Purchased a car from these guys back in August. When I bought the car the salesman promised me the car would have 2 smartkeys. When I picked up the car, they said they couldn't find the second key. They said they would take care of it. A couple weeks later they called me to come in as they had a Key "made". They made me Pay $100 cash for the second original key. I double verified the key was part of the original pair using the Toyota Diagnostic software. SCAMMERS

We bought a 2012 Dodge Journey RT Ralph told me to drive it for a week and if anything goes wrong bring it back we will take care of it, that's what I did I took it back the right front shock was making a noise, right away Ralph took me to his mechanic and had it fixed the same day hasle free, thank's to Kat our salesperson and to Ralph for his honesty, buy with convenience I definitely recommend this dealership.

These folks aren't happy until the customer is. I came back after a few months with a tire problem and they took care of it right away. They go the extra mile for you and offer a full range of products. Love that they have variety of makes and ages of cars. I consider them a class act and would recommend them unreservedly.

It's hard to describe just how bad the customer service is here, but I'll summarize it in saying that they are incredibly pushy and immediately want to know when you are buying the car, even though you haven't even made a decision as to whether or not that is the right vehicle for you. Within the first two interactions the first questions were "when are you going to buy the car". Absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend a place like this.

Joe Hanna was our guy who got us into our amazing new (used) Veloster Turbo. He is super friendly, super helpful and is really good at what he does. He will do all that he can to get you the best deal possible, and you'll drive away knowing you were taken care of by the best. 10 out of 10, I recommend King's Auto to anyone looking to buy a used car to come here first! I can only speak for my car and experience but the car was in excellent condition, and they make sure to get all testing and repairs done before you drive it off the lot. He Bent over backwards to appease me .. and insisted on paying for a accomodation for me as I had driven 5 hours from Sudbury to purchase a vehicle that caught my eye on Kings Auto Internet Site. WOW ! ..now that's customer service !! So I take my vehicle to the gas station to fill it up for my son to take home for me .. Danny took care of me so well when buying my first car! He made sure I got everything I needed and more. Made sure the car was up to date on everything personally before handing it over, wasn't pushy at all and was so patient with all my questions and back and forth about everything! They straight up lied about condition of vehicle . I asked Daniel Hanna if there were any scratches, dents or rust and he said"no, nothing major it's a used vehicle" I drive almost two hours only to be disappointed because he lied. Covered in scratches the length of the van down both sides. They did not refund full deposit. Will not recommend this company for anyone to purchase a vehile.

Ohhhh man..... I have never had such horrible and funny experience in my life. The sales person expect you to negotiate the car prize before you even take the test drive, and he makes sure if you drive you better buy the car hahahaha.... and from past 3 days I was testing kia optima all around the dealer so he was expecting not to take any test drive and just negotiate the prize and done.. hahahahaha.. lol I am pretty sure there must be something with their cars... BEWARE PEOPLE..

Cam was amazing and got my family and I the perfect vehicle we were looking for at the best price and most importantly in a condition that was beyond excellent. Cam is very great at what he does and served in my family’s best interests throughout the entire deal. I am a very picky person as I at least reject over 1,000 items before settling for the best. With Kings Auto, I was immediately impressed in finding the type of vehicle I wanted and thanks to Cam I was driving my new (used) vehicle in no time!

One of the strangest interaction I have ever experienced. Two of us went to their dealer to buy a Mercedes C350. Called ahead of time and booked an appointment with Daniel Hanna. When we went there punctually, he was leaving the dealership. He saw us and stopped to greet us. We informed him of our appointment and the car we came to see. Infront of the office there were 2 bicycles, with no lock in Scarborough. He informs us that the 2 guys with bicycles just came in 10 mins ago and made an offer for the car and going through financing. (oldest trick in the book). I am good judge of character and body language, I could see right through that he was lying. Then, he said he will see what he can do (this is 2 mins in the conversation). Within another 2 mins he comes out of the office and said he had good news and that the financing did not go through. The car is available for purchasing. The 2 guys that were denied came out of the office and I asked them if they did make an offer on the Mercedes, they said No. Infact they were test driving a Hyundai. Again Daniel is lying. Daniel takes us to the office where there was another lady name Cathy?? She is sitting and we are standing including Daniel Hanna. He asks if we are going to but the car. I am baffled by the question, answer with an yes! I am here to buy a car. I am not sure if he thought I was not being serious, perhaps it was my covid 19 mask. He asked again. I said I would like to test drive the car. He wants to know if I test drive the car and the car drives well, if I would buy the car. The question did not make sense, so I said I want to test the drive car and if I like the the way it rides to my satisfactory I would buy the car. He asked the same question again, which really started to annoy me. At which point I said either he lets me test drive it or I will go else where. At this point Cathy? Seeing the frustration tells Daniel to take me to his nest. So we go to his desk. He said the price is non negotiable and if is would by the car. After clarifying that I would buy the car if I like the test drive. So he gets the key and said only one can test drive, he has to be on the back seat. Ok! He takes the car out of his drity parking lot, parks the car on downhill facing opposite direction to where we were going. I don't know the area, because I am from London. We get in the car. He did not bother showing anything in the car like many salesman do which is a good practice. No big deal. So he instructs me to go though a construction zone with heavy traffic, going about 0 to 40km/h. Car had major suspension issues with one of bearing making noise. 5 mins in the ride he asks me when I am picking up the car. I said there are suspension issues in the car. He tells me if there is issues , safety inspection should fix the problem. He asks would I buy the car. I asked if he could hear the bearing noise, he said he does not hear any noise. Either he is lying or cannot hear very well because it was loud enough to drive one nuts. He is trying to make me feel guilty saying it's my loss. We finish the test drive which did not over 50km/h speed. Mr Daniel Hanna, it seems you have been in the business for a while. Do not let your ego get the best of you. Keep good habits in practice, like smiling, offering customer a seat, a drink, showing them the car in detail. Keep bad habits in check, like asking about their credit before even showing the car or taking about money before test driving. Asking people if they are here to buy a car. Not everyone is the same, with some people this kind of idiotic behavior is ok. But people like myself who drove 200k to go to dealership, this does not fly. You may get tired of failing deals but you cannot let that change the way you treat your potential customers or customers. Stop lying to people like it's a normal thing to do because it is not normal. In last 5 years I have purchased 4 cars, this is the worst dealership or person I have dealt with. By the way lots of fake positive reviews, example Danny Drum is Daniel Hanna.
