I recently made an offer to my Cadillac dealer to trade my 2014 SRX for the new Cadillac SUV. They wouldn't even counter offer so I went on-line to review the Lincoln MKX. I liked what I saw including Employee Pricing and year end discounts. A heck of a lot more car for much less than Cadillac wanted with less features. I met with Mike Pirello who is an excellent individual to deal with. I wanted the fully loaded model with the driver/passenger massaging seats with a certain colour interior to match the model I built on-line. Mike lent me a demo that had the massaging seats so my wife could try them while he searched the dealer network for the model I wanted. One ride with the seats on was all my wife needed to convince her that this was the vehicle for us. As well, the safety features are awesome. Mike went to work to find the model I wanted and found exactly what I was looking for right down to the exterior/interior colours. I made them an offer and sat down with their Sales Manager, Frank Foggia who was also easy to deal with. We did the usual offer/counter-offer dance and both walked away happy. Now, if they could only upgrade their waiting area to include great coffee and cookies, I would give them 5.5 stars.

The work is completed within the time estimated or less. A detailed list is then presented showing all the work. I have always been satisfied with service provided by Quick Lane, Sales , Parts etc.

The customer service in sales dept is certainly lacking to say the least. A few years back when I purchased at truck at Maitland and quote happy with the service. This time around we couldn't even get a sales person to help us. After waiting 20 mins for someone to help us we decided to leave. At that point someone was able to assist us. We test drove a vehicle, took it home the night and were ready to purchase. We left a message with Ford, didn't hear back for 3 days and then found out they sold it without ever returning our calls.

Decent service, almost always able to get you into the shop for service or repairs. Edit: recieved email requesting further review. Went to Mitland roughly a week ago to recall service on my 2017 F250. Block heater fire concerns. I was told that my block heater is corroded and not to use it, we have had two cold spells since where temperatures have dropped to -40. After the first and attempting to start my truck for several hours, draining the batteries to the point where it would no longer turn over. I was forced to use the block heater and boost the truck. By no fault of their own they were unable to exchange the part for the block heater due to a part shortage, I wish I was able to review Ford motors of canada as the recall had started early december and there is still a shortage of parts. I live in northern ontario, it doesn't always get to temperatures below -25 but when it does, telling someone that they shouldn't have any problems starting a diesel without plugging it in... it obviously doesn't work.(100% of the time) Again, it's not their fault (maitland ford) they were unable to rectify the problem, nor is it their fault I need to plug in a potentially dangerous block heater. This failure falls directly on Ford motor company and their inability to source and deliver parts for Recalls and field actions.

Went in for my regular oil change. Felt safe with the procedures involved for Covid compliance. Nice touch was the offer to sit outside in a new car while reading a book and listening to radio. All was well save for: the oil change due soon light was not reset and the tech left a oily mark on my beige kick panel. Will for sure always go back for service.

Awesome service. I was on my second day of a 14 days business trip. I'm on the move everyday, never sleeping in the same town twice. My tailgate didn't want to open. Which was a big deal since I had a lot of work material under the tonneau cover. So, I showed there after 4 pm and explained my situation. Very nice people. They took care of the situation right away. 30 minutes later everything was fixed. So great of them. All this good service without having an appointment and for more than a reasonable price. The service department staff were very helpful in understanding and recording the issues related to my 2010 E150 - Advance Trac sensor, sudden engine shutdown and coolant leaks. When the problems were discovered they communicated promptly what the issues were, what was required and the anticipated part cost. Because I had not requested service on other items for which there were service lights showing, they checked with me to see if I wanted those addressed. I declined service but for one I was advised what it could possibly be. That was appreciated. Upon picking up the vehicle, the various services performed were clearly spelled out. The price was fair and the van is running well. I appreciated that the techs took their time to diagnose the problems and to test run the vehicle extensively after the repair. Thanks so much.

Everyone right down to George the customer shuttle driver offer friendly service. A few weeks ago I had ordered a part from them for my truck. They ordered the part as per their system. It turns out there was a glitch in their system and the part number was wrong. I had to go back and showed a picture of the part number from a "how to" youtube video which was a different part number. They ordered that one and it was the right one. They gave it to me at cost for the inconvenience. They didn't have to do that.

