I let them know that I was really disappointed that I didn't even have priority over the car I wanted to buy, that I wasn't even called at the limit to tell me that it was sold. The person I spoke to continued to justify that they would not have paid for a tank of that price (while on the spot, I had even offered to pay for the inspection but had told me that 'they took care of it) I remember that I just wanted to know the condition of the tank, I never asked to have it repaired or anything. Ont me répond " ben écoutez madame, on l'as vendu le lendemain à quelqu'un qui n'as pas posé de questions et l'as pris tout de suite" Déjà je reste sans mot au bout du téléphone. En temps que cliente je n'avais pas droit à un minimum de service juste parce que je voulais connaître ce que j'allais acheté ? Je leur ai fait savoir que j'étais vraiment déçu du fait que je n'ai même pas eu priorité sur la voiture que j'aurais voulu acheté, qu'on ne m'as même pas appelé à la limite pour me dire qu'elle était vendu. La personne a qui j'ai parler à continuer de justifier qu'ils n'auraient pas payé pour un char de ce prix là ( alors que sur place, j'avais même offert de payer l'inspection mais ont m'avais dit qu'ils s'en occupaient ) je rappel que je voulais juste connaître l'état du char, j'ai jamais demandé à le faire réparer ni rien. C'était ma première expérience chez eux et j'en ressort assez insulté et déçue
