I have always been hesitant of going to a used car dealership given the "bad reputation" that they have. However, I couldn't be happier that I went to Motor World. Robyn & Paul were AWESOME to work with. They were helpful, listened to my needs and made recommendations to me without being pushy or forceful. They made my car purchasing experience simple and enjoyable. I have already recommended them to my friends and will be coming back the next time I need a car. I recommend you make Motor World one of the locations you visit when shopping for a used car. Their prices were very reasonable and their customer service was great. You can't really ask for more. They have a good selection of cars but I found that they had a great selection of Toyotas, which is what I was looking for. I ended up buying a 2016 Rav4 Hybrid. Pictures below.

Great joint! Tom Morgan is a great not pushing salesman. Gave me a great overview of a technical condition of the car I was buying, so far it drives wonderful. Strongly recommend these guys.

no pressure to buy. lets you test drive. they do not push any warranty. Tom is nice fellow. Bought a van 2.5 years ago no issues but regular ware a tear. they are worth taken a look if in the market for a used car.

The only time I give 5 stars is if everything that was promised was delivered, other than a reasonable issue. I dealt with "Tom Morgan" - straightforward salesman, no pressure or underhanded tactics like other used car dealers I've dealt with. Told me exactly what faults the car had, when it would be ready for pick-up and was true to his word. I would deal with Tom again.

They have a pretty good selection of cars. I bought my used Acura RDX from Motor World. The owner, Robin, is very friendly and super personable. Tom who works here is also very knowledgeable and neither of them ever PUSHED me to buy, they just answered my questions until I felt comfortable to buy the car. It was in great condition when I came back a few days to pick it up, and even after I found that something wasn't working within the first couple of days, I called Robin, and he helped me sort it out immediately. I would recommend family and friends to Motor World for sure!

Just bought my first car from motor world. Robin walked me through the whole purchase,including helping me with insurance and license plates. Had an issue with it within first couple weeks and thought I would have to pay for repairs but Robin looked after it completely. I love my car, spent weeks looking and by far was the best car I looked at and cheapest one too. I recommend everyone to go there.

Strong warning for anyone looking to do business with this dealership, specifically Robin. Robin has no problem looking his clients in the eye and lying directly to their face. Upon purchasing a used vehicle from this establishment the check engine light came on within 5 minutes of first obtaining the car, followed quickly by the airbag light. Robin assured me there must be a mistake and to bring the car in. Instead I took the car the Honda dealership only to find out the car shouldn't even be on the road and would need $2000 worth of work to pass a safety. Robin DID NOT give me a copy of the safety with the car which begs the question, is he writing fake safeties? Had to threaten legal action to get a refund on the vehicle. Absolutely no integrity, one of the mechanics working on site even said they take old vehicles that should be written off and flip them for 3x the cost. The final thing I'll say is if you look at all thier google reviews, 95% of the positive reviews were written by accounts created in the same day and they've only written 1 review ever since making the account. So either people are creating Google accounts just to write 1 review for motorworld or Robin is making fake google reviews to improve his ratings. WOW! Bought my vehicle in November, 2019. One of the best business deals I've experienced in my career in sales. Robin (owner) & Tom (salesperson) were both professional gentlemen in their demeanor in terms of non-pressure tactics, knowledge, courtesy, friendliness and efficiency. Got a MINT used Acura RDX in perfect condition. Test drove the vehicle according to MY terms. They allowed me to have MY mechanic look over the car (was advised to purchase it immediately by my mechanic). Have been asked several times if the car is brand new. Absolutely no hesitation from Robin in presenting the CARFAX (which was perfect) and the safety was delivered in a timely manner. "0" post sale issues with the vehicle and am loving every driving minute of it! I traveled from Mississauga to East Scarborough several times to do business with these guys and would DEFINITELY do it again. Love these guys and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, reliable used vehicle. They go above and beyond!

Purchased 2011 Maxima after 2 weeks got check engine light come on and brought it back for repair. They worked on the vehicle didn't fix the problem just charged me "half" the price for the parts and labour, engine light was back on the same day, very disappointed

The car I looked at was supposed to be accident free and in perfect shape. When I arrived I noticed that many spots around the car where poorly repainted, they even forgot to peel of some masking tape and painted by accident over a light. The car also had a leaking head gasket and was loosing coolant. I would not recommend them.

Disappointed. We agreed to have a car checked by mechanic (appointment was booked). I was shocked to find out that they ended up selling the car to someone else, without notifying me. After my experience, I wouldn't trust what they say, better off shopping somewhere else.

Don't buy a car from here I bought a car from here in January 4 months ago and have had nothing but problems I bought this car safety and e tested and the guy hot safety it shouldn't not have passed. the brake lines are rotted the Rockers are rotted the K frame is rotted check engine light is on leaking power steering fluid massive fuel leaks wasting a lot of gas the e-brake cable doesn't work in the calipers are seized all he did to this car is put new tires on it that's it

I got a car that was bought and"saftied" from Moter World. By the time I got home a check engine light was on. I put thousands of dollars into making it safe very soon after i bought it and it still lasted less than a year because the gas leaked and the subframe was rotted. If this is the kind of safe car they sell i dont know what one that would come "as is" would look like. I am super dissapointed and out a lot of money.

I bought a Jeep Liberty 2003 from here. I paid $1000 for the safety. When I went to pick up the car the I asked the dealer if I needed to to anything to the car and he told me the car is perfect service was done there should be no problems. By the time I reached my house the the engine light was on. My son in law who is a mechanic checked the car. The engine oil only had about 2L of oils . Not even half full. The filter was in terrible shape it needed to be changed. The radiator was half full. The air conditioning doesn't work and the parking brake doesn't work. When I went to see him today he told the when they do safety checks oil and radiators are not part of the mechanics responsibility . He told me They should have checked the oil and radiator fluids but they didn't even do that. He also told me That the mechanics don't check air conditioners and they are not responsible for it. The only thing they are responsible for is the brake because it is part of the safety check. If I didn't have my son in law and the engine burned I am wondering what would of happened. Why did he tell me when I picked up the car everything is perfect!
