Rob Turco and Zach Maahs gave the best service! After a very bad car accident I was pretty shaken up and in a situation where I had to purchase a new vehicle again. As soon as Rob found out he genuinely reached out to me to see how I was and offered to help with anything I needed and he followed through with that. Rob told me all the steps I needed to move forward and helped me deal with my insurance company when I didn’t understand some things. He got me into a brand new gorgeous CX5 again! This is my second car I have purchased from Rob except the first time his dealership was 15 minutes away from my house and this time he moved 8 hours away! but it didn’t stop me! I trust his service so much and the fact he goes above and beyond to answer my questions and explain everything in detail was much appreciated! He also sent pictures of all the cars I was interested in. He went out of his way to make me happy! I literally purchased a car over the phone and had it shipped to me! Who does that?? Someone that has had exceptional service does that! Thanks Rob! I also wanted to thank Zach the finance manager, He was awesome to deal with and had me laughing the minute he called. This accident really made things stressful for me and he assured me it was all ok and not to worry that he would get my previous loan all figured out and made the whole process a breeze! He also came in on his day off to send me some paperwork I needed. I cannot thank this location and staff enough! I am truly thankful for the Amazing service I received! Rob called me as soon as my car shipped to make sure all of my safety features were set up how I liked and most importantly my apple car play lol. I am just soo happy with this purchase and the service I received! My daughter is now looking to also purchase her first car from here as well. Thank you guys so much! What an amazing team!!!

Very disappointed as an out of town visitor. Pulled in at opening to the service centre at 7:30 am with a potentially severe problem with my Mazda, only to be told that they couldn't even look at it until the next day. Thanks for absolutely nothing. At least the front desk service guy was very apologetic.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE with Tamara and Zach! So this year has been super hard for me after I lost my Mom in June, and I knew I needed a new vehicle before I moved to a new city. So I checked out some reviews around town, and Mazda had some great reviews and also the vehicle I really had my eye on: the carbon grey, Mazda CX-5! They went above and beyond for me, and most of all made me feel comfortable during the process, which was really important to me! I've never owned my own vehicle before and was really nervous, and I have to say that I really appreciate the honesty and transparency from both Zach and Tamara. I've heard stories about other people having issues dealing with people trying to play the game of "gotcha" when selling vehicles, but honestly this was a fun experience for me. They treated me with respect even though I've never owned my own vehicle, and even ordered a vehicle from another city to meet my accomodations and needs. AND MOST OF ALL, they're great communicators, in a time where there seems to be a lot of miscommunication. I would personally highly recommend Mazda Northside if you want to go get a new vehicle or a used one. And I would personally say, that Zach is one of the best salesman I've ever had the chance of meeting. 5 stars for both of them!

Never have I had such a bad experience at a dealership. 3 people are not necessary to harrass you into making a decision. After saying I wasn't making a decision right then and there and that I needed to be somewhere else, they kept going and would not leave me alone. Even after leaving, I had to block their phone number (3 different numbers) since they called me twice a day, and up until yesterday they were still calling (it's been 3 weeks since I went). I've heard many other people say they had this same experience going here and should have listened. Beautiful cars but felt more than harrassed.

Parts and Service went above and beyond for me this weekend. I blew a winter tire in March and haven’t been able to order a replacement anywhere, and probably won’t until the fall. I’m 8½ months pregnant and live approximately 3½ hours out of the Sault. In addition to that, I have to drive 200km to attend medical appointments, and have a partner who is an essential worker that needs regular access to his vehicle. Joe drove the summer tires I had stored at the dealership to Wawa to help remedy this otherwise problematic situation. For those of you who aren’t aware, that’s about 450km’s of driving he did, on a Sunday, to help me out. Very much appreciate the gesture and great service. Thank you ????

They set up there seats so that it's easy to hit your head off their fireplace. Feels cramped, and when I hurt my head off the corner of their fireplace, their employees just looked at me and continued working. Didn't even check to see if I was alright. Plus their coffee machine wasnt working.
