Well I generally don't write reviews but their excellent service compelled me to write one. I live in western Canada & was looking for a E Class for quite some time. I was visiting GTA for work & took few extra days to search my vehicle. I covered pretty much all the dealerships from Scarborough to Burlington which had my vehicle (clean carproof, white color, low mileage). When i went to Curve Motors, i met with gentleman named Adrik who showed me their inventory. I was surprised by their collection (mostly German cars - BMW's, Merc's & Audi's). Adrik was very straightforward on the pricing, provided me with full history of the vehicle, test drive, all without any kind of sales pressure. After we finalized the deal, i asked for a few fixes (new tires, brakes etc) & let me tell you - they do what they say. It was all done well before the pick up time. Not only it was a great sales experience, they stand behind their products. I had a couple of questions after i received my car & they provided excellent after sales experience. I will highly recommend Curve Motors to anyone looking for a quality car.

After searching for a car in the market for three weeks I came across Curve Motors on Auto Trader, I was initially apprehensive to buy a car from used car dealership instead of a branded used car dealership but after reading so many positive reviews for them online i went to see the car. I am glad I made that choice as it was a great decision, They have excellent customer service and more over they offered me genuine advise which is quite rare in this business. Came to look at a 2013 ML350. Was shown the car proof, allowed to test drive no problem, and purchased the car the same day. We saw that the tires seemed to be quite old, and Adrik our salesman offered to give us new ones free of charge. When we got home, we realized the tail light was cracked. We called our salesman and he replaced it no problem. Curve had the lowest price on the ML on autotrader, and their great service honestly surprised me. I would shop here again.

This service has been great. I came here a few months ago and got a car with my girlfriend. She loves the car and there's no problem and the price is amazing. Simply the best. I went there last week to get a BMW for myself, I put down $500 for a car and they not only cleaned the car, kept it for me while other buys wanted it. They replaced the tires and breaks and made the car brand new. I couldn't get the car due to problems with my work so they not only gave me my $500 back they just said "we're here when you're ready to buy again" This service is amazing. Recently purchased a Volvo s90. Insufficient and lack of any customer handling skill showcased from SAM. Delivery was made on said time however no efforts were put in to clean the car properly. Had to take it personally to a detailing shop, cost me $180. Spare car keys not maintained properly and no efforts were made to fix it. No wiper jet spray refill. No proper cleaning of hood. Solid stain marks not cleaned inside the car. I expected more from this dealership. Would have suggested my school friends but now I have second thoughts.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my BMW X3 through Curve Motors. My transaction was closed seamlessly, thanks to the Sales Rep I dealt with (Ben). Ben was friendly, attentive, professional and very informative - great personality. He answered all of my questions, and was very upfront - yet he took the time to understand my needs and put them first. He genuinely cares about the satisfaction of the customer, and is really passionate about what he does! Their Financial Specialist was pleasant to deal with as well - he even stayed over an hour beyond his regular hours just to accommodate the time that I would be able to meet with him!! Was seriously invested in purchasing the 2017 Audi A7, working with Shane via text and phone calls. It was like he ghosted me, no more follow ups or responses. I followed up twice and no response. How does a car dealership have a serious buyer looking for a purchase and ghost them? I did pull the trigger on an Audi yesterday afternoon, and I feel i dodged a bullet by not moving forward with Shane and curve motors. I can only imagine what after sales service would be like if this was the service when even trying to buy a vehicle.

Amir took good care of us with efficiency, got the car in less than three hours???? However, I did find a small issue with my center break light after I got the car, I'll do a follow up edit about their warranty service when I get it fixed. Follow up: it's been about a week since they did the tail light for me, no charges, great survice, only took them about half an hour or so. I'm satisfied :-)

We got an Audi A5 S-Line from Curve in May 2020. It's the end of the year and knock in the wood, all is well. First, I will tell you I am a picky customer. Next, that Amir is top of the line in this business. He has followed up AFTER the sale 3 or 4 times within 6 months to ensure all is well and that we are satisfied with the purchase. No other dealer or used car sales person has ever done that for me! When buying the car there was not a moment me or my son have felt under any pressure. Amir knows he has good pieces and needs no sales tactics to twist your mind by keeping you there forever or pressuring you into something one is not ready for. There was no "today only", "now" or any other nonsense most other dealers have tried. He calmly offered me to let him know what car I would rather have if not the one we came to see and he would try to source it for us! I knew we were getting a good price before even driving over to see them the first time. I have just never been there before and was very sceptical at first. Amir won me with positive attitude and good customer service right off the bat. BTW we were there 30min before closing time the first day. No problem. They took time with us. He took care of all my concerns, including brakes, new tires with brand and model that I wanted on the car where I have paid only the portion of the price as he was willing to put new tires of a standard brand I was not to fancy about. Even the special tires I wanted he has found at a very good price and not older than 6 months as I have requested. They were mounted on the rims and have not shaken a bit at high speeds. Before the purchase he has agreed with having the car checked and scanned by a near by mechanic of my choice. Upon a small deposit of 1k or 2k if I recollect well, he has sent his own employee next day to deliver the car, wait for mechanic to finish the check and return the car without any obligation on my part in case mechanic advises it is not a good buy! After all this great experience and half a year of enjoying the vehicle I will be coming back for another one soon. I do believe that no reasonable person would ever have any issues with this dealer! They do care about their business and are willing to work to deserve a good rating. I have recommended Curve to a few people already and will continue to do so.

