Not sure what ever happened to the service at Nissan but today was the worst experience I have ever had. Even a one star rating is too high. I have bought four expensive sports cars from them. Then I decided to sell my last car and in the mean time while I was deciding what to buy they sold me a used car. Then because I didn't rush into buying a new car right away the service spiralled downwards and I was no longer given the same respect or service. Today the service was atrocious and incompetent from both the service desk and diagnosis & repair shop. Sad to see a business go so far downhill from what it use to be.

Like with any dealership, the service garage will charge you over double what any specialty place will do. This one, however, will waste 5 hours of your time scanning two codes and then charge you for the time it's there. Pick ANY other garage on Great Northern and you'll do better than these guys.

Very flexible and very understanding staff. Very supportive and willing to work with your unique needs. I bought a vehicle that didn’t come with Apple Car Play as a standard feature and they found a way to get it installed after purchase. Awesome people!

Terrible in regards to staff attitude. I found the staff frustrating to deal with. First of all, you do not get frustrated or angry with a customer for trying to get a better deal on a used vehicle. I walked from the deal because I refuse to buy a vehicle from arrogant people who don't understand that some consumers aren't willing to blindly pay high end market price for something that the dealer is making such a huge profit margin. Remember folks there's always wiggle room that makes both parties happy...

Worst service ever in a nissan came in for 2 flat tires came out with a inflated flat tire and a guy saying i didnt tell him there was a second flat tire.
