I rate the actions of this dealership as “no stars”. I tried to contact them via phone plus I filled out their request forms on the website 5 times asking for the Carproof report on a Mini they had for sale. I even filled out the a best offer form to buy it and still no response. Someone finally contacted me 1 week later and then I find out the Mini was sold the night before. Who is in charge there and what the hell kind of dealership are they operating? I wouldn’t go near this dealership if this is how they treat a potential new customer.
