The owner was not welcoming and open to questions about the vehicle. It seems he was annoyed with a potential customer asking practical questions about the vehicle. I believe used car sales people should be open to questions and providing sufficient records to support possible sale of their inventory. Unlike new vehicle one cant rely on published specifications and warranty to justify the purchase. I would not consider this place for my purchase solely on this experience. The lot however had decent collection of vehicle, mostly rental cars, all out of any type of warranty.

I just bought a second-hand Mazda 3 from this dealership. It was my first time buying a car so I didn't know what to expect, except that I would maybe have to deal with some aggressive car salesmen. However the experience was very positive. I dealt with Sam and he was absolutely amazing. He was patient with me and my mom during the whole process and was cordial, friendly, humorous and kind above all else! I honestly didn't imagine that I would have such an amazing experience that I did when purchasing the car from him. He treated my mom and I with the utmost courtesy and respect and was very reliable and prompt with what he said he would deliver. When I picked up the car he had changed out many of the parts (i.e tires, rims, oil change, brakes etc) for me. Needless to say, I was very happy with the result. I would highly recommend AAA Auto Wholesale to any new car buyers out there. Be prepared to have a very pleasant transaction!

Edit: I bought a Audi A4 good customer service well shopping for a vehicle. but definitely false advertisement. Should have checked the vehicle more thoroughly. The website mentioned features such as backup camera to navigation but it doesn’t have any of those. Car drives great so far but definitely definitely definitely check the vehicle inspect it for cracks, scuffs and any defects before you purchase the vehicle once the deal is done you’re on your own. No point in buying a warranty because this won’t mean anything. After cleaning the vehicle i started noticing many flaws that i missed during my quick inspection. From cracks to paint chipping. Looks fine from a distance but once you get up and close with the vehicle that’s when you start noticing these little imperfections.

I bought my first car, an audi a4 2007 from AAA auto wholesale. Nathan, who served me at the dealer helped me a lot. He's patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He pays a lot attention to post-sale service as well. After I purchased the car, I got concerns about transmission and windshield blades. Nathan helped me look into them and solved all issues (transmission had no issue in fact). Great place to look for a used car as they allow you to take the car inspected at a place you want. Highly recommended!

As a first time car buyer, I didn’t know anything about cars nor the process of purchasing a car, so I brought my brother-in-law with me in hoping that I wouldn’t get sold by bs talk and Nathan didn’t. I wish I could give 0 stars but that's not available. If your care about not being scammed I would recommend not to go there. The for at there office an older man not very helpful and very sarcastic. Not sure what he's good for. They asked us to agree to buy a car before test drive which is ridiculous. I have baught from dealerships before never have I experienced worst service. And who in the right mind would consider buying a vehicle without test drive. I found that very shady. Don't waste your time in a place like this. We were looking around at the vehicles in there lot for 30 min not once did anyone come over. So if this is the service they give you when you but vehicle just imagine once you buy it. Save your self the frustration.

Trying to get a car is never easy, and having to put your trust in a dealer is probably even harder when you start finalizing things. Nathan Mendoza helped us get our Mazda 3 and on the first day we met him he said that "you have to trust your dealer". Trust is a hard thing especially when papers get signed off and once a car becomes yours, there's no returning it. I loved the car we got, but it had a few issues within the first week of getting it. Nathan gave me his personal contact to make sure that no matter what, my car would come back all fixed, at no charge. Some dealers are known for pushing you away or avoiding you, but i guess we lucked out with what we got. You can't expect a used car to be in perfect condition, and when purchasing a used vehicle you have to expect these things to happen. I'm very thankful that AAA Wholesale was patient enough with us because i know as customers we can get a little demanding at times and although there are a few workers there that don't have the patience and work ethic, i'm especially glad that Nathan was there to help us every step of the way. I learned a lot of things through this experience, and if i ever need to get another car i now know what to look for, what questions to ask, and i'll definitely go to AAA and check it out again.

They are actually scamming hard working people for a living - they should be investigated for fraud and shut down by OMVIC. too bad OMVIC is just a dumb blonde when it comes to helping buyers. I bought a fully certified car from here and was told it is going to give no problems.. within 3 weeks the engine was making noise and didn't feel like the car had any power anymore. Mechanic said a major issue was present and the dealership probably used some special formula that hid the problem for this long and now the problem is back. I wasted 10,000$ on a car and they told me sorry we can't help. STAY AWAY - LISTEN TO ME AND STAY AWAY. THEIR ARE HUNDREDS OF DEALERSHIPS TO CHOOSE FROM. Sold me a car for 14K, didnt last me even a year. told me everything was covered under warranty for 1 year. 6 weeks after purchased started acting up, Manager told me to drive it for at least 6 months and then they can take a look at it. Months of paying other mechanics to fix it and lost money the car died on the side of the road 10 months later. I do not recommend this place.

They fixed the a/c but did not fix the lighted tire light at the dash board. Nicolas is saying his job is only to sell cars. He does not even look at the cars he is selling. Never again. If I can rate 0 stars, I will give this dealer 0 stars. I bought a certified car and paid nearly 700 dollars more for certification, but they only gave me a safety check paper and did not do anything! I did any inspections find out they did not change the engine oil. The tires are very worn and the brakes are rusty. tremble very much during driving. I went back to this car shop many times, but the problem has not been resolved, and their mechanics are very attitude, rude and very unreasonable, telling me that they have been doing this all the time, and lied that all the safety inspections passed, and promised that the shaking problem would be healed in a week, but in fact it has been nearly a month without any improvement. In the end, I went to other car repair shops for safety inspections and paid an extra $1,500 to solve all the problems. The brake pads, brake discs, and tires were all replaced. But this is what AUTOAUTO GROUP promised they would do it when I paid $700 when I bought the car, but they did not. In short, I am very disappointed with them. Strongly not recommended, unless you want to spend thousands of dollars and countless hours!

I came into purchase my first vehicle and my experience there was memorable. The sales team was very helpful and patient with me. I was looking at different vehicles and didn't know which one to go with, The ones that I did have in mind that were at the dealership I did a test drive on them and the ones that werent there the sales rep went looking for it for me, It took me a few weeks to decide on which car to go for which help me make sure I was getting the right one for me. No one rushed me and no one pushed me. All I had was an excellent customer service experience and I would definitely come back to purchase my next vehicle in the future. At AAA Auto Wholesale I had the best experience compared to any other car rental place I have ever been to. I dealt with a dealer name Nathan and he was very helpful and efficient with finding me exactly what I was looking for leaving me with a very nice 2005 Acura TL. After having, a horrible thing happen to me and spending weeks looking for a car, my last stop ended at AAA auto. The service I received at AAA was exceptional. After going into 5 dealers in one day, Nathan was the only person who paid attention to my needs, made sure that my financing was approved before setting me up in my now new 2007 Altima.