Poor customer service. I was in the process of searching for another car. Decided to research a few different types. I was debating between a couple second hand cars including Mercedes-Benz and BMW or a new CRV or RAV4 and went out with my wife to see what we liked best. I found a Mercedes at Curve Motors and it looked great however when I asked if I could take it for a drive, the salesman said no because it just rained a little and he didn't want the car to get dirty. He asked if I wanted to go in and discuss financing. I explained that I was in the process of researching a couple different makes and wanted to see what best suited me. He said go drive the other ones first and then come back because it costs him 300 to detail the car. My wife and I found that to be very rude. Seemed like all he wanted was to cash in. Not that it matters and I didn't bring it up but we didn't need financing if we decided to go with a second hand car. We would have preferred to pay using our savings and not make monthly payments. If we liked any of the new cars we may have tried a lease as this eould be a transition to a much larger vehicle then we are use to and after the lease decide if we go back to a car or stick with an SUV. I thanked him for showing me the inside of the car. I ended up going to check out a few other types of cars and test driving them however I still like the feel of the one that was on his lot. I decided to check out auto trader and found a similar one for a similar price much further away from my house but I'd rather do the drive and give the business to someone else.

Bought a 2013 Mercedes GLK Diesel from Curve Motors back in October. I dealt with AJ who did not pressure me at all and let the car sell itself. They allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic for inspection - he said the car was in FANTASTIC condition. Shortly after buying the car the check engine light turned on, but brought it to Mercedes service and was a quick fix (NOx sensor) and covered under warranty. AJ followed up with me several times after the sale, making sure the engine light was a non-issue and even offered to bring the car to Mercedes for me if I didn't have time during the work week. Overall, a very positive experience and love the vehicle.

Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. This dealership offers good prices compared to what you see online, so its not the type of place you can negotiate because they tend to have the upper hand by saying "see if you can find this car with this km for cheaper elsewhere" and its true, you will find it hard to beat their price for the same year + km + quality (I see that other reviewers wrote something similar but I didn't read the reviews first). They did a proper safety and were not cheap when making sure the car was in great condition out the door. This was the first European car I have bought so I wanted to be assured that I was getting something reliable and that has been looked at carefully, all while getting a good price. Even if that is a lot to ask for, Curve surpassed my expectations so I'm happy I made my purchase here. All in all, Curve definitely earned all 5 stars!

Like most people I had hesitations about buying a car from a small dealership. I went to see the BMW 328i x-drive on an afternoon I was supposed to have off but ended up having to go back to work. I was in a hurry and hate making big decisions when rushed but I test drive the vehicle and decided to put a security deposit and submit an application. Even though there was a lot of interest in this vehicle my sales person Ben was honest but not overly pushy. I had some some concerns about he vehicle and how fast the transaction was going but he listened and was as patient as he could be. He gave me time to think about it and was willing to deliver the car to a BMW dealership to have them inspect it. The more I dealt with Ben the more I started to appreciate his personality and sincerity. I picked the car up two days ago and it was beautifully detained inside and out. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for everything Ben. I don't plan on replacing this car any time soon but when that time comes I'll probably come looking for you.

Curve was an easy company to do business with - AJ was very responsive, went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable with the vehicle - sent me the Carproof report, allowed me to have the car inspected by an independent mechanic, and walked me through all of the numbers in detail. Their financing rates were much better than the bank. There were no unhappy surprises or hidden fees. To be 100% honest, I was somewhat concerned about some reports that I had read on the web about Curve and so made sure to do my own due diligence. These guys checked out with flying colours.

