I bought my used car from here, the buying process was fine, but the warranty from manufacturer was still valid, which I was not told, and so I bought an extra warranty from here, and when my engine light came on near the end date of the warranty, the service centre kept telling me to go to the mazda dealer. Without even checking the kms it was not valid after 100k, a complete waste of my time and day and complete waste of $3000 for warrantly to get the run around and never get anything fixed. It had expired by the time i could get time to go back. and the woman with curly blonde hair that works in the service centre was acting like im trying to get something for free..hello i paid for warrantly it's not like it's coming out of her personal pocket. Next time i will buy straight from mazda

All they want to do is sell you any car that they can. I saw a car online and emailed and asked if a car was available, and they said yes. I offered a price and asked if it works for them. They said yes. So, I went there the very same evening and guess what. Car is not available. And even if the car was available (or a similar option is available), they can’t offer me for that price anyways. All they want to do is lure you in with anything and then try to sell you something else available on their lot at a higher price.

Horrible customer service from the service department. The man who has the accent should not be talking to customers and finding employment elsewhere. He rather rudely hang up the phone than to fix my vehicle's AC, which is still under warranty. I would give this dealership a ZERO. This dealership lacks how important a satifsatisfory client rate is. I see this place no longer existing in the next 5 years.

Was disappointed no shuttle service because of Covid I suppose. Was not told when I booked appointment. Arrived at 7:30 am then after checking in was told. I cancelled appointment and will rebook later when I can arrange a ride back with son. Good dealership though. Khalid Habbib runs dealership with professionalism and great customer service.

What an extremely rude Service Staff. I am saddend that dealers can treat their customer so awful. Even if you buy a brand new car the disrespect and insult is just unbelievable. I own a 2018 Chrysler 300 S. Bought it brand new. Have been bring my car to Road Sport Chrysler for Service. Mostly i deal with Joe who by the way is the best service advisor and is a very nice gentleman. When i dropped my car i explained to Joe the noise which i think is because of the A/C compressor and when i hear the noise. Also my brakes were pulsating at only 18000 KM and i knew it was the rear brakes because and other dealer replaced my front brakes at only 6000 km. so i wanted them to look at my brakes which they charged me $65 diagnostic fee which i had no problem paying. I got a call from Road Sport Chrysler that my car is ready and they didn't find anything wrong with my AC and my rear rotors are bad. I asked the person who called me that if i could show the tech, the noise that i am hearing. She said yes. I went to pick up my car. when the tech bough my car out i sat with him and showed him the noise that i was hearing. He did hear the noise and then got aggressive and told me that why i wasted his time, none of that is on the work order. i told him i explained every thing to the service adviser and then he got more rude told me none of that explanation is here on the work order and pointed at my signature like you signed it. i told him i dint write the work order and i preceded towards the service desk. Mikaela Mahoney was the service advisor who i had book the appointment with and she was the one who was at the serivce desk. Tech rudly told her i hear a noise but it is very minor and it could be any thing. she look at my like you dint tell me any of that and then i explained that when i called to book the appointment i had explained exactly when am i hearing the noise, when i dropped the car then i explained the same thing and when Mikaela called me to tell me my car is ready even then i explained it. All of a sudden Mikaela slammed her hands on the desk and shouted OK, OK i take the blame OK I take the blame. She rudely yanked the Tag of my key slammed the key on her desk. Told me when do you want to come back cause i will need to your car apart and will take up to 2 days. In the shock i just could believe what had just happened to me. i just paid my dues and left. when i sat in the car i also noticed that my dash cam was unplugged i called the dealership back and had asked them if they have a policy that dash cams cant be active in the shop and i believe it was Joe on the phone who told me no there is no such policy. So i asked him why is it that my dash cam is unplugged. I just can not believe that Road Sport Chrysler just dealt with me like this. Its not like i am asking for then to fix it for free. i have a 7 year comprehensive warranty. I work as a Licensed Tech at a local used car dealership and we never treat our customer like that no matter what. I have no words. Maybe this is my Last Mopar. I should take my business where it is appreciated and i am not disrespected. EDIT: My sincere apologies for not updating the review back in January, but due to Covid 19 things have been a bit crazy. I was contacted by Darcy (Service Manager) after the incident happened. He was apologetic for what had happend and asked me to bring my car back so he could rectify the situation. I find it awful that the reputation of a whole dealership and its amazing staff has to suffer due to poor customer service provied by a couple of bad employees. Darcy and (I cannot forget to mention) Joe are compasionate people and it is because of them I have decided to return to the dealership. Darcy personally went on a test drive with me and verified my complaints. Joe made sure the repairs on my care were done properly. I cannot thank them enough. I love my car and I am happy that people like Darcy and Joe understand the need for me to take good care of it. Thank you again.

My mom went in after receiving a letter for a recall on her Chrysler. The woman she dealt with was beyond incompetent. The woman immediately said they are too busy to do recalls with all the oil changes they have and that my mom would have to wait months before this service can be done. She also said that if my mom wanted this service done sooner she could come in for an oil change and then they might be able to take a look at it. My mom didn't need an oil change, she needs a part fixed that has been RECALLED. Unfortunately this is the second time we have dealt with this location and both times have been terrible. I would look avoid this location.

Worst customer service. I contacted Roadsport regarding their deals which were mentioned on their website but they don’t provide such deal . Its on their website but they are refusing it. Called 2-3 times but no callback or email from them . Very disappointed.

