Where do I even begin!!!! I just bought a Lexus from George and my experience was nothing but EXCELLENT.. George went on and beyond to help me and make me happy. I am a single mom and looking for a car was terrifying because i have no idea about cars. I couldn't have asked for a better dealer to help me make my decision, i feel like i made a life-long friend instead of buying a car. I live far from the dealer shop and when i mentioned to George I will have a hard time coming up there to get the car on closing day he said don't worry we will figure it out. In August 2020, George sold me a 2012 Acura MDX with 204,000 clicks for $11,999 plus taxes, warranty, safely, gasoline etc.. Yes, he charged extra for gasoline after he already overcharged me. In total, I paid almost $16k for the vehicle and it was my first time buying a car. The ad on Kijiji indicated the vehicle clicks were 197km which is still high for what he was asking. However, when I arrived at his dealership, he spoke like a true salesman. I inquired about the ad on Kijiji, but instead, he showed me a different Acura. He insisted that the Acura I initially was inquiring about has shock breaks and very expensive to repair; talks out of buying the vehicle I initially wanted and sold me another Acura with a three-year warranty that covers breaks. (and high mileage) I asked why the mileage doesn't match the ad and George said he bought it from the auction like this and did some work on time. He also said Acura also did some work on the vehicle as well; like putting in a new timing belt(i have no clue what a timing belt is). He said that work is very expensive and I am glad to get this vehicle with a new timing belt. I had the car for two months and the tires keep losing air. I've reported this to George and he doesn't seem to care. Recently the drl light came on and I brought the car to his dealership. I waited half an hour to see George, while I waiting for George a man who said he was George’s younger brother admitting to me that $15k is overpriced for a vehicle with 204km. When George send me to him mechanic, they also said the same thing about the vehicle is overpriced. George even offered to buy the vehicle back from me for $11,000 which I accepted. Upon the day of returning the car, George decided he was now going to go by the Ontario booklet and offered my $8500. Today I called to make the arrangements to bring the vehicle back to him and he said his lot is empty. I hope he is still and willing to take this car back. I’ll take the $11 his initial offer. I asked him why didn't he go by the book when he sold the vehicle to me and his response was ”you don't pay my rent”, which surprised me. George knew the day I came into his dealership looking for a vehicle, that he was no going by the book; that he was overcharging me. George did not go by the Ontario booklet when he sold him this vehicle. A vehicle with over 200km should be sold at that price and for me, that makes George a dishonest dealership. I bought this vehicle during covid, times hard, families are struggling to make ends meet. George took advantage of me as a young woman buying a car for the first and marketed the vehicle higher just for money. I told George that I was a single mother with children and did not care. Please let me know what you guys all think. I believe George took advantage of me in this situation. Everyone is telling me to report him to Service Ontario, but I'm waiting to see if his offer still. I hope this message finds you, George and I hope you don't do this to another family.

George had went through so much grief to get my car road worthy and safetied. Work had to be done to the car of course, but he got it done. This definitely took a bit longer than hoped, but that is cars. UPDATE. Despite the efforts to repair my car, there was some vibration coming from the passenger wheel of the car. No one could figure out what was causing it, the best I got was the muffler rattling which was tied back. I also asked George how old the battery was, because every sale should come with a new battery. He said it was a good refurbished battery. About 4 months later, the car is falling apart and the battery went. I think the odometer was fudged and I over payed for the car

