend. Le 11 juin en fin de journée (le prochain lundi), je paye ma facture et je récupère mon véhicule. Lorsque j'arrive dans le stationnement et que je démarre le véhicule, trois lumières sont allumées sur le tableau de bord (ce que je n'avais pas auparavant bien sûr). Je rappelle à la première heure le lendemain matin (12 juin) et on me dit de repasser en fin de journée. À la fin de la journée, on me fait signer un papier en me disant que ça ne me coûtera rien si on réalise que c'est dû à la réparation d'hier. J'attends qu'on me rappelle et finalement on me dit qu'on a une "bonne nouvelle" : ce n'est pas dû à la réparation d'hier. On me demande de payer 60$ pour les frais d'inspection et on me dit que je devrai reprendre un rendez-vous pour ce nouveau problème (un capteur d'oxygène, une facture de 300$ et une bonne probabilité - c'est ce qu'on m'a dit - que je doive revenir un peu plus tard pour le même problème avec un autre de ces capteurs). Bref, c'est très ordinaire (1) de se faire dire par un concessionnaire Toyota de ne pas trop rouler avec son véhicule, alors qu'on ne s'empresse pas pour me donner un rendez-vous et (2) de faire payer un client pour inspecter son véhicule, alors qu'un nouveau problème est survenu PENDANT que l'auto est chez le concessionnaire... Ah oui, aussi lors de mon dernier rendez-vous, le commis au comptoir m'a demandé si j'avais bien compris ses explications, ce à quoi j'ai répondu oui. Il a ensuite osé de me demander "êtes-vous sûr monsieur que vous aviez bien compris?". Je n'ai pas osé lui dire que sa question était condescendante et je lui ai simplement répondu oui... MISE À JOUR : La réponse plus bas me suggère de contacter le directeur du département de service, ce que j’ai fait le mercredi 13 juin à midi. J’ai dû laisser un message vocal puisque personne n’a décroché. J’ai bien pris soin de répéter mon nom et mes coordonnées. Ça fait maintenant plus de 48 heures et je n’ai eu aucun retour d’appel…

Parts and labor aren't cheap, but the work is fast and properly done when the parts arrive (slow delivery times due to covid). There's no fooling around. Comme de raison, je n'ai pas eu le réflexe de regarder sur le site pour les heures de services. Enfin, je tombais sur la boîte vocale, mais tout de même, mon rdv devait techniquement prendre fin avant la fermeture du service. En gros, j'ai trouvé ça assez ordinaire qu'on ne m'appelle pas pour que je puisse retrouver ma voiture (j'ai attendu plus longtemps en pensant que ça prenait plus de temps que prévu, en pensant que c'était la raison pour laquelle on ne m'appelle pas). Peut-être est-ce un cas isolé, mais si vous pouviez 1) vous assurer d'appeler les clients avant la fermeture du service et 2) ajouter les heures du service sur google.

J'ai été porter mon Tundra 2020 à sont rendez-vous, ils me rappelle à fin de la journée pour me dire que Lift est brisé et qu'il ne peuvent pas faire le changement d'huile. 2e tentative pour mon Rav4 2020, rendez vous pour un changement d'huile à 14:00h (RENDEZ-VOUS) sorti a 17:00h. 3 HEURES pour une simple maintenance... Je déconseille fortement ce garage, attente extrêmement long et même pas capable de m'informé qu'ils était impossible de faire la maintenance sur le Tundra lorsque j'ai pris la peine de prendre un rendez-vous...