Khurram and Charles were a pleasure to deal with. They answered all my questions and if they didn't know the answer, they helped me find it. Charles even saved me $3/month off my payments which at first I thought wasn't even worth the phone call... well that $3 will end up being a savings of over $250! The truck is in amazing condition and couldn't be happier with my 2015 ram 1500.

It took very long time to get checked and oil changed, no shuttle service is available. I had to sit there idle for about two hours, although the gentleman told me it would take about an hour.

The Customer Service reps were very polite and courteous. A call was placed to my cellphone informing me that the oil change is completed. Even though your business is operating during this COVID-19 pandemic the service provided was excellent.
This location has shameful behaviour in regards to its treatment of its elderly customers. My grandfather came to your location to purchase a vehicle and was taken advantage of because of him having Parkinsons and dementia. He should never have been sold anything in that state. He was preyed upon at this location because his wife was not there to help him make a decision. They happily helped him sell his vehicle, sold him a smaller model than what he had and he is now still paying off the fees months later. What's worse is they had no shame in the way they treated him and now, with him in the hospital, we are stuck with his payments. They made a commission off of a very sick individual.
Bought a new 2015 Grand Caravan and had nothing but engine trouble. Road Sport's fix everytime the engine light came on was to change the oil to get rid of all the bits of metal that kept screwing up the variable valve timing and reset the computer and hope the loud ticking from the engine would fix itself. After almost 3 years of this and only 7500 km they put a new engine in it. Drove it about an hour to Rice lake and it back fired and ran so poorly I thought it was going to die on the way back home. Traded it in the next day on a new Kia Soul for my wife and will never buy a Dodge product again. I thought only GM treated the waranty repairs like this, ps I have never bought another GM product since 1989 either.

I just purchased my first SUV 2 weeks ago. The price here is very reasonable. The sales agent named Zaglul Azim is AMAZING!! His service is extraordinary. He did not rush me for a sale rather gave me my time to make a decision. I've been there previously w/ another agent and the experience was not pleasant... But Mr.Azim knows the needs & wants for his customers. Anyone who goes there... If you wanna experience that great customer service AND make a purchase w/ ZERO buyer's remorse... After what initially started out as a pretty terrible week at Roadsport Chrysler they actually pulled through. We had a bit of a run around on the numbers for the lease on our new Jeep Wrangler. After a week of negotiating it seems like we are about to collect the Jeep deal as agreed on the day of signing.

Bought a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from John Hyman. My car did not come with floor mats, I tried to get a set from John, leaving him three messages, he did not return my call. Instead, The general manager Garth calls me asking me what's up, I told him I'd bought a used car and I didn't get floor mats, he said used cars are bought as is but if I bought a set he would give me a discount. . I asked him if that was his final answer, he replied yes, I said thank you. I'm not happy, as all cars should at least come with some floor mats.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Shawn for the sale/lease of our new Jeep. He answered our questions quickly and made sure we were truly satisfied. This was the best dealership experience we have had in many, many years. We already knew the service department was great and that's what brought us in, but it's nice to know the high level of service flows through the entire dealership.
I'm in the 2nd half of the century as far as my age, so I've owned/leased a number of cars in my lifetime. Honestly, and many will agree, finding a dealership that follows through with service and aftercare is far and few between. It's funny, for such a widely-known achilles heel in the auto retail industry, you'd think that every dealership would be jumping hoops to improve and do away with all the negative reviews. Anyhow, I bought my Grand Caravan from the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with - Hunt Chrysler in Milton. But they are too far for me to go for service as I live in downtown Toronto. Doing a search for Chrylser dealers in the GTA turn up terrible reviews. I've tried a couple Toronto Chrysler dealers for service and they have been horrid experiences, what we've come to expect in terms of unscrupulous repairs and negative attitudes. Roadsport seemed to have a few very good reviews, so I took my van there for recent service and recall work. And this is why I am now giving them 5 stars - to the Service Dept., and especially the advisor, Jason Ajram. I won't get into details about the work, it's enough to use the words, "honest, fair, straightforward, and genuine care". That's all I want. Of course, repairs cost money and need to be done, but just be honest about it and put the customer first. That's how any business succeeds, remembering the value of the customer. Thank you also to Yan, the mechanic who worked on my van.

Went for a broken transmission, quoted me $4000. A day after telling them another mechanic could do it for cheaper they suddenly were able to do it for $2000. They said it would take 5 days, instead they delayed picking up the car each day for 2 weeks (“12pm on tuesday, actually wednesday morning, actually friday, actually next tuesday”) When we finally went to pick it up they charged us $2260 as well as $200 for the diagnosis and a tire repair they said they would waive the fee prior to them beginning the repairs, and now for some reason there are dirt stains all over the interior ceiling of the car. Considering the $1000s we’ve spent there this is not a place worth doing business.
At the end of October, 2016 I bought a brand new Jeep Patriot high altitude 2016. I was confused and undecided what car should I buy. I was in some other dealer in GTA and in USA before. But here, in Roadsport I had an excellent service. Fadil and his manager Ash helped me so much to make the wright decision. I have more than a month driving the car and I am satisfied. Fadil is a very good sales person; He explain me everything regarding the car and was very polite to me. I am grateful for Fadil and Ash and I feel an obligation to say :"Thank you so much both of you"
I just purchased Mercedes from RoadSport Chrysler and the 2nd day the engine light went on. When I took it back to the dealer ... they refused to help me. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone— VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ????????????. Currently I have filed a complaint with Omvic and MTO.
I go to them for service. Friendly staff. It is not a huge and fancy place. However for service this is closet from my home. They have a nice waiting lounge with coffee and other hot beverages. I will recommend a free WIFI.

