I was referred to them by a friend. I needed a van pretty quick, they played a good sales game and ultimately I purchased a good van, terrible financing although I have A1 credit. So I let it go and figured whatever. Came back a couple years later and told them my rear windshield had essentially imploded for no reason. After speaking to other Town and Country and Caravan owners, this is common. They told me they’d never heard of this. They quoted me at $570 for a replacement for my rear windshield. Told me they would consider helping me even though the vehicle was still only a few years old. I wound up getting a guy to come to my place of business and replace it for $280. Less then half of what they quoted me. While it may seem I’m jaded due to the windshield, that is just an example of their no exceptions customer service. They come across as nice people but you will pay an absolute premium for your vehicle and if you’re not car savvy they will milk you for everything. They are not a trustworthy dealership and for all their platitudes about family and trust, they go beyond just trying to make a buck and go for the throat. Avoid them at all costs.

Car was ready when we arrived and all paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. As we were getting ready to get into our car he surprised us with 4 winter tires on rims. Decided I was gonna share my past experience with this dealership. So, December 2020 I purchased a 2015 hellcat charger from here, I went in saw the car in the showroom and it looked clean, but I got fooled. I was in a rush to get a hellcat as I have been wanting one for awhile, So, we went ahead and got the car. The customer service was alright, but the bad experience comes after I purchased the car, this dealership hid so many problems. Firstly, The backup camera wasn't working the screen would blackout, So I took it to them after a week of purchasing the car, they said come back if it happens again because no codes popped up. The MAJOR problem I had was I found out this cars whole roof/top end was replaced and painted, the windshield was peeling and the paint was super poor. On top of that, I noticed some noise coming from the engine, engine knocking... metal shavings in the motor is what the issue may have been. Had a super rough experience with this dealership and definitely would not recommend this dealership. If I were you Peel Chrysler is the way to go.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience purchasing a car from Scarborotown. It was quick and efficient to schedule a visit, Michael was excellent in keeping to my time restrictions, answering any questions I had and sharing relevant information that I wouldn’t have thought to ask. Generally I find the process of searching for and buying a car overly burdensome as they waste your time in negotiations, and are vague at best in describing the terms and conditions. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT the case at Scarborotown! It was such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend buying a car from them- especially Michael. Also, the sales manager Carl instantly makes you feel welcome and in a nice surprise was offering your choice of a designer handbag for buying a car. Honestly, what a nice touch ????????

I came to look for a Jeep Wrangler for my fiancée as a surprise gift for Nov 2nd and met Arden Keskek. I made the order in September and the order was expected to be shipped on Oct 23rd. This was a bit too close for my comfort. I asked Arden what to do, and he suggested that I swap over to another order that shipped a week earlier and hope for the best that it comes on time. After waking up every day at 4AM checking transport details, IT FINALLY ARRIVED THREE DAYS BEFORE! Arden pushed that the car was licensed and PDI’ed the day off and got the team working overtime through the weekend - all prepped up for my surprise proposal and it went amazingly! HUGE thank you to Arden for following up on my order closely and pushed the car to be released just on schedule. Arden truly helped me make the impossible happen, highly recommended to deal with Arden if you’re in the market for a Jeep Wrangler!

I purchased a used vehicle from Dan McMullen earlier this week and just picked it up a couple of hours ago. This is the first time I have purchased a Dodge vehicle and I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. After visiting other dealerships that had a similar vehicle and talking to several different sales reps I choose to purchase from Scarborotown. Dan was amazing to deal, extremely professional and did not push to get a sale. Even after my first of two visits to the dealership I did not get a pushy follow up call within minutes or hours like I did from other dealerships. I was treated with respect from all the employees that I came in contact with from the minute I first visited until the completion of my vehicle delivery. As someone who is in the sales profession and a former car sales professional for a different vehicle brand, I highly recommend going to see Dan if you are looking for a Dodge/Jeep product. His knowledge and professionalism far exceeded my expectations.

