My experience with M&M was great! The owner and his son were very professional and a pleasure to do business with, he worked with me and tried his best to work out a deal that would work for both of us. I have had bad experiences with buying cars so I was cautious with it this time around but it couldn’t have went any better. I asked him to be completely transparent about anything wrong with the car I was purchasing and he assured me that everything was good with it, It is mechanically sound and that I didn’t need to worry . He was very genuine and I was able to trust his word.I bought the car and brought it straight to my mechanic to have it looked over as a precautionary measure and the only thing my mechanic was concerned about was the tire tread and a rim was bent which he was able to fix. Without hesitation said he would take care of the tires and I will be getting them replaced in the next couple days other than that the car is in good shape.So far so good, I would definitely recommend this dealer and will be to anyone I know looking for a quality used car and buying experience!

BE AWARE A couple of months ago I bought Lexus convertible from this dealership, Ten days later check engine light is one and the car start shaking on the highway when I asked Ryall for help, he mentions that is not his problem anymore, after negotiations he offers another car and gets the Lexus back I'm pretty sure he still has it, this car is cursed. Worse customer service ever.

I purchased a 2012 Acura MDX for $18+ in cash. I was told the battery would be looked at, told the vehicle would be detailed, told it would be looked over front to back. I picked up the vehicle and noted first it has only been express washed, which isn't the end of the world but also isn't great. Two weeks after picking this vehicle up my battery dies. After getting the vehicle checked, I'm told I need a new battery, wiper blade, tires for front drive because they barely should have passed, oil change cabin filter etc. When I spoke to both the salesman and owner I was offered a used battery and nothing more. The response was dismissive. Though there haven't been major mechanical issues, YET, with this car, I'm very disappointed in the costumer care here. I've purchased many vehicles and have never had these basic things overlooked. Small courtesy goes along way...trust me....you won't find them here!!! To respond to your response.... I will say that had written to Ryall the day after I purchased the vehicle to say that I was happy....commute alone doesn't negate that Ryall had already admitted he knew that the battery needed to be checked and said that he had before I picked it up...turns out it is it's original battery from 2012 with rusted caps. Yes I admit it to two weeks for the battery to die and yes a further two to get the estimate (welcome to hoiodays) I assure you, Ryall knew before purchase, knew he did nothing to fix it, knew it died two weeks later and yes Mervin you were contacted two weeks later. What you offered was a used battery ($50 value) to which I responded it wasnt worth the gas and a day off work. You further said anything that I noticed if more than 36 days after purchase would not be dealth with. Again. Not about what you have to do but what you should as a salesperson who cares about customers. Your comabtiveness is obvious in your own response here. Oh and yes...I said I'd write a review. Here it is .... And here are your true colors. $18500 in cash for purchase but a new battery in good faith from you (not asking for bald tires, fluids, or ripped blade replacement) is too much!!!

I have thought long and hard about this review, I don't like doing negative reviews, and our (my husband and myself) experience with M&M Auto wasn't all bad. My husband bought a 2007 Tacoma from M&M Auto Sales we dealt exclusively with Ryall. We trusted him and belived him to be honest. He had some personal stuff going on so we were understanding when he was late to agreed upon times and understanding when he informed us the night before pick up he was going to be late. When we picked up the truck it wasn't detailed or fully checked over, there was a major chip in the windshield and a tpms sensor missing, which we were told both were going to be corrected. There is recalls that haven't been done that I found out about by calling a Toyota dealership, the Carfax stated that it couldn't come back with records. They took it to a dealership near them (far from us) to get them done, which they still aren't complete. The main reason for this review is that only 3 days after we got the truck it wouldn't start, everything was dead, boosting the truck didn't work, I was worried that something was really wrong I contacted Ryall, he suggested that it might be that it was boosted incorrectly, or the battery was dead. After getting a new battery, which M&M Auto sales fully rembursed us for, a week and a half later the truck won't start again. At this point I am VERY concerned, this is the only vehicle our family has. I called Ryall, at this point the trust was broken, I had fully read ALL the reviews for M&M and was unsure if we were being taken advantage of. I left a voicemail asking Ryall for contact going forward to go through text or email, I stated at this point I was unsure if he was aware of the problems the truck has or not when he sold the vehicle and that I would be contacting OMVIC for help. Ryall called me back within minutes, he had completely changed his demeanor, he was being rude and saying that I was accusing him, all understanding he had was gone. I was blown away. OMVIC is a consumer right they're there to protect both dealerships and consumers as a mediator saying that I was going to contact them was not a threat at all unless something was wrong on the dealership side. Ryall told me that now I have to go through them no matter, because he was done dealing with us directly. I promise sensor windshield repair as well as the recalls, I don't know if we'll ever be taken care of. I will be contacting OMVIC. Overall I'm hurt and disheartened by this experience with M&M Auto Sales. If there is no issues with the truck this would have been a very positive review, but unfortunately this is not the case.