I bought a 2013 brand new Jeep Wrangler from this dealer, placed the order in February 2013 and got it in March. The negotiation process with Ken was great, we actually made 3 visits and emailed back and forth a few times before I even settled. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and how I wanted it. He did a great job making it happen, I have recommended this dealer a few times to people. I did however have an unpleasant experience ONCE, with an oil change trying to get an appointment booked. Basicly called and got jossled around from phone to phone in circles for 10 minutes. Fired off an email and got a helpful response simply saying the phone systems were on the fritz and if I have any other problems he was the guy to chat to. So far, no issues everything has been gravy. Definitely will have to slide on by when I look at trading up.
The only place I’ll take my car for service. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. I bought new tires, had the oil changed, tires aligned and the sway bars replaced and my car feels like it’s brand new. Great job once again!

When you set an appointment to view a vehicle and then check the night before to see if the car is still available but it’s not, you should at least be informed by the dealership that the car had sold, rather than having people drive all the way down to the dealership from long distances just to be shown something they didn’t want in the first place. Lucky to have had the feeling to check otherwise would’ve been spent money to go down there to be even more furious.

Scammers. Took my vehicle in for inspection, didn't even open the brake assembly to see the issue. and still advised me to change the entire assembly. Quoted me $2000. Later i took it to a local mechanic and he found a small misalignment and fixed it for less than $100. If they would have just opened it properly and examined it, could've solved. Looks like these dealers just want to ooze more money after sales. Don't offer a callback to fix the issues. Just improve your services instead.

My request to have my very rusted bumper on my 3 year 2017 Ram Midnight Express was turned down multiple times by Fiat Chrysler America. Roadsport Chrysler took matters into their own hands. Jennifer Bonnel the service manager got the ball rolling and got ownership to cover any repairs and associated expenses on their dime. That’s customer service. Jennifer then got Raymond the body shop manager to call me and setup a time to get serviced. Raymond then knocked my experience out of the park. He got me in right away replaced the bumper re coated and rustproofed all areas involved and evened touched up other chips he found. I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram brand new, had numerous of problems with this truck. They refuse to fix my tail gate assist, they also damaged one of my doors by scratching the paint had to get the door repainted. Terrible dealership, don’t go here. There is many different dodge dealers to go to that have excellent service, but this one is a nightmare.

I thought I had a good experience at this dealership. I took my car here after an accident which I was not at fault a year ago, it went through insurance and everything was taken care of so I thought. Over the next year I had my headlights go out several times, at first I didn't think much of it. Maybe some oils from the fingers got on the bulbs or something. This past week I had both headlights go out on me and I took it to a shop way out my way because I know the owners personally and I can trust them.They showed me that the dealership had used an after market headlight. Made in Taiwan which was shorting them out. Now the dealership has said its what the insurance told them to use which I can understand to a degree. But how could these so called specialist not inform or know that this was creating a bigger problem which I now have to cover out of pocket. Morally and ethically this is just wrong. Be careful about where you take your vehicles, even if they are the dealership of the type of vehicle in question. Roadsport chrysler gets no stars in my opinion. I would never go back.
I brought my truck there for service and because it kept shutting down on me. I spoke with Lisa the service advisor there, she is very sweet and helpful and told me exactly what was wrong with my truck and fixed it! I've heard bad reviews about this location but they do have new management and were helpful when I was there. Everyone seems nice and willing to help. I would recommend services here
Got rear-ended on the 401, took my 2018 Cherokee into the body shop and it was the best experience I've had at any mechanic ! Raymond was nothing BUT helpful, I couldn't have asked for anyone nicer, or better workmanship! For all your repair needs, go see Raymond!!

Sales person was great from the beginning until the end. The vehicle I purchased is unfortunately a lemon. Within 6 weeks of owning I was a the dealer 4 times with different issues, with a check engine light. One being the cabin air filter being completely blocked and causing acceleration hesitation. When i bought the vehicle, the promo indicated new filters, wiper blades etc, this should be double checked before purchasing. Also replaced both brake light bulbs after 2 weeks( 26K mileage). Like I said the service from the salesperson was friendly but the vehicle is another story. I am currently trying to sell it with no luck.

First, I bought a 2017 Jeep SRT, then my wife's 2018 Jeep Cherokee and now my 2019 Ram Bighorn. I have always been given great customer service at this dealership. As a matter of fact, it is my goto place to buy vehicles and get them serviced. Yesterday I went to get my Ram front tire attended to because it was losing air, Roadsport gladly attended and helped me with my Tire Guard coverage. As with many things, I had a hiccup along the way but they quickly rectified it. Their efforts to rectify issues as they pop up gives me confidence that they are about providing the best customer service and support without a doubt. I will continue going to Roadsport even though I live on the other side of Toronto. At this Toronto premiere dealership, one can be assured that they and their vehicle will receive the best attention. This is by the the most honest dealership I’ve ever been too, these guys are all about customer satisfaction. Recently I was involved in a rear-end collision and I decided to take my truck for repair. Horrible service. The guy named Fayad who deals my car was absolutely rude. Took two days to fix my flat tire and cost me 158$. The Asian lady in the cash didn't even respond to my greetings and pretended like I am invisible there. Only the technician who worked on my car was excellent guy and gave me some important advice. Great customer service super polite people. I start talking to Joe took my car there for some minor issue with my cruse controll and he also told me about a recall that FCA had on my car he set it up to get it fix right away and my cruse controller issue he put it under my warranty. He's just awesome. I also have purchase tires and some accessories for my truck and talk to almost everyone there at the service department. They are all great.