I have purchased many cars from many different dealerships over the years, however my experience at Scarborotown Chrysler was, by far, my best experience. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and very helpful. I traded in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler for a new 2021 Wrangler and without saying anything, the sales associate helping me could see how much I loved my old Jeep and wanted to make sure I was getting into something I wouldn’t regret. Arden was the sales associate who helped me. He listened to what I wanted and only showed me options that met those requirements. He answered every question I had and made me feel secure about my new purchase. He followed up with a phone call a few days after I picked up my new Jeep to check in on how everything was going. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car to finance or lease. They will discuss what options are ideal for you and you’ll walk away feeling confident that the sales associates in this dealership care and listen. I spoke to three different sales associates during my time there and all three were extremely helpful. Would give 5+ stars if I could.

Don’t waste your money here. They are racist and judge people’s affordability based off race and looks. I came in looking for a car, and found one I could afford. I waited for a representative to help me but was faced with judgmental stares instead. Finally someone came out but instead of helping me, the rep simply lingered around me. He eventually said he would not help me because he didn’t think I could afford it. I immediately went to another representative and asked to look inside the car. This rep was able to unlock the car but proceeded to tell me I could not test drive it. I never said anything about test driving, yet he said he was told to tell me I can’t test drive it. At this point, I asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager everything that happened and instead of addressing the issue correctly, he nonchalantly said he’ll ‘talk to the guy’. Here’s the problem with this- I never told him who the guy was! They’re completely racist and not worth wasting your money on.

A bit of a long wait to find out that they needed to take my van for a day to do repairs to it. They offered a loaner vehicle (I didn't have to ask them for one). The loaner was a brand new 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan that still had the "new car" smell. Frankly, I was glad to get my old van back. The 2020 is all hard surfaces (even the seats are hard) and sharp corners. Now my old van starts nice and smoothly again. The Saturday and after 6 pm hours made it easier for me to come in and get the work done.

honestly, I have been to many dealerships, but this one is by far the worst dealership i have ever been to. Came on 2 separate occasions to view the vehicle, both with the vehicles not being advertised as they are. The most recent time, I called in to see if this vehicle was available for a test drive, as it is a high performance car. The salesperson (will not drop names) advised yes it is. Went in to the dealership to see the car is with a bow inside the dealership. To make matters worse, the vehicle was a manual instead of the listed automatic, and the manager who i spoke to advised that they usually don't even allow test drives for the vehicle ( which is understandable) but should have been told to me before i made the trip out. When asking the sales rep (Michael, one of the worst sales people) i was speaking to, they advised that i should have checked the pictures more clearly. However; when the listing says 8 speed automatic, i do not intend to go through each picture to make sure of this. Terrible experience, and i would never advise anyone to come to this dealer. If you can make the drive, go see Jeff at Don mills Dodge. They treated me far better. Honestly, I was very surprised to see this dealership has even 2.3 stars. Some of their staff should find other employment, as customer service is definitely not one of their strong suits.

I was referred to Scarborotown Chrysler through my insurance for damage to my vehicle. From my first phone call to picking up my repaired vehicle was easy and pleasant. When I dropped my vehicle off to get appraised Faiyad explained the entire process in detail and I did not feel any pressure to get any repairs done until I was comfortable with cost and schedule. My rental car was taken care right away by Faiyad and the schedule to my vehicle repairs were on time. I received phone calls throughout the week from Faiyad with updates on parts schedule for my vehicle and when repairs will be completed. I received my repaired vehicle a few days earlier than expected. Scarborotown Chrysler made my vehicle look new again and did an amazing job repairing the damages. I would definitely recommend this place.