We happened upon their lot totally by fluke after a long day of searching starting in Burlington and we're very glad we did! It quickly became apparent they are hard working small business people who want happy return customers and word of mouth referrals... and you can only do this with reasonable margins, good value, and integrity. My experience with this dealer is nothing but horrifying! My journey for a newer car started looking for a Honda Civic Si (the one I was looking for was hard to find) and led me to this location - the manager Ryell seemed so kind, honest and a reliable source. I was trading in my older Honda Civic with a set of 1 year old tires - this car only needed a minor repair and in retrospective I should've kept it 'cause this dealer was getting a better deal than I got! A UNI student that was so excited to buy the car I have been wanting - went into this business relationship trusting that Ryell would sell me a car that was road worthy and in good condition. I was told by Ryell that his mechanic checked the car to see if it would pass safety and the "only" thing that needed to be changed was the battery - which he did do. The catch was, and maybe should've been a red flag, the safety test thru M&M was double the price then Honda? So we decided to go to Honda - with the trust that Ryell said it this car was good to go. Then when we brought it to Honda to pass road safety test we were told the entire rear break system had to be replaced, the front break system needed major maintenance, along with new serpentine belt, condenser and compressor replacement - that totally an extra $4500!!! We called Ryell to advise him of this and were furious that he would risk our safety and try to pass the vehicle for safety via his mechanic???!!!! We gave Ryell the opportunity to make it right - he said you already bought the car and was not going to help us. What a turn of events - total change from who we dealt with. This literally happened within 1-2 of days of the purchase!!! It was extremely infuriating that this company put me on the road with a vehicle that was extremely not safe to drive and anything could have happen. To bout, I just went to go put on my winter tires that Ryell gave me with my car the Honda dealership told me and they said they are unsafe!! So, there goes another $500+ more to spend. (My previous cars tires were practically new) My parents have been frequenting Honda and many of my relatives worked for Honda - so we have a great relationship with the dealership and they worked with us to lower the cost of the repairs that were a lot more than we ended up paying... Thats more than I can say about M&M auto assuming zero responsibility!!! We trusted what seemed to be a nice family man to have the best interest of a young student - was taken advantage of at this place! We want to worn any buyers to please shop around, please learn from our experience and NOT take Ryell's word for anything!

LONG POST BUT PLEASE READ!! What a great great experience!! The service right out the gate was fantastic. I went there wanting to get a Tundra but do to my credit I wasn't able to get it but Ryall never gave up trying to find me a safe vehicle for my son and I to travel in. He kept in contact with me while searching for something he thought, through getting to know me, I would like and called me in one day to test drive a Honda CRV. I was reluctant at first because I'm a truck guy but I tell you I really couldn't be happier and I know my son will love it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I had an awesome experience with Vince at M&M Auto Sales. I saw a Toyota Corolla online that was a fantastic deal. I sent an email right away, and Vince answered me within minutes. He asked me to call him [10:30 PM!!], and I made arrangements to look at the car and to test drive it the next morning. I drove to Toronto, checked over the car, and took it for a long drive. Vince answered all of my questions, he checked the VIN record for me, he checked for liens, and he gave me the history that he had of the car. I was very impressed with the quick and complete responses from Vince whenever I asked any questions. He was really very friendly and not pushy at all. I thought that the price for the vehicle was a great deal. The Corolla is excellent, it’s like new, and a pleasure to drive!

I was involved in an accident last year and the car was written off. I needed a car immediately but didn't want to rush and end up with some junk of a car. I usually buy new and avoid used cars due to the uncertainty of the quality. My cousin recommended M&M auto sales saying these guys don't deal with car of inferior quality. I ended up getting a 2013 Honda Accord touring from them and after almost a year now I'm still glad I did. You can tell these guys been in the business for a long time by their professionalism and their ability to answer all your automotive questions. They did the safety and changed what was necessary. They even had the car detailed. It looked brand new when I picked it up. Before I finalized my decision to purchase from them I was looking at 3 different place (1 being an actual Honda dealership). These guys offered the most value for my money. After a year of use, I can confidently recommend M&M auto sales for your next car purchase.

I would give it zero stars if I could. A lot these reviews must be from friends/family, or fake. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever seen. He sold me a car that just stopped working within a week, with a FAKE Carfax. Sold it over market price which was my mistake but I believed I was getting a great working car. I have now found out this was a car that was in a serious accident, and basically they glued bodywork back together. I am now down over 8K in repairs for a car I spent 15K on in the first place. The owner laughed at me and asked me to leave. Please, if I could stop one person from giving these criminals business, I will be happy. PLEASE do not come here!

I purchased a vehicle from this place, they were very nice, very responsive , so the finance manager was taking care of the transaction with all of its details , including replacing the break pads and other parts for the safety, he was following up with me on every details, after receiving the car I found out that one of the broken fog light was not replaced as agreed, so I communicate with the finance manager and he rudely ask me to go talk to the sales guy, and tells me that he has nothing to do with this, all of a sudden he says he is only there to do finance and he does not belong to them!! So I talk to the owner of the place next day, waste of time, he just wants me to again send the pictures of the fog lights already sent to his finance manager and sales guys. Just another hit and run attitude mixed with lots of rudeness. Amazing how these guys give themselves 5 stars with these fakes reviews.

I was in the market for purchasing a vehicle and stumbled upon this place from a recommendation. Overall great experience and ended up purchasing a 2010 Lexus IS250. Owner was very transparent with the car, his business and next steps. He let me test the car multiple times and allowed me to have my mechanic look at it as well. Minor fixes after purchasing the vehicle, but it's warranted considering it's an older vehicle. I'd highly recommend checking them out!