After purchasing a Hybrid Pacifica here we have had numerous recalls for it. We don’t mind the recalls but taking their car in for service has been a NIGHTMARE. We took it in in December for the day and they said “we werent able to get anything done bc we didn’t have the parts”. They knew the recall beforehand. So this seemed odd. We have an appointment today with them for this service and my husband has called 4-5 times now asking if they have the parts. 3 times left voicemails and yesterday finally spoke with someone who said we will call you back. We never got a call back and decided to go somewhere else. We called another dealership today and guess what, this recall is a software update they don’t even need parts. Im not even shocked. DO NOT take your car here for recalls or any mechanical work. They clearly have NO idea what they are doing. ONE STAR BC I CANT GIVE ZERO!!!!!!

When I bought my Dodge Carawan I was given $500 x 3 gift certificates, so I can do the service going forward. But when I took my car for first service these corrupt service people refused to honor those gift certificates. They sold extra warranties to me and in return to these gift certificates. Service people are liar they create unnecessary work and demand money. Terrible people in service have no manners from top to bottom. Do not waste your hard-earned money and time at this dealer ship.
When I took my car in for a radiator issue I was accused of both trying to get my warranty to cover damage I caused and lying about an accident that I hadn't even been in. It was suggested to me that I had sustained front end damage and this was causing a leak in the upper part of the radiator. They refused to look into any other potential causes for this damage (like an overlooked accident from the previous owner, manufacturer defect, etc.) They also did no work on it besides "finding these damages" and instead they chose to accuse me of lying and notified Chrysler head office not to help me after suggesting I call them for further help. So I took it to another mechanic that I've had a few small services at and not only was I *SHOWN* in person that these damages didn't exist but also that the actual problem itself was a cheap and easy fix of a rusty hose clamp. I've also never seen a charge for removing headlights and putting them back on a work order before dealing with Roadsport but maybe that's just me. All in all, they seem fine as long as you're willing to pay for their overpriced services and to have their service team speak to you like scum when you don't take their word at complete face value.

I went in to the dealership about two weeks ago, Aria was very helpful and accommodating with my necessities in a car and my budget. I am glad I purchased my Dodge Challenger from Roadsport, it was close and they were more helpful than any other dealership I had contacted or visited in that week. They went beyond their means to find me the exact car and price I am comfortable with and I got the absolute best deal possible.

Outright Liers! They lie to customers to save even $50, or they are just lazy and don't want to do any work. Don't waste your time and go to any other location. Here is what happen - Received a flyer in the mail to test drive a jeep and get a $50 Amazon Gift Card. After spending 1 hour there, the salesman sitting at John Hyman's desk (wont provide name / nor had ID badge like everyone else) said it's only for customers who is buying a jeep this month. I went to another Chrysler dealership, and explained to them what happenen, and right away they processed me for the gift card and confirmed I don't need to buy a $60,000 to be elgible, and that a test drive was sufficient. If I was a potential customer, I'd avoid this location for trying to save $50 and lieing to customers.
Great service and friendly staff. I wish the customer service staff would tell me in advance how long the appointment would take. I didn't ask when they wanted to know if I needed a ride home. I said no because I had an appointment and thought it would take 30mins max (tire change and oil change). But it ended up taking 2.5 hours. I waited for an hour, after which I left. But no complains otherwise.

I bought a car on augAug 27, than 2 weeks later I was charged for the car I traded in from the finance company I was previously with. It took them 22 days to pay off my old vehicle. The finance manager said he was on vacation and apologized. The finance company finally returned the money, but the dealership didn't pay the interest. Went to the dealership to resolve this and they told me that there's nothing they can do. And the manager is totally useless as well! And non of the cars milage is correct (none)!! I traded my truck with 49000km closer to 50,000. They have it at 47000

Bought a 2019 RAM 1500 bighorn here and I got to say, they got Fantastic service, really friendly staff, and I great atmosphere once you walk in the door, if you have any questions they answer it. I bought the 2019 RAM with no problem. They let you test drive any car or truck you are interested in and they are really negotiable with there discounts. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.
Buying a pre-owned car is never an easy experience; and with covid things are even more difficult these days. This is where lot of car dealers are making things so much easier for their customers. But not Roadsport! I recently bought a used 2020 suv, and even though i think i got a good price, the service was totally below par. I was told the car would be cleaned inside and out, but was not cleaned or washed. NOT EVEN SANITIZED from inside!! (They forget we are in middle of a pandemic?). I was charged $50 for fuel, but was given a near empty tank. I didnt notice the fuel charges until i closely looked at the receipt. And of course they will not respond to my email anymore. Totally below par experience and I am pretty sure i will not be a customer again and will also ask my friends, colleagues and family to stay away.

We were treated good at Roadsport. There was a miscommunication at the beginning with a vehicle that was posted on their website and the actual vehicle but they made some concessions to try to apologize for the miscommunication. We wound up getting a fair deal on a different vehicle and are happy with our purchase.

