Left some items in the car mistakenly; things I keep in every vehicle for emergencies etc. I was never told they had it until I realized and called. Took a week to even get back to me. I went in to get my items and they had everything but an expensive medkit I had put together with extensive support. Not sure how they managed to get EVERY but that, after they told me they were in need of a medic kit?

I was very pleased with the service at this location. I booked a vehicle online about an hour before they closed for the long weekend. The driver picked me up at my house very quickly and he was very pleasant to talk to on the drive back. Finishing up the paper work back at the office was VERY quick and prompt. I will surly be returning here for my future rental needs.

We rent from Enterprise often, and I have excellent insurance on my own car, so I generally don't buy the offered insurance. I've never had any problem. Until this time, when a stone hit the windshield and cracked it. Everyone from the branch to the claims department were courteous, fast, efficient and made the situation as painless as possible so I could continue on my holidays with little stress. I can't thank them enough, and will never rent from anyone else, ever.

If you need a rental car in Oxford County...go and see the team at Woodstock Enterprise...You will be greeted by two of the sweetest, best customer service people I have dealt with in a long time...After a recent rear end collision that was not my fault, but left me feeling very low, I arrived at the Woodstock location to find myself cared for, respected, listened to and understood. Now over ten days later I am still driving their car and when I checked in with Enzo and Cheddi today.. All is good...These two guys have smiles wider than the ocean, sense of humour; they are respectful and over all I feel that they exceed any one person's expectations of great customer service... I recently had to rent a car from Woodstock branch. I barely drove the Jeep at all and had the vehicle for 2 weeks with about 200kms total. I picked the Jeep up with just under half of a tank and returned it the exact same and received a bill from them for an additional 15L at $2.63 per L for $39.45 + $18.12 tax for a total of $57.57 for fuel I didn't owe for.
I wouldn't waste my time again. Booked a car online but when I got there it wasn't available & then they wanted to give me a pickup truck at almost twice the price. I would rather go, as I found out, to Brantford to rent a vehicle as they have a lot more stock available.

DO NOT BOOK ONLINE - They sent me confirmation and then had no cars. I booked online the night before. Received a confirmation email stating time of pick up, type of car, etc. Took a taxi to pick up the car, and half way there I get a phone call saying they have no cars. None! How is that even possible? You are a car rental company? I was told they might have some at the end of the day. I needed a car that morning, that is why i booked it. I called Budget and they had lots of cars. Going to stick with them from now on. EDITED: I emailed Enterprise. Their version of "fixing things" was to offer me a great rate on my next rental with them. I will not be renting from them, so they can keep their "Great Rate".
Professional service and the rentals were clean. The staff were friendly and accommodated any changes with smiles. The drop and pick up service was also on time and very friendly. I am definitely going back for my future rental needs :)

I had a horrible experience with a worker named Chris at the Woodstock location. He treated me very rudely. I have been a customer of enterprise for 8+ years, yes 8, renting a car daily or almost daily. Due to my job. They have always been so sweet before, but the old staff that worked at the Woodstock location slowly left to locations closer to their homes or to fit better with their lives. There was new staff brought in, which includes Chris. It really makes me wish the old staff was still working in Woodstock. I ordered a small cheaper model vehicle, which they didn't have available at the time, so they kept me using my larger size car but gave me the discount, which they always did because I have been a valued customer for almost a decade. Chris decided to not only cut the discount but also NOT inform me about it! Wow. I had emailed him to get some communication between us, and because of COVID-19, the staff had left the office. So I had to fight to find out that they were back in office! Not even an update while I'm using one of the Enterprise vehicles! I had to go back and email 4 times before even getting a reply from Chris! So glad I'm never using Enterprise again. I ended up buying my own car after all these years because of his horrible service. It was just time especially with that experience. Please, I urge you NOT to rent from Enterprise Woodstock! I hope staff see this and take appropriate action. Would you want a manager that has no care for their own customers? Now i wouldn't want my business run like that...