I'd like to share my surprisingly amazing purchase experience at Curve Motors. We were looking for a BMW 228xi for my daughter and at first went to a BMW dealership that had a 2015 pre-owned for sale that had low kilometers and seemed to fit what we were looking for. When we went to the dealership we were very disappointed in the condition of the vehicle. It was very dirty and had all kinds of dents and damage. I was disappointed that the BMW salesperson did not tell me about the damage when I spoke to him on the phone and booked the appointment to see the vehicle. While still at the BMW dealership, my daughter told me about another 228xi with the same low kilometers at CURVE MOTORS, but it was a newer 2016 and also a lower price. I have always purchased my new and pre-owned vehicles at the brand's dealership...believing that they were the experts in sourcing quality vehicles and would stand behind their brand. So I agreed to go see the car at Curve Motors, but had my guard up because I was skeptical of non-OEM car dealerships… Arriving at Curve Motors I was actually amazed at all the high-end German cars that they had on their lot. We were greeted by Sayed (Sam) and after some initial discussions about the car we were interested in he arranged for all of us to go for a test drive. During the test drive Sam allowed all of us to take a turn behind the wheel and explained everything about the car, as well as the upgrades. This car was in much better condition than the one we had just test drove at the BMW dealership. It was impeccably clean inside and out, and even the engine sounded better and the car felt “tighter” than the other one. After the test drive I inspected the vehicle and noticed a few minor cosmetic flaws which one could easily overlook and was more than expected for a 3 year old vehicle under normal driving conditions. We agreed to the asking price, as there was no other similar vehicle at any other dealership that was even close to this price and excellent condition. Sam agreed to fix the minor blemishes and we also paid to have the windows tinted which was a very fair price. Sam assisted my daughter with finding a very good finance rate and answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything that he outlined. Sam also provided us with a good Trade-in value for our 2011 BMW 128i. After we left the dealership we all said that this was the best car-purchase experience that we’ve ever had. Sam was very professional and a person of his word. I felt that he was very trustworthy and was focused on ensuring that our needs were met. By the way, I was told that the dealership has been at that same location for 30 years, so they must be doing something right. When we picked up the vehicle which was ready on the day that Sam had told us, it was in pristine condition and my daughter had a wonderful memory and experience for her first major purchase. If you are looking for a quality car, excellent and trustworthy service, and good prices, I recommend Curve Motors. I will definitely be reaching out to them for my next luxury vehicle purchase.

I had a very great experience here. I really disliked my mazda cx-3 so I traded it in for a mercedes GLK. The salesperson I dealt with was Adrik. What I liked about this dealer is that they are not pushy, they answer your questions and they showed me the carproof for the GLK without me even asking. My fiancee and I were also able to test drive the vehicle the next day. Adrik kept in touch with me throughout the sales process, and was always available when I called in. I bought a car from curve motors through my dealership where I traded in my vehicle. What a terrible experience that was. Curve Motors charged me $700 for an "admin fee+safety" but wouldn't provide the safety certificate. They said the car was perfectly fine and needed no work. Well as you can see below the sidewalls on the tires are cracked and the rotors are absolutely rusted and warped. They have refused to pay (or even pay for half) of the work to be done and replace the parts (which costed almost $3,000). They are also refusing to provide the name of the so-called mechanic who did the safety on the vehicle. Buyers beware! Sadly my dealership had to fork out the cost to pay for these repairs but this is completely unacceptable. Please get your vehicle inspected before purchasing from this dealership.

Amir was a fantastic sales person, very easy to deal with and very professional. My wife bought a 2013 VW Passat TDI, and the night we picked it up driving home we noticed that there was no heat on the passenger side. I contacted Amir and he fixed the heating core right away. Thank you. As the temperature out side dropped -7, the next day after picking it up the doors would not open, once we got it open the car would not start. After a while of trying it finally started after about 15 tries. I contact Amir once again and he sent me to his shop. They fixed the heating core and apparently looked at the door and told me the battery is new so they don't know why it is happening. The next cold day it happened again but this time we couldn't get in the driver side at all. I took it in to VW and it needed a new latch on the driver side door $450. Also it needed a new battery $230. VW also informed us that the tires on the car, the ones that came with it were old and cracking on the tire walls and in the thread. They were unsafe to drive on so we needed to get 4 new tires $1200, but after that I am please to report the car is working well. No more doors not opening, no more car not starting. When I contacted Amir about the extra cost he asked me to bring the car back and I can have my tread in back and I can give him the VW back. I didn't want this because it is working perfect now. So I just bit the bullet and paid the extra app $2000. If buying a car from here, please check everything before picking it up, especially tires, even ask to take it in to the deal to get it checked out, it may save you so much money. On a positive note the sale person was really nice. Good Luck.

We put a car on hold and 10 minutes before we got to the dealership, he gave us a call and said that he sold the car and to not even bother coming to the dealership. We were driving from out of town and took time off from work, so it was extremely disappointing. Yes, the cars here are beautiful and are cheaper than what you would get elsewhere, but in our case it really wasn't worth the time and frustration.