Recently bought a used 2014 Dodge Caravan. Found the transmission was behaving irregularly and "check engine" light came on. Called Roadsport Chrysler and booked an appointment, received one for 9am the next morning. Got to Roadsport Chrysler at 8:45am and was directed to drive in right away by Warren the service advisor. He was very pleasant and checked the notes as to what I needed done and informed me that he would call me once he had got the diagnosis of my Caravan. He text me just after 12 noon with a break down of the cost and what needed to be done. He took the time to explain what was found and prioritizing what needed to be taken care of first and broke down the cost. After reviewing the diagnosis and the cost and my very informative discussion with Warren I felt reassued by talking with Warren and told him to proceed with the work, he assured me that I would have my vehicle back before the end of the day on Friday and I could continue with my plans to go up north and not worry about a breakdown. I would like Roadsport Chrysler to know that it is refreshing as a customer when you experience an employee (Service Advisor) such as Warren. He was very knowledgeable but also had the customer service personality to go with it. It is also a good policy for companies to empower there employees to have flexibility in dealing with customers in what they feel needs to be done to gain the trust and loyalty from a customer. I bought a certified 2012 Grand Caravan at Roadsport a couple of months ago. This van was well maintained by its previous owner. The sales and finance staff were very knowledgeable and gave clear answers to my questions. The dealership offered various warranty/insurance products on the Grand Caravan. I chose the 2 year/60000 Km powertrain warranty, key loss and window damage. Compared to my 2007 Grand Caravan, the 2012 has a more powerful motor. Finally, my auto insurance rate actually was less on the new van. As the insurance agent explained, the newer Grand Caravans have more safety features. Thanks to Matt in sales.

I could not believe the service I received while shopping from Roadsport Chrysler. I sent an email at midnight on a Saturday night inquiring about a Dodge EcoDiesel. I received a phone call from Khurram Rehman who is one of the salespersons at Roadsport on a Sunday. Even though the dealership was closed he was ready to answer my inquiry. Then on Sunday evening we discussed the purchase over the phone while I was sitting on the couch in my own home at "my" convenience. Who does that?? Needless to say we finalized the deal that night and Roadsport Chrysler was by far the best deal anywhere. I travelled 4 hours and it was more than worth it. I have never had a salesperson work so hard to assist me with making a purchase on a brand new vehicle. He even called me on the Tuesday night to let me know the vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the dealership the people were friendly, Khurram gave me a tour of the dealership, introduced me to the service manager, gave my wife and I drinks, muffins and some parting gifts. I have recommended Khurram and this dealership to everyone I have spoken to. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I have always been a Ford guy, but this truck rides like a dream, way smoother than my 2015 Ford F150. Dodge Ram it is!

Brought my Ram here to get “Peace of Mind Service/Oil Change”..... terrible terrible terrible service dept. 1. Was told it would be 45mins-hour.....truck sat in the drive thru bay for 55mins before it was taken into the actual shop, total time spent at dealer was close to 2hours. 2. Asked for Synthetic Oil upgrade and asked for price and was told “it’s usually like 130 140”... well what’s the price, there must be a pre-set price. 3. Within 15 mins of leaving the shop I had my tire sensor light come on, I actually had less air in my tires than when I brought the truck in..... 4. Within those same 15mins my wiper fluid light came on and 2 squirts later I was out of wiper fluid..... What service was even done? How do I know my tires were even rotated? How do I know synthetic oil was even used? I certainly will not be back and will warn all Ram Dodge Jeep Chrysler owners I know that this place is a ripoff.

We have deal with Khuram trade my jeep with 2 cars that will meet our budget. He gave us a very good deal if i trade my jeep.. He showed us our payment would be. The day we gonna pick up the car he change the payment and the fact that he know already we wont be able to get the other car. I was hoping for a customer satisfaction. I always went to Roadsports Chrysler to get a car, from my 1st, 2nd & 3rd car. I tried to txt him no reply. We also ask Nick to cancel the extended warranty, he said he can only cancel if my wife is with me because the 3rd car was under her name, with out knowing my wife is in the parking lot. When I told him my wife is here and suddenly he said he’s busy now just come weekdays and just turn around. He knows we’re from Mississauga and we have work on weekdays. We tried to call and leave a message never heard call back from him.

Stay away from their body shop my truck been repaired bu not done properly dents still visible and paint dull in some area, went back there 3 times and have to book again another appontment to fix. I have to get time off at work which im wasting time and money for their unprofessional work!