The staff is very nice and professional but the staffing on a very busy Saturday morning caused customers to wait for 20-45 minutes to drop off or pickup. The management should consider better staffing levels for peak times so that customers aren't inconvenienced. Again the guy at the counter was stellar to manage and try to do his best but he shouldn't be in that position.

Rented in Vernon, BC Oct. 10-13th (2017). The car was as requested, small Nissan. The car is very low powered but it was as advertised. Everything worked, and was ready when I arrived to pick up. My only complaint (and advice) was the refueling cost. They told me if THEY refueled at the end of the rental, it was to be $1.11 per liter. But after bringing the car back I noticed it works like this: they take the total number of liters the tank holds, multiply by $1.11 to calculate the cost. This is what I paid, regardless of what what left in the tank. Thankfully I was running on fumes. You are better off to fill up yourself at the going price if you have ANY gas leftover just before returning to the office. You will pay the $1.11/L times the volume of the gas tank,, with NO credit for whatever is left in the tank. But, was a satisfied customer other than the refueling issue.
wow... Horrible customer service, insensitive, didn't listen to a word i had to say, was unwilling to help in any way possible, manager refused to talk on the phone and I was literally told to go somewhere else. My girlfriend was recently in a car accident and totaled the side of her car on her way to work. I'm currently out of province and she doesn't own a credit card. I called to have my credit card used for her and they were unwilling to help. I offered to pay online with it, fax it to them, go to another enterprise and sign a contract included with my visible license from the same address and credit card and they said it was impossible. They had to save themselves from fraud, and they had to do a walk around of the car? That i could refuse the charges? With a signed contract and photo identification given at another branch?! That using the contract i sign with a valid credit card on file it was impossible to add her to our signed contract as a driver even though our insurance policies and address are the same!? You can't do the walk around with her and get her to sign off on it? Nope... Can't; we are useless and don't want to help you, also we aren't sorry. Our insurance will not cover damages so i asked if she could come in and pay cash or debit and they informed me they needed two pay stubs and two utility bills!!!!??? Well guess what? ; my girlfriend is an independent contractor ; we rent and the utilities are included in our rent! They told me there is absolutely nothing they could do and were totally unwilling to help me, they were curt and rude on the phone! They told me there are plenty of other rental car locations in the city and to go to them! What kind of customer service is this?! I'm literally willing to go to an enterprise store and sign a contract with this company to take my money and you won't let me!? They told me to get my girlfriend to contact insurance immediately... Okay she is working why do you think i am calling? Also I've repeated insurance won't cover this particular situation, is no one listening?! My lord, the man on the phone was just horribly inconsiderate and just wanted me off the phone immediately. The only saving grace to this was i called another enterprise and although he said i was basically S.O.L. Which is unbelievable ...he was actually polite and asked if my girlfriend was okay and listened to my plight and rant of his unprofessional co workers at this branch in crowfoot... Which i'm informed now is THE CORPORATE BRANCH!!!! Unprofessional, inconsiderate, curt, worst customer service i have ever received, will never recommend this company again or rent a vehicle from here! Do not go to this branch, you will be sorry! Don't even call here, the service is the worst, good luck getting an economy vehicle they never have them in. Have fun talking to these horrible individual good for nothings. I would rate half a star if i could only for the polite manager at shagganapi who also i might add had to call me back after almost 15 minutes because they were busy helping customers...probably because they are understaffed.

