(Original) j’ai acheté mon premier véhicule chez automobile JL en 2008, cela fait 11 ans maintenant que je détiens mon véhicule et je n’ai jamais rien eu à réparer de grave excepté l’usure normal (freins, changement d’huile, pneus etc) ma famille a par la suite acheter certains véhicules chez ce concessionnaire et nous n’avons jamais eu aucun problème avec ceux-ci. Je recommandes plus que fortement ce garage car il s’occupe de votre véhicule de l’achat jusqu’à la vente. A+ pour le service!! Récemment je suis retourné à ce garage en raison de problème mineur, et même après ce nombre d’année élevé ils ont prit le temps de s’occuper de ma voiture. J’ai rarement vu cela chez un concessionaire!

Finally we asked you to change defective parts (wiper / headlight) but you have to replace with parts of average quality to see worse! I do not want to overwhelm you, my only goal is to warn the next car buyers! (Original) Je déconseille fortement, le personnel est très gentil mais incompétent, en effet j'ai pu essayer trois voitures avant de me décider, les trois n'avaient plus de batterie et une d'entre elle a crevé sur les 10min qu'on a roulé ! Après avoir été convaincu pas le vendeur on en a finalement acheté une... Grave erreur ... Dans l'année nous avons du changer deux amortisseur, trois pneus, les essuies glace, les phares, et finalement... Le moteur ! Aujourd'hui notre voiture nous a coûté plus cher en reperation qu'en achats... Permettez moi de vous répondre sachant que je ne peux pas le faire directement, on parle bien d'un voiture a 2400$ a 170 km donc les chiffres méritent de ne pas être arrondi de la sorte ! De plus le moteur nous a abandonné au bout de 3mois, après avoir fait faire un retour par un autre garage (autre que celui -votre ami- que vous nous avez conseillé), on nous a dit que l'état de la voiture aurait pu être identifié comme mauvais bien avant! Pour finir nous vos avons demander de changer des pièces défectueuses (essuie glace/phare) mais que vous avez remplacer par des pièces de qualité moyenne voir pire! Je ne veux pas pour autant vous accabler, mon seul but est de prévenir les prochains acheteurs de voiture !