I am very Disappointed with Roadsport Chrysler I am financing 2017 Dodge Craven and have bought extra extended warranty paying around $60 a month. Unfortunately By accident I put Diesel gas on my van and contacted the service Department and explain the problem, however they are charging me $2500 for cleaning Diesel from truck. Even though I did not have money to pay them and contact sales , finance and services Department manger to help me with cost nothing has been resolve. My finally, is to contact the General Manger and he give me 15% off which is nothing. For the customer who finance and pay extra Warranty, This is happen back November 2019 and still waiting to come up with money and pickup my Van. I had bad experience with Roadsport Chrysler and I never buy any more the Van or Car. They have my van until now I have to come up with $ before I pickup over 3 month with out car with 4 kids. Who ever is reading this if it happen to you please take somewhere else I promise you are not been charge more than$500.
My experience at Roadsport Chrysler was excellent. There was never any pressure to sign an agreement or force me into a model I wasn’t interested in. I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn from Khurram Rehman he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles the options on the different models as well as warranty information. Everyone at the dealership I have had to deal with is professional and knowledgeable I had an issue with one of my tires and everything was handled perfectly and quickly. The staff in the service department really know their stuff and what will work best for your vehicle. I will continue to do business with Roadsport Chrysler for service as well as accessories for my vehicle and when my wife is ready for a new vehicle we will be visiting Khurram for our vehicle needs. I bought a 2017 dodge ram sport from this roadsport chrysler, Its only 6 months old. I brought my truck in for service because my passenger door handle broke, they told me it wasn't covered under warranty. They did nothing about it. The service manager "conner" was very rude and unprofessional about this matter. I will never buy or bring my vehicles in here for service. This is my third truck i bought from this dealship and also a 2010 dodge challenger srt8. Very bad service.
The Body Shop did a great job removing a parking lot ding from my Jeep Gran Cherokee. I dealt with Raymond who was very pleasant and answered all my questions. bought a car here before after 2 days i called them because the car has some issues so i keep calling them receptionist keep asking whats my phone # and they will direct my message they even asked my contact info but THEY NEVER CALLED Me back Please dont go to these dealership manager "Frank" doesnt know how to talk to the customer he always insist he always right come on i wont complaint if there is something wrong with the car. Bought a new Ram 1500 Warlock from John Hyman (salesman). Good dude, was great to work with. He found exactly the setup I wanted, and I was very particular in my Must Have's and Must Not Have's. And Charles (Finance) was great as well. Both kept in touch with me, and replied promptly to emails. Wouldn't have a problem going back to shop for a JL for my wife later on.

I have been negotiated with a reasonable price for a new 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. However, when I pick up the mini van, the gas tank is only 1/5 filled even though I have paid $50 for the gas, I tried to call the sales rep, and left a message, but no response.
I think you need to improve your ways in dealing with customers ( price should be clear from the beginning and they should respect customer time ) Thank you

Went to buy Dodge Caravan, sales Quinton said 2015 base model sold out but will sell me 2016 one same price discard the price increase of $1000 in 2016 model. Contract signed for a 2016 and $1500 deposit was put down. 6 weeks later, the day before delivery, Quinton's email asked me to pay additional $1000 on top of contract price because of price increase in 2016 model. Sales managers Nick and Gamel, general manager Moe all confirmed the increase. They gave me 2 options: 1. pay $500 more than contract price to take the car. 2. take my $1500 deposit and will sue me for more money. I left the dealership without the car and my money. They put a clause of "subject to Chrysler rebates and incentives" in my contract to do this. Hope you will watch out if you want to buy from them. Above is my recent experience with them. Hope you can be benefited from my expensive lesson.
Dissatisfied with the service. I feel like they were dishonest with the add on warranty, wanted it removed before purchasing the vehicle. Then through an aggressive tone was told no and felt bullied into keeping the add-ons which I never wanted.

Going to this location first time as I made a mistake and wanted to book with the Don mills location. Showed up late because I went to the wrong location which was fine. The service desk attendant is not customer service expeienced. She had a bit of an attitude until I made conversation and smiled. Not too bad now that her attitude has changed. I mentioned an issue that I was told on the phone could be looked at and she tells me today they wouldn't have enough time. That's fine. I go one with my day. I come back to get my car with 15 minutes before 6pm. The first thing the attendant says is... "Your car is squeeky clean"! Hey I'm happy and I pay! I walk out to my car and instantly I can tell the job done is not up to my standards. The windows were still dirty and greasy. The inside was supposed to be shampooed and it wasnt entirely. there was still leafs in the crack of the seats. they didnt even bother cleaning one side of the blind spot mirrors. It does not even looked like my car was properly cleaned! I am beyond disappointed because I love my Jeep and my previous experience with the dowbtoen location has always been amazing. From now on I am sticking to the downtown location. I payed nearly 318$ for a job my 10 year old nephew could have done for me. The staff at the Front street location is much more mature and professional and always in good spirits. I can't believe I walked away without walking back in to say something to the service desk. I have learned to pick my battles, pay up the fee and just write reviews from now on. If you can, just go to the downtown location. Surpring that the Sportroad location has a better rating... it should not be the case.
Never had a great service from them. Not going to list all the previous services but the last one, I was scheduled for oil change at 11am, dropped off the car at 10:50 am and didn’t get it until 5. Also had to call them twice myself to check if it was ready.

I was there to have a look at Challenger. The guy named Dominic knows nothing about the inventory they have. By this I mean, he didn't even know the specs of the car he was showing me and it looked like I ended up knowing more than him about the car. When I mentioned that I am interested in Challenger RT then he was like "Whats that!!". I mean I expected the person to have knowledge about their own inventory. Also they didn't have the car of my interest on their floor. Will take my business somewhere else.

Recently went by to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. I needed a minivan for my business. When Informed them that the vehicle would be under my business name, sales and finance department seemed confused by it. After a few days I was told they couldn't finance a vehicle to my business as they don't deal with businesses. I brought my own leasing company that I've dealt with for years to finance the vehicle through. Gus was very aggressive in his dealer with myself and my leasing company. After a week and a half I was informed by Tazz that I couldn't use own leasing company because Chrysler doesn't allow it. Very disappointed in my experience with this dealership and I was not impressed with how unprofessional they are and how they deal with their customers. My family has been in the car business for 40 years and we have never experienced such poor service from a dealership. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Customer Service is Bad. I had gone there to get repairs done for paint job they said they will get back to me within 3 weeks. No one called me back. When i called the dealership i found out that they have not even registered me in their system. The receptionist "Grace" was very rude and did not allow me to finish my talk and kept cutting me off. Finally I recalled,got them on June 1st the parts dept. with the help of the front desk/reception. Hey look like they are selling Autos which badly need parts......the parts dept. is so busy! I am just giving a hint- what driver/owner have to deal with to drive a Chrysler! (June 1, 2017). Rez.

