Le véhicule soit disant clé en mains (une inspection ayant déjà été fait), les pneus d'été venant d'être changé, et tout le tralala pour au final (après une inspection dans un garage) a devoir payé un peu moins de 2000 dollars de réparation pour que ce véhicule soit correcte. Les pneus supposément neuf se sont même révélé étant 1 mal gonflé, 3 crevé et des pneus d'hiver ! En bref, des mensonges provenant des vendeurs et des véhicules qui ne sont pas correctement réparé afin de les vendre le plus rapidement possible.

Hopefully no one else gets caught out, but that would be a surprise to me, please if you have a family or want transparency and honesty go buy your vehicle somewhere else. The guy who's upset that I don't take his extended warranty at $ 3,000 and arrives in a Jaguar may well go and get screwed somewhere else if I walk by. À peine sorti de la cour suite à l’acquisition, un check engine allume, et oui problème de transmission. À ce niveau pas le choix j’étais encore sous garantie on envoie la van chez Élite Chrysler ( à trois reprise) ils changent l’ordinateur , le solenoid pack et le body valve. Je retourne chez Sherbrooke Auto et en parle avec l’employé au pièce qui me dit ( j’ai enregistré la conversation) qu’ils connaissaient le problème, mais qu’ils n’ont pas eu le temps de le réparer. Connaître le problème c’est une chose , ne pas le réparer et me vendre le véhicule en est une autre. Celà constitue un grand manque de respect envers les clients et alimentes le fait que les concessionnaires comme vous êtes pour la plupart, pardonnez mon français, des vrais crosseurs de bas étages. J’ose espérer que personne d’autre ne s’y fera prendre, mais ça m’étonnerais, de grâce si vous avez une famille ou que vous voulez de la transparence et de l’honnêteté allez acheter votre véhicule ailleurs. Le gars qui est fâché que je prenne pas sa garantie prolongé à 3000$ et qui arrive en Jaguar peut bien allez se faire voir ailleurs si j’y suis en passant.
