Quand confronter, il m'ont simplement dit ça doit être le remorquage. Ils ont laissé ma vieille panne à l'huile dans l'auto ça sentait terriblement mauvais, ma femme enceinte en a eu des nausées et l’intérieur était sale quand je venais justement de la faire laver. Ça leur a pris trop longtemps avant de me fournir une voiture de courtoisie. Pas fort comme service a la clientèle non plus, on a toujours l'impression de les déranger. J’aimerais carrément mieux changer de compagnie que de refaire affaire avec eux, ce qui est dommage car j'adore ma jeep.