Flash forward 6 months, I purchased a new vehicle from a different dealer but brought my new truck to Roadsport to get serviced because the dealer I purchased my truck from had terrible customer service. Michaela In the service department is top notch and very knowledgable, she made sure my service experience was great and I’m happy to say I’ll be taking my truck there for all my future service appointments.

Went to this dealership on a Sunday with my wife & young daughter at 3pm in the afternoon. Within seconds of stepping out of our vehicle, we were alarmed to hear a live person telling us over a loud speaker to leave the premise immediately or the police would be called. What a joke. So much for Sunday window shopping for a vehicle at this barnyard.

Brought my car in for back brakes and to fix the sensor front tire . Appointment was at 830am.. phoned at 1 they said it would be ready around 3 /330 They called at 4 to tell me the price of the sensor. It should be ready by 5. It was 755 pm before my car was done 11 1/2 hours. to do the job. To much. Never again. Very bad service Not a happy customer but you can't blame me.

I have been coming to this dealership for quite some time and never had this good of an experience when visiting. She researches your needs and reverts quickly and was kind enough to respond to messages and calls even on her days off. Kudos to her. Also Gus, a hard working finance person who will work out the best deal and lenders for you and advise you of your best option as a professional. Bought a Sahara Unlimited and a Durango GT in just a week. Totally impressed. However there were two staff members who were rude to us as well. Will be writing about them in detail about them as well. They shouldn't be in the customer dealing business i.e. Malcolm & Roman. Details to follow. I was so upset with them but Barbara's exceeding customer expectations attitude didn't let us go anywhere else. ????. Hopefully the after sales service is as good as the sales.

This place has the worst customer service ever. We reserved a vehicle by giving a deposit, my deposit was on hold by Roadsport Chrysler. Then, when I called back to discuss the car, they increased the price of the car and wouldn't honour the deposit at the agreed upon price. I spoke to the manager who gave me an unreasonable explanation as to why they wouldn't honour the agreement and then hung up on the call while I was speaking. I am very disappointed at their customer service. Apparently, you should never give a deposit to hold a vehicle because it doesn't mean anything.

For Everyone information I went for my change oil on July 2021 at these Location At Roadsport Chrysler at 2851 EGLINTON AVE EAST at Scarborough. After my service my nozzle is not working and i talked to the manager at first they said they did not even touch it and they refused to fixed it. so i went to my mechanic because i have a undermarket hood and they fixed it for me for free. And Here we go again i went last week January 2022 on these dealership again to do my change oil and i checked my nozzle before i gave it to them my nozzle work perfectly fine. And guess what that day im about to use my wiper my nozzle are not working again like seriously. it's not once but it was twice happened to my Truck. I dont trust these dealership anymore. and poor of communication from the Entire staff. I hope the owner or general manager of these dealership link me back it is a poor work poor communication with them. Just dissapointing i brought my truck there all working properly and after the service the part is not working like seriously. i rather to go and try other dealership even though i just live 5 minutes away on these dealership i rather to travel little farther than to these place.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. Do NOT go here or trust them. I found my dream car at The Oakville dealership. I spent the better part of my day working with them on the jeep we saw and fell in love with and had actually put a deposit on it. Frank, who is the GM of this location was referred by a friend so we called him to see if he would be able to get us the same jeep and if so, what would the price be? He assured us he would be able to get it for us and for cheaper, and his associate Barb stated we needed to cancel the current purchase and deposit in order to get the new car. We were convinced and like idiots listened to them. Once we cancelled they ran out credit and the following weeks we’re a runaround of when we would get the car, etc. I put my foot down and asked for an explanation. They basically said they could no longer get it (after pulling our credit and holding 1k of our money for weeks) and basically sent us on our way and refunded us. My problem wasn’t even just this. Not once did Frank call us to talk about this. He had Barb TEXT US the whole time. Making no effort for a phone call other than when I demanded a call and they made a sorry attempt to do so and never followed through. The experience was horrendous once I gave them a deposit and they conned us out of our other car. Now, we can’t find it anywhere and we may have to settle for something we don’t love. They completely stopped responding to us now. NEVER GO HERE.
My son recently purchased a used car here. The service department (Joe) was excellent in ensuring that we were totally satisfied prior to the car leaving the lot. Even when a minor problem was discovered after that, it was taken care of promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend their service department. Knowledgeable, efficient and courteous!

Incompetent Manager and his ignorant mechanics serviced my Grand Carawan, but they made a terrible mistake by not tightening the screws on the sliding door. I realized the door was not properly closing, so I complained and asked for appointment. Hardly they gave me two weeks’ time, upon service they figure out that screws were not tighten by the previous mechanic. Unprofessional people did not apologize for the mistake. Moreover, they kept my car in their dealership for more than 24 hours, but they did not give me Rental Car which my car warranty covers. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
My husband was upset with the cleanliness of the vehicle when returned. He had just washed it the day before and it was quite dirty when returned, including the floor mats. Usually they use paper mats to avoid this problem.
Alot has changed since I started dealing with this particular dealership. Their service department used to go above and beyond until the boots on my truck were apparently ripped. Took it to my friend who has a shop (for a second opinion) he took me in while my truck was on the hoist......not a rip anywhere to be found. Don't even get me started on the electrical problem they said I had and would have to charge me out the ying yang to diagnose exactly where the problem was. I was told the service department was being totally redone.....they've got one more oil change to prove me wrong. Won't recommend until I'm sure they've changed.