Rented an elite vehicle for a business trip for Monday at 8am (when the enterprise opens) I booked the car 3 weeks in advance. After getting a ride to the Simcoe location I was told the car was not there and that I was told that they would call when it was in and it was scheduled to be there for 11am. This made no sense as I planned for the week and appointments and there is no way I would start my week at 11am. The manager was rude to me and stated that was our agreement and he didn't want to hear about how that didn't make sense to me. I then asked if there was a car available. Without looking or hesitating I was met with a No. I was told to return at 11 and the car I initially rented would be there. I left with my ride and returned at 11 as going to another location would have put me at the same time. At 11 I was told the car still wasn't there but would be shortly. I waited 15 minutes and the manager came outside and told me the check engine light on the car was on but they could give me a vw parked out front. At this point I was very very annoyed but needed a car. After driving the car for 10 minutes I realized the car had not been cleaned and stunk like cigarettes and who knows what else. I then tried to call into a business meeting and the Bluetooth and radio started glitching and didn't work. I called customer service for the 4th time and had someone finally help me and I switched cars at the Brantford location but still in a small vehicle as nothing was available. All my morning and afternoon appointments had to be cancelled and I will have to reschedule all the appointments to another week of travel taking time and money away from my family and employer. I have yet to receive an explanation or an apology. Very dissatisfied and will ensure enterprise will not be in any of my travel plans again.

Would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone needing to rent a car! My parents van broke down about 6km outside of Woodstock, had to get it towed back to where we live. The tow truck could only take 1 person along, and there were 3 of us in the van! So, we called Enterprise. My Dad talked to Christopher, who was so helpful! He was able to send someone out to us to pick us up from the side of the road. Got to enterprise and Christopher worked with my Dad and got us the absolute best deal! We couldn’t have been happier with the customer service. Highly highly recommend!
Showed up for the pickup of a car 05/31/2018. Steve Kisielius was working at the counter. He was clean cut, professional and courteous. We expressed that we were needing to take two vehicles for transporting some family from the airport, and he entertained an upgrade. It was way cheaper than we expected and saved us from driving separate days before the wedding and a lot of stress in having to navigate independently. He entrusted us to return the vehicle in the same day, being that the upgrade was booked early the next morning. Steve was also efficient and accommodating to expedite the exchange process so we could get to the airport on time. It was altogether the best rental car experience we have had to date accounting for many countries. We rent a vehicle roughly one a month for one reason or another. Hats off to you, keep it up!

Didn't have what I needed but gave me something that will work. Dont get me wrong. Not all rental places will do that to the clients satisfaction. WE WONT GO TO UHAUL. most vehicles are not saftied. we tell people to go to you. If you dont have what we asked for you will find something that is close or will do the same job.

Great car, good deal, like your company -however I do prefer an actual receipt- everything was done paperless- so will have to call to request a receipt. And would be nice to go over essential details of the car- this was so new- I couldn't find the windshield wipers in a rain storm and also- didn't have the emergency no# for travelling in the US- incase I had a breakdown- which should be printed on a receipt for safekeeping..

If I had the option to put 0 stars, I would. On 12/25/21, ended up in a ditch, vehicle no long road worthy. On 12/27/21, I call enterprise customer service to make sure that the rental set up for me on 12/27/21 will be ready and can be delivered to my auto shop on 12/27/21's AM, and am told yup! Call and your booking is set to 9:30am. Call them 5 times with different extensions to make sure I'm calling the right number, to find out they are closed. At 9:30AM I called back to customer service, and speak with escalations, I was told by a male that he communicated with the store manager for this location and is trying to see if they can provide an accomodation for Emergency Accommodations, someone would follow up with me by end of day. 2:00PM arrive and I start to wonder so I call for a follow up, speak to escalations again, with a different representative, who listened then very quickly said: "I don't know who there are and I am requesting someone listen to those calls, and let them know not to do that again." And literally hung up on me without letting me speak. Sooo, I called back. Customer service, my eye. I spoke with another lady, the line dropped mid conversation, another lady 100% wiling to help me. So I had to call back AGAIN! Spoke with ANOTHER lady, who very quickly refused me service and again said they had nothing they could do. I don't understand how you guys are contracted with Insurance companies for EMERGENCY situations to help others replace vehicles when you aren't open after what days are considered legitamite holidays. I am a 21 year old female, disabled due to nerve damage in my leg, and a non-roadworthy vehicle. I was unable to be guaranteed by those who REFUSED to try helping that someone could bring the vehicle to me and I live 30km out of town from the nearest shop. My insurance requested the vehicle be towed this day and the accommodations were set by 12/26/21. I was declined all supervisor requests and everyone who didn't want to help, wouldn't even follow up on the first escalation. Let me tell you. I am insulted. This will be reported to my insurance to make them aware that you are unable to accomodate requests around holidays and that you are unwilling to provide exceptional and appropriate communication.

