Shockingly slow service. Second year in a row I had my winter tires changed here. Wife brought it in the first time and she was here over two hours to change tires on rims. I brought it in the second time and they're telling me only once I get here, despite having an appointment, that it's going to be 60-90 minutes. This is not going to happen again.

Our SUV broke down near Sault Ste. Marie while travelling through, shortly before Labour Day weekend this year. We are from out of town and the mechanical problem and the diagnostic and repair process were complex and lengthy, but our service advisor Craig Johnson gave us exemplary, outstanding customer service beyond the call of duty, backed by Randy as a good mechanic. Craig is an excellent communicator. He was very conscientious about full communication and always respectful and gracious even under high pressure. I am very impressed and recommend asking for Craig by name.

Service Department is exceptional. I was in for my 32,000 kilometer check today and I must have been asked four times if I needed a ride. The service advisers constantly kept me informed of how things were progressing. I informed the staff I did not want a complimentary car wash unless it was done by hand. Lucas did yeomen work cleaning the car!! I've had my 2018 Camry Hybrid and EVERYONE there treats me like I own the place.

DEALERSHIP FOR LIFE - buying a new car has never been this easy. Due to the shortage of inventory and especially the new Hybrid Siennas, I couldnt find any Sienna FWD XLE in souther ontario. finally after browsing online for days I saw that they had a few sienna XLE's in stock with my specifications, knowing they were closed for the holiday, so I sent in an online request and got a call back within minutes from Jenn Hamilton. I asked her if the vehicle is actually available and instead of just saying yes, she had her sales manager go to the dealership and took an actual photo of the vehicle and sent to my phone (I was extremely impressed at that stage). Knowing the price of Sienna's were never negotiable to start with, especially with the new 21 model, I gave her my trade in vehicle info and told her what i've been offered from multiple toyota dealerships in GTA, after sending her multiple photos of my trade in her price was $500 higher just to make it worth it for me to drive 800kms. i paid the deposit over the phone within 2 hours of sending in the online form, next day the finance lady called me to get the paperwork all signed, and there was no pressure to sell me the extended warranty and aftermarket stuffs. a few days later my wife noticed someone had dinged my car and i immediate took a photo of it and sent it to Jenn, expecting a deduction of trade in value, to my surprise there was none and she was happy that I was honest with them. Arranged for a day to pick up the vehicle, drove over the previous night and showed up first thing in the morning and the vehicle was ready earlier promised!! after going through the features of the vehicle and setting up remote start and phone, I received a nice surprise gift package from them. ON TOP OF THAT - during my drive home i noticed both rearview mirror covers were chipped, so i sent Jenn pictures and she ordered replacement caps painted no charge for me and mailed to my home. a few days later i couldnt find the wheel lock key and she took a picture of where it is! NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i buy a new vehicle every 3-5 years and my next toyota will definitely be bought from this dealership, it's worth the 16h drive round trip.

We bought a car 8 years ago from a different dealer and had a really bad experience, this was like night and day the difference. On Sunday I went in just to take a test drive on a 2019 CHR. I was greeted by Alex Altobelli who offered to get me one so I could see how it drives. I was very clear on what I was looking for and he delivered. Soon after I met the sales manager Dominic Ammar Who was so kind and polite. I just wanted to test drive the vehicle but after talking with Alex and Dominic they were able to give me exactly what I wanted for my trade and got me into a CHR. Everything I asked for was given and at the price I was hoping for. These two really went the distance for me and were very thorough. When it came time to do the paperwork I didn't feel rushed or brushed off. Yes, Alex got a sale but even after he got my signatures he sat down and talked with me just to talk. Finally I sat down with Maher Ajaj to discuss financing and he was amazing. He took everything at a good pace and explained it all in detail. He didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need in fact he was very clear on what I would need and what I wouldn't! Honesty is so appreciated. I would defiantly go back to buy another vehicle when the time comes. This dealership has very friendly people and are 100% upfront with everything!!! I couldn't be happier!!!! Thank you guys for all of your help!!! Purchasing a new vehicle on my own was so scary but you three made it so easy and relaxed!!!! I also wanted to mention when Dominic came out to congratulate me he looked over the vehicle (not knowing I was coming back for stuff) and asked me to come back because he didn't feel it was clean enough....... The vehicle didn't have a spec of dust on it. That being said I will be going back to get the rest of my stuff done and have it detailed AAA rating for this dealership!!

Beware of false advertisement and loud/unprofessional sales tactics. Used cars on their website are indicated as "Toyota Certified Used Vehicle" when in reality they are not. The sales person indicated this would cost an additional $1,000-$2,000. Never deal with Carmen Blonda, he made the whole car buying experience very negative - we left the dealership with a very bad impression and will not return again.

I was hesitating writing a review but i think people need to be made aware of what my 78 year old mother went through. She was moving back to the Sault after being away for 10 years. The car she was driving had been professionally serviced and inspected prior to having an out of province inspection which was required once she moved back to Ontario. Northside had done their inspection and said that the vehicle (Toyota Rav 4)was in no shape to be driven and needed between 8k to 10k worth of work to be safe on the road and pass the out of province inspection. They went on to offer to take this vehicle in on trade for $2000.00 towards a new vehicle. My mom called me and was very upset and terrified to drive anywhere. I assured her that the mechanics that looked over her vehicle would never have let her drive a vehicle in that condition and had her bring over to another shop that was highly reputable. She did as I had advised and after their full inspection there were a couple minor items and on the road for under $600.00. Anyway this was over a year ago and the vehicle is still fine. This is extremely alarming and I would have to say unethical to say the least. They don't even deserve the one star. Completely disgusting.

We dealt with one lady towards the end of the lease. We wanted to buy out - as we put some significant thought into this. She would ignore everything said about buying out and revert to us leasing a 2021 instead. It was very belittling and frustrating, and persistent. We almost walked out. We finally got through when she realized we didn't want to lease. It's sad how money was prolioritized over the respect of customers in this case.

I bought a lemon of a truck. I swear I got the only tundra that needed A LOT of work 1 year after warranty. I was feeling sick about all the repairs and I bought this truck 6 months ago. These guys will work through it with you, and standby there product, even when Toyota Canada tells you to get bent. I will be replacing my Corolla with a camry in 3 years and 100 percent be being with them. It's a real peace of mind when you buy a vehicle and the dealer isnt there to squeeze every cent they can out of you (Prouse *cough*). Special shout out to Mario and Peter and Kurt and Lori. Thank you for making it right. Havent got the truck back from them yet but I know there wont be anymore surprises and trust them enough. Very happy customer.
