I just want to say Prouse twice now has made my life easier. My car had a recall and even tho the service took a long time, they treated my kids like gold while we waited.

The worst dealership in the city, the service dep sucks and everyone I know who's bought a car from there has regretted it. She gets her oil changes at the toyota nearby because of how rude they are at this prouse. Your 4 stars on google is also suspect, majority of your + reviews are from "local guides", and every other unpaid reviewer left a negative review.

Poor experience with this dealership years ago. I was in for a quick fix and waited in the lobby for it to be completed. The car was fixed quickly but they never informed me and I waited for hours, asking several times in that time frame if my vehicle was ready. Probably just a bad day for them but still would not recommend.

No one should show up at the agreed upon time to pick their vehicle up after a oil change and literally stand at the desk for 20 min while employees walk around completely ignoring you. Only after I reached on the desk took my paper work and grabbed my keys and began to walk out did someone finally say something to me. Brutal customer service considering how many employees were walking around the shop.

What awesome service. I was travelling with my travel trailer in northwestern Ontatio and I had a warning light illuminate on the dash. With a considerable amount of travelling to do, I decided to explore what the warning light was indicating so I stopped to seek assistance. Despite the service centre being very busy, the service manager took the time to diagnose our issue immediately. We were able to resolve the problem and promptly return to the road to continue our trip. What a great experiance. I guess this is why I love GM vehicles and service. Got a quote from a salesman named Joe on a Silverado Trail Boss LT.He was 5000$ more than several dealers.I guess he forgot the truck month rebate of 4500$.Too bad because i would've picked it up the next day i only live 3 hours away.Went to a dealer close to my hometown the following weekend and got their truck anyway in a dealer trade.Thank you Reid Bros in Arnprior .Honesty goes a long way.

I was looking for what turned out to be a bit of a unicorn truck. I called a couple of different dealers to no avail. Then I got a hold of Mike Felton and he was great! Figured out quickly what I was looking for and within a day or two he found the truck I was looking for and gave me a great price. Only thing better than the price I got was the level of service from start to finish. I was located about 9 hours away and he said he was heading part way down to my location on the weekend. He offered to meet me part way and knock a bunch of time off the drive for me. Also when I got there to pick it up he had it washed and full of gas for me. If you are looking for a vehicle and appreciate great service you need to deal with Prouse Chevrolet.

This place is absolutely amazing if I could rate with 10 stars I would. The service went above and beyond my expectations. It took alittle time getting the part in due to the weather but they kept me appraised of when it came in so that I could make my trip home. I'm also happy that Mike was there to help me out, order the parts I needed and put on winter tires without charging an excessive amount or taking a very long time to do the job it's self. These guys are honest, gave me advise and Stored my all seasons tires as a bonus. These guys do not charge up the butt for repairs it's such a relief to find a place you can trust. Thanks so much

Worst service department ever! Got turned away for an oil change unless I wanted to pay for it since I have warranty. Waited 4 and a half hours for an oil change and inspection. Not sure how that would take that long and they didn't even find the problem. They lie over the Phone to you and make up excuses to why your vehicle is not being worked on after 2 hours of it being there. Good professional team they got there ???? what a joke!

Will never go back. Took and spent almost a couple hundred on a "semi annual" check. Asked if they could also fix a piece of rubber trim loose by the door (other dealerships have always fixed similar issues with adhesive, etc). Went to pick up my vehicle and was told they couldn't fix the little piece of rubber without installing a whole new trim kit for $300. What a complete ripoff? Will go elsewhere except for warranty work and will NEVER buy a vehicle here again. In a small city, word of mouth is everything and I will certainly share my negative experiences with everyone.

Well where do I start with how terrible the service is at produce motors? I had just purchased a Chevy Avalanche in the fall of 2014. So being a new owner of a fairly new gmc vehicle I decided that when winter hit and my battery showed signs of failure,I turned to our GM dealer to fix the issue. In January of 2015 my vehicle was it their shop for 10 hrs to change a battery! 10 hrs! Wow crazy right? I could change a battery in 5 minutes! When I phoned to have a shuttle come pick me up it took them 3 hrs even know they said he would be there right away. I asked why he was so late and he replied that other people were getting rides first... Then why not say that?! I wouldn't wait outside for you! Now fast forward to 6 months later where my vehicle showed a check engine light.Again I decided to bring it to the price dealership to be serviced.I made an appointment for the next day just to have the code read by their scanner...the next day comes and I phone them near closing time to see if or when my vehicle was looked at and to my shock at 4 pm they still had not got to checking my computer with their scanner....so I phoned a friend to drive me there because their shuttle was unreliable! I got my vehicle and left vowing to never go to Produce Motors again. Now we come to last Friday. On Friday my truck was running terribly and so I brought it to one of our local small town mechanics and he immediately said there was a battery issue for sure and that they have a battery to replace it.I told them to wait as I will see if Prouce Motors will take a look at the battery function that they sold me 13 short months prior. On Friday I then saw the parts department at Prouce at 3 pm and I voiced my concerns. The rep their told me they could get me in next week to see it..Thanks alot Prouce again! You would send a customer home in a vehicle to use over the weekend that wasn't working.OK fine I guess but not..so I decided to book an appointment to get my truck into their shop. I told the rep that I work 7-3 and he said well we got nothing after 3 open and we don't open until 8 and that it will take 1.5 hours to test my battery...wow thanks again! OK so I need my truck fixed so I book an appointment for 930 today..I have a friend drop the vehicle and the keys off Monday night so it can be there rdy on Tuesday,today..Now at 12pm I just phoned Prouce and for twenty minutes I kept being asked if I would like to leave a voicemail.I finally said no I will wait until someone speaks to me and I'm told I can't wait for that.I ask to speak to the manager then. He answers and says the truck has not been looked at yet..I ask why because I've made every effort to get the truck to its 930 am 1.5 hour battery testing service and he says because 930 is just a drop off time...then why the heck didn't you take my vehicle Monday and get to it sooner than this? I am so upset with how this shop works..terrible service,terrible attitudes and even worse nobody cares..well to you Prouce I say you better start caring...we pay your bills and feed your kids..I have 15 other small guys in town that I would recommend that would service you quicker and more honestly! Social media rules the world now so look for my opinions all around the world today and everyday to come..enjoy the 100's if not 1000's of people that will avoid your shop..I do not recommend buying from or servicing your vehicle at Prouce motors! 0/10 for service. And I'm a long time GM lover and this GM dealership sucks! Time to go to shop where my appointment is on time and the service is quick and reliable....I recommend Classic Automotive just to name one but really anywhere but Prouce Motors will be much better

They scam there customers for charges that should not be there eg. 80.00 service fee for k check up ,rotate tires check brakes ect. Then they add on environmental fee this one pisses me off they charge to oil a door hinge they charge for brake clean , they charge to rotate tires,they charge to dispose of your oil ect. But they fail to tell you that this fee is over and above the 80.oo service fee that they have already changed you for check your Bill's for additional charges that should be included in the 80.00 fee