I have nothing against this dealership individually .I have a problem with Ford in general. My truck needed a new casing for my rear differential starting on January 29th. It is April 5th currently and I am going to pick up my truck today because the Truck FINALLY got fixed .I was left without a truck for over 2 months and Ford Canada pretty much told me "too bad, so sad" because they don't want to compensate for their lack of parts. My truck is a 2015 and there is no way it should take 2 months for a part to come in for repairs .As far as Maitland Ford goes. After buying our 2017 Escape from Maitland we had some transmission issues. So we brought it in and had them repaired under warranty. Months later we required an oil change and were in a hurry so we just brought it to Jiffy Lube, and upon there inspection they noticed a few things, the transmission was leaking, the air filter was completely plugged and there were bolts missing on the under chassis cover. All of these issues seemed odd, the transmission because it was recently repair, the air filter because I have a 06 chevy truck and I check mine yearly and never had that issues, and finally the missing bolts were either not noticed during the initial safety or weren't re-installed after the previous transmission repairs. Luckily all the issues were repaired but the fact that bolts weren't re-installed has me very nervous to go back.

If I could give 0 star I would. I purchased a f150 lariat with extended warranty 8 year 120k. My first problem with truck service department told me it’s not covered under warranty. I called ford Canada they advices me to get second opinion. I went to highland for and they fixed problem under warranty with no issues. I also went in and talked to sales man farted and he told me he would talk to service manager because there should be no way highland could do it under warranty and not them. I never heard anything back from service manager or sales man. It’s pretty sad and disappointing when you spend a lot of money there and then get treated like that. I would highly, highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle from there.

I brought my 2016 F150 for a routine oil change. I didn't have an appointment but they were pretty quick getting my truck in and out. Service was friendly and quick. Upon approaching my truck I noticed an area on my drivers door where someone or something had rubbed up against it. There was a scuff mark that wasn't to bad. Once I arrived home I noticed white marks on my lower front fender. It appeared like someone or something rubbed up against it. I then returned to dealership. Back at Maitland,s I informed Vince at the service desk about the marks on my truck. He came out to examine the situation and said no one told him about marking my truck. I told him there were no marks on my truck when I came in and someone there did it. We went back and forth a bit but he agreed to buff marks out. Spoke to Vince next day and he said he would get back to me. So far no reply from anyone. First time last time I return to Maitland motors unless it's warranty work. Highland ford treated me much better. My mistake. Hopefully Maitland holds their head up high and does whats right.

Our MKC required it's first oil change.We called the service department and were transferred to Quick Lanes for service.At no time was there any attempt to provide Lincoln servicing ie. car wash etc.....Maitland Service went above board to correct the issue .We were fully satisfied and like to thank Maitland for the curtious response .

Great service. This was simply an oil change and it was quick (~30 mins). Maitland allows you to book a time for an oil change... some other dealers in the area do not; so this is why I choose them. It's just more convenient for me to book time for an oil change as opposed to showing and hoping I'm the first in line.

I purchased a 2020 F150 XL Reg Cab in October. Since them I have had the vehicle in twice because of a rattle in the back of the truck. The first time I had it in I did not have my large aluminum tool box mounted on the truck and they said it was a heat shield that was causing the rattle and had tightened it. When I left the dealership the rattle was still there. I brought it in two weeks later and they said they couldn't find anything. (I had installed my tool box by then) I insisted that the service manager take it for a test drive and when he returned he tried to blame the rattle on the toolbox and refused to do anything about it unless I removed the toolbox. I assured him the rattle was there before the toolbox was mounted and that was not what was causing the rattle. He refused again. I am in poor health and for me to remove the toolbox is quite difficult. I am very disappointed in the service so far and cringe at the thought of having to deal with that attitude for the remainder of the warranty period. There is no option to award less then one star or I would award zero stars in my review.

I wish there was a 0 star cause this shop is terrible when they dont make enough money on a truck they rush it in the shop and dont fix it properly, I purchased a 2013 ford f150 and it was supposed to be safe and ready to drive turns out out not even 400 km after buying it the drivers side front end was done need to replace upper ball joint and lower ball joint also tie front plus all 4 tires were out of balance, also need alignment. My Shelby GT500 had to go in for a recall on the airbag actuator and I had made the appointment at Maitland. I discovered an oil leak from the rear axle pinion seal and the service personnel were able to locate a new seal and schedule the work to be done at the same time as the recall. Everything was done in a timely fashion as I waited and I was off with a smile. Keep up the great service, I am very pleased.
