Okay people, do yourselves a favour and avoid this place. I usually never write reviews but because I had such a bad experience here, I was left with no choice. Went here a week ago looking for a car and booked an appointment with Steve but instead had some fat (sorry not sorry) asian guy named Albert "help" us. He was extremely rude and super unprofessional. He was not helpful at all and gave us attitude for absolutely NO REASON. I'm assuming he was the owner's son because clearly he treated the other employees with the same level of disrespect with his spoiled lil brat self. Honestly it sucks because the place in general seems like it has potential to do well but Albert seems to be an obstacle waiting to be KNOCKED OUT.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS. I came into LGT believing I had a transmission problem and a leaky tire. I asked for an all over inspection of the vehicle because it wasn't feeling right when I was driving it. I was told that my y exhaust pipe was leaking and it was recommended that I get it replaced so that it would be fixed well, instead of just welding the leak. I was shocked to go for an oil change yesterday and find out that the new pipe put in was leaking. I was furious when I found out that instead of installing the new pipe properly by tightening it on, the new piece was welded on, and that it wasn't even welded on properly. Whoever did this work tacked it instead of actually welding a bead across it, and I have been driving around pregnant with the exhaust leaking into my cabin since then because of this. This is gross negligence, and with the lack of quality in this repair, I could have left the pipe as it was, not spent $800 for it to be unsafely replaced, and be in the same situation. Whoever did this does not know how to work on an engine. If you look at the picture below, you can see the burn marks from the carbon monoxide that I have been inhaling directly in my cabin since this "repair". In addition to this poor installation, I left with my tire pressure signal still on, because I still had a nail in my tire. No one bothered to look at it. I was also told that my front sway bars needed to be tightened next time I was in. When I went for an oil change, I found out that this was completely untrue, because the sway bars needed to be completely replaced along with the ball joints. I was told I'm lucky I didn't get in an accident because of how dangerous they were. I saw the ball joints and sway bars that were removed, they were barely held together any longer and could have completely broken if I hit a pot hole at the right speed. I was given back my vehicle with no warning of this. In general, I came in to LGT for a repair that was not only not fixed properly, but was in fact worsened. I drove off the lot in an unsafe vehicle with no warning, and some of the issues were a direct cause by whoever worked on my vehicle. I am so upset and I am so concerned about what the effects of breathing in exhaust fumes for a month because of this shoddy work will be. I could have been majorly injured because of the negligence of this service job. I also couldn't even email them this, because their mail box is full and will not receive messages. Take your vehicle somewhere else!

I just bought the cheapest thing on the lot, it had over 300K and it only had to go ten or fifteen miles a week. I was surprised everything works well and even the A/C was spot on. I may drive this for a while and leave my new one at home, there is something nice about not worrying about a door ding. Way to go people and thanks no pic's as it's just what I ask for no it's actually much better.