NEW BUYERS BEWARE! The worst experience I have ever had buying a used car. George is very polite when you meet him but don't be fooled. I have had my car for 5 months and I have already had to spend $900 on repairing the heat and A/C. Something I was not made aware of that was broken at the time of purchase (heating is a safety concern and the car should not have been certified without the heat working). The night I took my car home from the dealership my engine light came on. He was very accommodating and took my car to his friend's shop to be fixed. The engine light went off however it came back on after driving about 100km. He continued to take my car to his friend's garage with out being fixed and the same cycle kept repeating. Finally I asked for the car to be taken to volkswagen where they know how to fix diesel engines and he refused. It was his way or the highway. Eventually I took it upon myself and took my car to volkswagen and had to pay the diagnostic fee, and again no money came out of his pocket. Now I'm running into another safety issue. The headlight is out and it is not a burnt bulb. I took it to volkswagen and they said it is most likely the actual headlight that needs to be replaced. Once again I called George to explain the situation and he just told me that "I am wasting my time" asking him to help me out. He said he will find me a cheap fix but he will not pay for anything. He also threatened to take me to court if I wrote anything dishonest in my review. I can tell you now everything I have said is 100% truthful and I am entitled to leave a review for a company I have paid a large amount of money to. I would never want someone to go through the same thing I have gone through. So please beware when thinking about purchasing a car from George. NEW BUYERS BEWARE!

The vehicle I looked at was in ok shape.Did not like the salesman - tries to evade from the point of conversation and touches you which i find inappropriate. Talks too much so that you do not focus on the problems of vehicles.I have a suspicion these guys are playing with odometer since the vehicle they were selling came from Quebec.It was 2009 and had 113k on it which raises questions.

Such a money wasting experience.I bought a 2012 Sonata Hybrid worth $13000 in March 2021.So far I spent $5000 on top of that money just to get my car back on road.I repaired brakes, steering, arm and so many other stuff. Mr.George is such a scammer and a liar.

Think twice before buying a car from there. First of all, George started to talk very politely and kindly. After then, he gives words. He said, "you have to pay a deposit, and tomorrow you can go to your mechanic". He had been taken the deposit and we had taken an appointment for tomorrow. But he came late and we had waited for 1 hour in his office. When he came, we started to talk, we wanted to take car keys but he said "I didn't say anything like that, you can take the car after full pay." But Normally, We made a deal, we would take the car and go to the mechanic before making a full payment. He started to be rude and started to shout. We wanted the deposit back and he didn't give it. We called and send email to OMVIC. After then, he started to talk politely and he said "Tomorrow morning my employee will come to your mechanic" but tomorrow morning, he didn't come. We called him, he started to talk rudely and he swear lots of times. Closed to phone when we talk. We called OMVIC again and he took the car to my mechanic. If I didn't call OMVIC, he probably would take our deposit and would be happy. He is an unreliable man. He talks politely firstly but if the work doesn't go on his way, he starts to talk rudely and even he use bad language to a customer. Edit: First of all, You didn't make any discount. You said, if i take certificate, you have to pay additionally 500 dollars. You are contiuning to this. You can't talk with a customer like this, you can't curse to customer and if you give your word, you have to keep it. You did all of them and you deserve 1 star. You gave your word several times and all of them finished bad. . I dont care and i don't recommend there anyone.

Only giving 1 star because there isn't an option for a lower rating. We purchased an 09 Santa fe from George for $6100, plus $400 for the safety and various other small fees. After we got the car home, we noticed the clutch was acting weird so we called George to see what our options were. George said he would call us back, but 3 weeks later we still haven't heard back from him. We had a feeling that something else was wrong with the car so we had our mechanic safety it and it turns out the entire frame is rotten and that the front struts were leaking, and the car is in fact not in road worthy condition. What appears to have happened is that our good friend, George, had a hot safety done so he could pocket the majority of the money instead of having a legal safety cerification completed. The kicker is that George happily allowed us to drive off his lot with our newborn daughter in the car knowing full well that the car legally isn't safe enough to drive. Don't worry George, Karma is coming for you.

Don’t buy a car here. Bought a car 3 months later won’t pass inspection 4 tires are dry rotted on the inside rear shocks are blown. Put less than 500 miles on it since purchase. Oh and still fighting to get the title and registration because the paperwork was never received by the state. Don’t buy a lemon go somewhere else.