We arrived 2:30 as promised and DAVID comes out of dealership and says we cant give test drive now. And didnt took us inside even he saw weather was freezing outside. When someone did speak to me it was all about a Dodge Caravan. I went to Scarborough Jeep to check on the promotion for the wrangler 2020 , although there was no appointment but I was allowed to meet with one of the best sales people ( Bill ) Bill was an awesome guy , he was understanding to my needs , Quick and knowledgeable. Had a service appointment for an oil change. Upon entering the service garage, I pull up to one of the counters where I see an annoyed look on the service representative’s face. I got the immediate impression that she absolutely did not want to be there and I felt like I shouldn’t have been there. Although, the oil change took just over 45 minutes and the cash out was speedy and friendly. When the service was done, I jumped into my car and it didn’t seem like it was sanitized as promised. Luckily, I had my own stash of Lysol. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years at this dealership and it’s safe to say I’m ready to make a switch.

Bill Klassen was outstanding. Trucks in North America are scarce due to that chip that is needed for all vehicles. I traveled from Lindsay on a couple of occasions looking for a truck. I ended up at Scarborotown Chrysler last Saturday . Meet Bill in the Parking lot when I arrived. I was resigned to the fact that I would have to buy new but there was incentives. With Bills help I found a 2019 Ram with very low kms. I bought it and drove it back to lindsay today. It’s different times as everyone knows. After doing some searching online for a new to me car, I quickly realized that as far as selection and price goes, Scarborotown Chrysler was the only place I needed to go in person. That was all I knew though. This was my first dealership purchase and I was feeling a bit anxious and overwhelmed already. Until I actually got there. They worked out a quicker way of getting me in and out especially with the bumper that had to be prepped and painted. I went and lined up for 90 mins at the Service Ontario, came back and was surprised I still had to wait another 90 mins or so. Over 3 hrs seemed like a long time for a small job, the odd thing is they didn't seem to acknowledge it was odd or give a reason.

Just picked up my van from the collision center to replace my rear skirt. It's a blue 2019 Dodge Caravan. The work they did was amazing and Faiyad the collision center manager I believe was really good to work with. I definitely recommend coming to the collision center if you need any work done. They topped it off with a car wash that really made my day. I haven't gone to the service center there yet but I will on my next oil change. Thanks Faiyad and to the technician that worked on my van! Poor experience with this dealership. The sales team and the management are trained to trick customers and convince the customers from what the customers needs to what they want to sell. They know what they can make more profit from. They will cheat you on parts. They charged me for brand new accessories and promised me that they will make an order. However, I found out after the delivery that they removed the accessories from another vehicle and put on mine. Shopping here is not worth of money that you spend. The accessories that I purchased for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara cost me almost $20 000 on top of the Jeeps base price but they didn’t value the money. They will value the money until they get your signatures.

The worst dealership in Toronto. We bought a a used car here. The car was not prepared for picking up at all - dirty inside and outside, with dead key battery etc. All these drawbacks were promised to be fixed by the day of pick up, but were not. David was very rude and arrogant. Look at their rating, it should be lower than that with such a level of service!

This Dealership does false advertise to lure the consumers. I am in market for Grand Cherokee L Overland model and This Dealership had advertise the Grand Cherokee L Overland Demo for $49,499 on their website and Auto trader. i have attached screen shots for refference and i submitted online inquiry on 16th January 2022 and i received call from dealership in morning on 17th January at 9:12am and Lady confirmed that vehicle is in stock and i will get call soon from Salesperson. I waited 2 hrs and called in and i was told that vehicle is not in stock and it was mistake and VIN number showing is from other vehicle but i decoded that VIN number, showing on first picture which i took from their website and vin number is for 2021 Overland which is correct as per advertisement. i have attached screen shot from auto trader and one from their website but now they have removed it from their website and Auto trader. Technically they lied. Never trust these people. Beware from these types of dealerships .all they want to rip of innocent consumer.

Kanesh was friendly and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable in his field of auto sales as shown in him going above and beyond to address every question and concern…and trust me my husband had a lot! 2021 Ram 1500 Classic. First time dealing with Scarborotown Chrysler. We travelled past 8 closer dealerships because of the advertised prices and got a deal that we certainly would not have got elsewhere due to their volume pricing. Salesperson Kazi was great to deal with, no pressure tactics just good advice and information. The Sales manager Ben was honest and easy to talk to.