Our family came from Nunavut and we booked a rental, next day we received a call that they have a empty lot. If they wanted a good customer service then they should of got a car from London or offer a ride to the london branch to puck up our car. We were planning to rent a car next week too but now we just booked a train. Stupid part because it was two days notice the prices are double then one week notice. This would be our first time but now we will never book with them again.

I took a taxi and when I got there, no one was there to help me. There is a little note on the desk that says to call a number to be served, I called several times and no response. I also left 2 messages and no response. I waited there for 40 minutes and finally decided to give up and go home. Once again I took a taxi (when in reality I should have had the car I rented). The next day I called enterprise (usa) customer service. They tell me on the phone that the message will be sent to the sept-ile branch and that they will call me back to reimburse me for my taxi. No return call from them. I called several times and left two messages. No return call. Really pathetic. In the comments the owner asks me to send an email to, supposedly, resolve the situation. I sent the email with all the info and NO FEEDBACK from him. He tries to give himself an image on google, but his desire to help me is false. A staging lol. (Original) Pire service client EVER! My brother in law went in with $500 to rent a car for the week. The jerk at the counter treated him with disrespect. Would not allow him to rent a car because he did not have a major credit card. Never offered any other solution other than "too bad". Treated like he couldn't afford a rental or something! I have rented from enterprise for over 6 years!! I actually suggested he go there and could not believe he was allowed to be treated that way. Luckily the Ontario st st catharines office was plenty helpful! My brother in law showed his last cogeco bill had a 0$ forwarding balance. He paid for the week, eco, and $250 deposit with ease. The idiot at welland office should be fired! Lost a good customer today. And I will not send any new ones your way!!
Been going to the enterprise location in Woodstock for 22 years and every time that I have the experience has always been 9/10 or 10/10 as any issues I've ever had they always took care of and had me on my way right away, one person in this enterprise has really stood out the most to me and he has done an amazing job at this location definitely deserves the employee of the year award but likely the last 15 in a row... good job enterprise car rental and thank you for your services at the Woodstock location.

The folks are Enterprise are always nice and accommodating.
They never give you a vehicle with a full tanks of gas, and the last few times the level hasen't even been on a reference tick, making it extremely hard to refill vehicle. I have used Enterprise across North America for over 5 years (over 100 rentals), and this is the only location I have ever encountered with this problem. Cars could be cleaned better. Would recommend St Catharines Enterprise for anyone who doesn't mind the extra drive.
The car I got was under half a tank of gas when I got it. When I returned it I was charged $2.50 a liter to fill it when gas prices were around $1.20. Where are you buying your gas from anyway??

Booked a rental 1 week in advance, showed up and they didn't have a car for me, told me both St Catharine's and Niagara Falls didn't have any vehicles available either that they can pick up. Called Niagara falls and they had 2 available. Don't schedule a pick up for near closing time if you actually want a car. Leave work early and make them pick up a car from another location, keeping in mind that they're off the clock at 6. Signed - the guy hitchhiking to Kingston at 5 a.m.
Oh boy! They were friendly and helpful! They gave me a 2021 car to use. I loved it! A little too much. It saddened me to have to give the car back and to know I wouldn't be able to afford a car like that. Lol!!! So many awesome bells and whistles. So much new technology that I didn't even know existed!
These guys were amazing! I was in a real pickle when I called them and they were spot on with everything I needed. I needed a quick solution to a very unfortunate situation involving my own car. They did everything as quick as they could, as I had to be at work ASAP. Being a broke college student, they really made everything quick and simple, which is exactly what I needed at that time. Answering all my questions as quickly and efficiently as they could really made the whole experience better! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle. The car I got is amazing and is exactly what I needed/ asked for.