I arrived at this dealership for my scheduled appointment and then waited for about hour and half to just get the ride back because there was no one available, such a bad service. Moreover, the service manager made a lot of noise about my service plan, instead they should discuss within the company and speak to Roadsport Chrysler Dodge Jeep & RAM owner that why do they have such service plans. In short it was an embarrassing and humiliating experience. I will not recommend this dealership where there is so much ignorance for customer service.
My parents have been using this dealer for years but will not be back. Every time their vehicle goes in for a simple maintenance, they come home with a huge bill of unneeded repairs. We won't be back! Such a disappointment that this place would rip off seniors!

Poor customer service. I have been there for car service and door handle replacement. After everything is done I went there to pick my car. When I had a look on my car there was some scratches on my door. I asked them about those scratches and they said they didn’t do anything, moreover they started arguing with me. After a lot of discussion they took pictures of those scratches and said they will call me after reviewing everything but, I didn’t receive any call from them. Next day I called them twice and they didn’t help me out and still saying these scratches are from your end not ours.Even on my paper work it says there were no scratches on the same door and especially on that particular area.Really disappointed this time, earlier two times were good.
I have been in business with RoadSport since June of 2019. I would personally like to thank John Sales Rep and Darryl for being excellent power players for this organization. Some say that the way how you treat others is paramount to anyone’s existence. I’ve always respected the staff and the staff no matter what is well composed, works with you and surely does go above and beyond for its clients. They went above and beyond to not only make sure we got what we were looking for, but also went out of their way to ensure we could save money wherever possible. Not only were they accommodating, but they were very personable, friendly and funny. Ash's knowledge of cars, deals and policy was something I have never seen in any other car sales manager before. We bought a beautiful 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and we are happy with the money we saved, thanks to Ash.. Great sales service. This is a reveiw on the service department a simple oil change is minimum 2 hours. Any time you go for service even for the simplest is minimum 2 hours no matter what they tell you and it didn't seem busy at all. Staff are friendly though.

Car was a waste of money and time. I'll start off by saying John Hyman is an amazing salesman and did everything he could to better this situation. I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze from the dealership in February. The car had the safety and had been detailed and checked mechanically again before it was given to me. This dealership promises and assures you quality of the vehicle they are selling. I drive the car off the dealership lot and not even a minute down the street, the engine light comes on. I drive back to the dealership to report this issue to the manager whose name is Dexter (who left the dealership about a week later). He informs me its from the detailing and it should go off but to come back if it doesn't. I don't live in Toronto and drive from Guelph. The engine light does not turn off so I have to bring the car back to the dealership. I have been back to the dealership 4 times for this issue. Each time they say they fixed it and it shouldn't be a problem anymore. I have driven back and forth from Guelph 4 times and the problem is still not fixed. The last time I was there I left it from Friday morning to late Monday afternoon giving them plenty of time to work on it and leaving myself without a vehicle for the weekend. They assured me it was fixed, that they drove it around for an hour to make sure the light wouldn't come back on which is a great way to waste my gas. I got into my car to finally drive it home and I did not even leave the parking lot and the engine light turns on again. It almost seems like they are just clearing the code and hoping it doesn't come back. This situation has happened 4 different times and especially with the distance, it is very stressful. When I told them that the light came back on, they told me I need to leave it for a week for them to work on it some more. So much time has been wasted and they don't seem to care at all. How do they expect me to go without my vehicle for a week which I need to get to work, university, grocery store, etc?? I got into a serious T-bone accident which is why I had to purchase a new vehicle in the first place. The last thing I wanted was for my new car to be a complete waste and hassle. This experience has been very disappointing especially since John and Dexter were so great with the purchasing process. The engine light is still on and I have to find a week where I am able to leave it there. It's almost May and I purchased the vehicle in February. Seems like they are taking advantage of the fact I've been calm and polite about the whole situation.
Barbara was fantastic answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase of my SRT. For sure ask for her and you wont be disappointed. Everything came together on time and for a fair price.

Complete scam artists!!! I was told on the phone they needed a $500 deposit to do a credit app over the phone. I sent the deposit and started looking at trucks, one came up that I was interested in but things just didn't turn out. When I asked to get my deposit back i was told I needed to talk to the sales manager Ahmed. I have no idea how this guy is in management, he was rude and argued telling me that I had bought a truck through them. There was no bill of sale signed or anything, he then proceeded to threaten me by telling me he will have his legal department handle this. As a first time new truck buyer this was pretty scary. I had my dad call and Ahmed continued to be ignorant and argue. Once my dad told them he had spoke with omvic the tune changed, and 10 minutes later he called to tell me I was getting my deposit back. No apology at all. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy, complete nightmare!! Avoid at all costs!!!
Bought a jeep
I visited to change engin oil and snow tires. The service centre employee needs to back to kindergarten what the points make people mad. Kept lying, late service, unsecured safety, unprofessional. He said I have to come back after running 100km to check the snow tires are installed properly or not. Are they testing my life? I am really worried about driving now. Who installed the snow tires? This is not the first time to change tires in my life. No one said the scary sentence to me after changing tires. What is going to happen if the tires fall off while driving?
Friendly and knowledgeable service staff helped me right away and solved my problem quickly.
