Dan was just amazing, i went in on the suggestion of a friend not expecting much, but Dan made me feel welcome and got me the best possible deal it was like winning the lottery. I would recommend him and superior dodge to anyone who asks.He took his time explained all aspects to me even sat next to me in my new car and explained everything to me and how it all worked.To sum it all up Dan and superior dodge rocks!!!!!!!!!

One star only because zero isn't possible. Take your business elsewhere. This dealership doesn't deserve your patronage. A problem occurred after having a repair done by the service department. A different Chrysler dealer said the problem was due to an incomplete repair by Superior. I have attempted to resolve with both the service manager and general manager. Neither returns phone messages. The service manager did not follow through on a commitment he made during a discussion about the problem. Front line service advisors I dealt with were fine. The problem is with management. Management clearly does not respect the customer, or the customer's time. They seem to refuse to acknowledge problems, or mistakes. They obviously don't take reaponsibility and are unwilling to resolve issues. There is no reason to consider buying from this dealership, or having repairs done at their service garage.

I have gone in here a couple times and the staff are mostly friendly. I find a couple of them a little pushy and don't offer very good answers. Overall though the rest of the staff is nice and help you out anytime you visit.
Purchased a new Dodge Dart in '14. It only had 17km on it, and the offer Matt Hawdon made was too good not to take. Such a fun little car. The sale went smooth as possible and they will go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I've twice had to have the car serviced because of leaks in the tires (industry I work in, not manufacturer defect), and they have been quite prompt in issuing me a rental and getting my car back on the road. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what the team at Superior Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has provided. If I ever plan on trading in my '14 Dodge Dart, I will most certainly be speaking with Matt again.

Couldn't be happier with the customer service. I wanted to do a budget lift on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, but didn't want to sacrifice factory feel and quality of ride. I had a vision in mind but didn't know how to get there. I met with Matt Hawdon, who despite being very busy, made time for me and didn't rush me out the door. I showed him pictures of what I wanted and we discussed options and prices. He ordered the parts and had them installed at my convenience. The quality of the parts and the labour was impeccable. My vehicle is my prized possession and was treated as such by Matt and his staff. I was amazed by how it turned out. Even better than I had imagined. I will be dealing with Matt for all of my future services and was pleasantly surprised at his exceptional knowledge of the product and now I am assured that my factory warranty isn't compromised.
Fri. Nov 19, 2021. I went to look at a jeep Cherokee altitude, $33,995 I was given the price on the sales lady business card. I took it for a ride on Monday, Nov 22, 2021 and was going to purchase it. As soon, as I said, I was going to purchase it. The sale price went to $43,995. The sales lady said she made a mistake and gave me the wrong price. I was so upset and talked to the owner Greg. Nothing was done. I left the place and will never purchase anything from this place. They changed the price on purpose. Don't trust this place, price grouching. They should have honoured the price.
Ray Ray was great when we bought the veh. When we wanted to trade it in the other sales rep was no help at all. We went to another dealership and they were more than happy to help.

I am not even sure where to begin with this place. Staff is extremely unknowledgeable and arrogant and the mechanics are at best lazy and grossly incompetent. When I went to purchase my vehicle the salesmen did not seem interested in putting any effort into selling me anything of finding a vehicle that matched my needs. I only pushed forward as I wanted to have a dodge due to how well my 2004 Dakota had performed. The truck had issues from day one with the touch screen which the dealership was never able to sort out although they constantly assured me that they "did a big update" everytime I brought it to them. When my Air Conditioner stopped working in warranty they tried to tell me that it was because I had used all the refrigerant up by running the A/C. Even after I explained to them that I was an Air Conditioning mechanic and that it is not how an A/C system works they were still insistent upon it. I have no words to describe how disappointed I am with my entire experience. I will never purchase a dodge product again whether it be for personal use or for my business. I strongly urge anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from this establishment to look elsewhere. I would like to say that I am happy with dodge products overall, I just cannot tolerate the poor customer service and incompetence of Superior Dodge.

It was time to trade up and they did everything they could to give me what I wanted.... and for a great price! From financing (Brad Lefave) to Sales (Allison Wagner) to the finishing touches with (Orlando Blonda)... everything went smooth, quick and had me in my new vehicle in less than a week. Great Teamwork and can't wait for the adventures in my new Renegade!

We have had a great experience twice in the last 2 years at Superior. We bought our first new Jeep there in 2016 and had an accident 2 weeks ago. Totalled our Jeep. When we went back to Superior Chrysler we had the same saleslady Allison Premo and same finance man Orlando Blonda and they both worked together to give us the best deal. We upgraded to a 2018 Trailhawk and they did the figures for us and worked miracles for us financially. We ended up with almost the same monthly payments. Both were so friendly, helpful and kind and took all the time we needed to purchase and finance our new Trailhawk which we already love . Orlando pushed to have our Jeep ready for us in 24 hrs. We will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. And the service department is just as helpful and happy to do all they can for us. Thanks to you all at Superior Chrysler

AJ here is the guy to go. Believe or not, I am from Vancouver and keep thinking of changing my current Fiat 124 Spider to newer Abarth. The dealership in Vancouver was the most horrible experience I ever had. AJ restored faith on Fiat dealership again. That should be enough saying of how great is him. Pay him a visit if you are looking for a wheel. Chrysler or not. Actually Chrysler Dodge Jeep is very good. :)
Buying a vehicle has never been easier!
My boyfriend and I went to go get an oil change today at 1PM on his Dodge truck and the worker came out and told us they were done for the day although they close at 2PM, definitely not the customer service I expected.
Very bad customer service when bringing vehicle in to get fixed I've been charged when I shouldn't, misdiagnosed issues, and told that I would unfortunatley have to get to a point where I'm stranded on the side of the road because they couldn't figure out what's wrong my vehicle which only has 86 000 km on it. I shouldn't have to worry about being stranded. In my extended warranty I am able to get a loaner and had to fight to be able to get it. I've been stranded at the dealer or around for over 9 hours at times because I live half an hour out of town and their shuttle wouldn't go that far. Last issue the vehicle was brought in for we were told it was $500 part everything else we have is under extended warranty when it turned out they misdiagnosed it we asked for some of our money back and were essentially told no that they would POSSIBLY through in a free oil change. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up before choosing this place of buisness.
Worst dodge dealer in ontario..there service dept lies and takes 3 weeks to get any parts! Best of luck to local dodge owners
The parts department guy, is a real piece of something that come out of your rear. First off, he doesn't listen to a word you say. Second, he talks to you like you don't know what you're talking about, even when you know exactly what you're talking about. Third, he swears like a sailor. I'm taking my business elsewhere. This guy needs a stern talking to, from management.

They were able to help us when we were in a jam. We had car troubles on our drive from Winnipeg to Southern Ontario. They were able to squeeze us in with their busy schedule and had us back on the road in no time. We tried to call 5 other mechanic shops in town but no one was able to get us in.
Well I bought a beautiful used vehicle that has four broken coil springs.....don't know how it got an "all clear safety"......?????