On my recent trip from Ontario to N.J I experienced some difficulties with my car while in Blairstown N.J. Called the MANAGER of Enterprise at Hackettstown N.J at 8AM after speaking with Enterprise in Woodstock Ontario They promised me a Van for my last vacation day while they checked my car. They never showed or called !! I waited and called numerous times. No car all day.!! Called again at 3PM. Ryan answered ,took my phone # and called back within 5 minutes and and by 4:00 o clock he was in Blairstown with a car. Needless to say it ruined my last day in N.J. Thanks to your help Chetty in Woodstock Ontario and Ryan in Hackettstown N.J I had a good trip back to Woodstock. Ontario. I am an Enterprise Plus Member and always travel with ENTERPRISE.

Vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, practically new, fair price. The service was excellent, the employee Jeff was very attentive, explained all the functions of the car to me, and was very helpful, helped me with all my doubts, in addition to being very friendly, just compliments for his work.

Good Clean Cars
I have used this location for rentals on several occasions. The service is consistently exceptional and I would recommend without hesitation. They always go out of their way to get me the best price, and it is always appreciated. Even when I show up just before they close for a last minute question/reservation (sorry guys!) they are friendly and helpful!

Good service friendly staff the car was clean
I am very pleased with this service. I was early for my rental so they gave me what they had (which was top of the line) until mine was ready. I even had a courtesy call the next day to see how everything was. My car was being fixed and needed more time so I appreciate the service and being able to accommodate my extension. Very courteous !
Mr. Achem took great care of my family when we rented. He was very friendly, quickly processed us and gave us a great rate.
Easy to use, friendly staff
The staffs are friendly and helpful. However, they don't answer the phone quickly. You may have to call several times before someone picks up the phone. I don't think that is good business practice. The other experience that I had with this location in particular, is they don't give unlimited kilometers for long distance travel. In my rental experience, they give you only a certain amount of free kilometers and then they charge you if you go over the free kilometers. This isn't standard procedure at all the Enterprise locations. I had to take my business to another Enterprise location to get unlimited kilometers for my long distance trip. This rating isn't meant to tarnish the business. I am not about that, however, the company can learn and improve customer service by truthful feedback from their customers.
They took good care of me
They gave me a car with low tire pressure, and no winter tires in January. Also when they were supposed to pick the car up they said they were short staffed and I had to bring it back and get home myself. They used to pick the car up from the shop you had your car in. Customer service is non existent now.
The folks who work here really are great. We generally rent out of need which means we are already generally not having the greatest day or week. These folks have always gone above and beyond to help us out and I've never had any problems. Their pricing has also come down alot in the last couple years and is generally about the same as everyone else.

I was in a very serious accident in June and Enterprise came to my rescue with a rental. I was treated terrible with my insurance company and these people helped me out. Enzo and others in office, always pleasant and very helpful. Also asked how I was feeling from my injuries. I will always recommend them. Thank you so much
Worked there in Simcoe for 3 months but left due to lack of employees and some disrespectful comments from a employee to a customer did not want to be part of that atmosphere

I've been renting from this location for about a year now, and every rental has been a pleasant one. The staff are friendly, helpful, and effecient. They always let me know the latest deals and have my best interests in mind each time. The prices are more than reasonable and i've developed a relationship with each employee i've met. they always have smiles on their faces, and recently they even took the time to get me a christmas card :) i want to thank Brooke, Michelle, Dean, Dave and Ryan for always keeping my rentals clean and the service fast and pleasant. merry christmas enterprise!! thank you Jamie
I made an online booking to rent a car for a week as I was visiting my mom in a neighbouring town. When I arrived to pick up the car, Matt Travis management assistant, was able to give me a better deal for the week than the one I booked. He also told me I was eligible for an upgrade that was much more suitable for my mother’s needs. Best of all , when I was trying to figure out a bus route back to that town after dropping the car, he told me they would drive me back! Wow. He was so helpful and gave excellent customer service, as did the other people working in the agency! It made a stressful trip much easier for me. Thank you Matt and team!
