Terrible experience!!! I went there with a check engine and service all wheel drive light on. At the end of the day everything was trial and error. After spending $950, the lights remained on. Only for the staffs and their manager to tell me they have to continue to test what the problem is. After a scan, calling me to tell me my car was perfectly ok. Just to get there and find out the car still had the same issues and my money was gone. Terrible and disheartening experience for a company of such reputation. I will never recommend this place to anybody.... EVERYTHING THERE IS JUST TRIAL AND ERRORS.

Had my car looked at after someone ran into the side of me. Adjuster did an ok job but decided that the fender and wheel rash damage were more than likely door dings and that sgi wasnt going to pay for them. Even after I showed him the pictures from the accident scene of the fresh markings on my dirty car, he then said he would make more pictures and put it on the report but never did. Also the courtesy car I was provided had expired registration in the glove box and I was denied access to see the valid registration upon dropping the car off. All in all really not impressed and I dont reccomend.

Well let's put it this way. If there was an option for zero stars thats all this place is deserving of from me. I bought a 2017 Chevy equinox from them in 2017. In the first year the tail gate was showing signs of rusting and when I complained the " fixed it" once. One month later the rust returned with a vengeance and I have been getting the run around since. The general manager Todd has been absolutely no help. They are trying to shift their blame to GM and refuse to fix this issue. I am beyond frustrated to have a vehicle that is half way paid off and is rusting in at least 10 places on my tailgate. I will never shop there again. Too bad for them as we are in the process of shopping for a new RV and a truck to tow it with. Not only did they lose out on that sale but they have lost a customer for life. I will never step foot in this place again.

I bought used Kia Soul last December from this place. I know how much pain it can be to buy a car for a female, going through pushy salesmen in the car dealerships, however here the experience was friendly and calm. First thing wanted to mention, their web site is the easiest to navigate among other companies, with details, nice pictures and good prices. I bought mine when it was the December promo. I called to their Financial Department directly to see to which vehicles I can apply for financing and to be honest was not willing to deal with pushy salespeople anyway. I was helped by Larry Bourne from that department, we went through the financing part first to see within which number I can apply, then Larry helped me with the vehicle choice. I knew before which vehicle I wanted but to make sure I am doing the right choice Larry helped me with driving and showing vehicles. Very liked his calm and peaceful and not pushy approach to purchase, so Larry thank you for that! The vehicle came without a block heater in the middle of the winter, but the dealership thank to Larry fixed that right away for free. Good job and thank you guys. Car is running smoothly and is giving a good experience for now.

They contacted me to book an appointment to have my slave cylinder done under warranty, I proceeded to bring my car in and made plans with my girlfriend to have her car for the day and share the car so we could both get around. I then received a call informing me that the parts they had received were in fact not in and they had 0 information pertaining to what had occurred and when my car would be serviced all whilst me and my girlfriend had to reschedule our day in the midst of our jobs creating a huge hassle. Absolutely disappointed with my experience here. Took my 2020 BMW X3 here after hitting a deer to get repaired (recommended to go here by BMW). They replace my doors, but they started to make weird noises. After that, a couple of screws began to fall out of my doors. I had called them and they said that they will take the vehicle back to repair it. Over 1.5 weeks later I have not received a call and I have called them numerous times. Now, the sensors in my vehicle are going crazy since they have not repaired it properly. The front and back doors are not levelled so, they’re sticking out of place. Since my phone calls are not receiving your attention, I’m hoping this review will. Please give me a call back.

If you like paying for 3m clear rock guard and finding it was not applied behind your wheel wells and being told "that's how all truck are rock guarded" then, Sherwood is for you. If you like bringing your vehicle in four times because it gets stuck in 4 wheel drive and having the service desk lie to your face claiming your vehicle is the first one they've seen with that issue when everyone you have met with the same vehicle has had the same issue, then Sherwood is for you. If you like having warranty parts( Actuator for your 4wheel drive) you had to specifically place an order for, because they service desk couldn't be bothered to, given to another customer after you called in three times to see if they had arrived because they were late then Sherwood is for you. If you like having the dealership lose your keys and having to miss out on a family event because "they found your keys but your vehicle suddenly won't be ready until tomorrow", then Sherwood is for you. If you like having a low oil light come on 160 km from the nearest community in the middle of winter and discovering that during your last oil change the dealership added only 5 litres of oil rather than 8 litres, then Sherwood is for you. If you have some sick twisted sense of loyalty and idealistic view of the world where you think that the people you bought a vehicle off of for $60 000 dollars would care one iota about your future business or have a minimal amount of integrity, respect for others, or take the tiniest amount of pride in the work they do, then Sherwood is NOT for you. These are not all the beefs I had with them and are only the big ticket items I fought with them over. I nearly had a nervous breakdown when my low oil light came on 160 kilometers North of La Loche. I had opted to never waste another minute of my life dealing with their poor service but recently heard from a friend who had a run in with them and was hollered at by one of the senior staff. It is important to me that good people do not go here for service. Go out of town, go anywhere else. Anywhere...please

I recently traded in my vehicle for a used Volkswagen here, I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the service I have received. As a former car salesman myself I can honestly say that Don Kusey was an excellent salesman, he was never once pushy, he addressed all my concerns and he let me take my time to make my decision. A few days after I had taken delivery of my new vehicle I discovered that my new car had some unsightly hazing on the paint due to improper usage of a rotary buffer at some point during the car's life (this isn't something that would bother everyone, but having worked in the auto industry I've developed an eye for these things and it drove me bonkers.) When I called Don to tell him about this he didn't hesitate to offer me the services of Sherwood's detailing department free of charge to rectify the issue. When I picked up my car it exceeded all my expectations, the hazing is completely gone and the paint is now like a mirror! A big shoutout to Don Kusey, Tim in the detailing department and the entire Sherwood team, I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking for a new (or new to you) vehicle.

Sherwood has never really been a great place for Service. The advisers are great. But the technicians don't ever seem to know what they are doing. I have gone here for vehicle safeties. I made an appointment and got my vehicle there 10 minutes early and had it all wash for them to look over it. I waited all day for any response that is was done. I got nothing... So I went to service at the end of the day. Then I was told by my adviser that they hadn't even gotten to the car yet. So I had to re book an appointment and Leave with a car that got no inspection or anything done to it.. Once it was re booked I took it back in and they fine finished it. Took them all day then they tried to push parts on me that I didn't need. I have never bought a new car from them. But the salesman seem like they know what they are doing.

I was excepting you know your average hi how is it going and what not, you know your basic gestures by the employees, or sometimes i have gone to other dealers in the past they treat you like just a number or that i don't know anything about cars. so they look down at you. I recently went in to Sherwood Chev and spoke to Glen about a pre owned Toyota. This is what I learned about this dealership: - it is a real hassle for them to provide a Carfax report. I don't know about you but if I'm dropping thousands of dollars I like to know everything I can about a vehicle. This was easily provided everywhere else I looked. - GM thinks they are special. It seemed like he was trying to sell me on the quality of the dealership and their service and extras rather than the quality of the vehicle I wanted to buy. Probably a necessary diversion tactic for a guy who is usually peddling GMs. I couldn't care less. Go here if you want to be mansplained about how taxes work ("well the thing about taxes is that they don't go to the dealership")

My Car under extended motor protection from a third party. And there is a two parts is not available and I been told it take up to 10 business days . The story starts from here, 1. I have spoken with one of the services manager. I have told him if the spare parts are not available . And as an authorized/main dealer to chevrolet should provide a courtesy/rental vehicle instead . Guess what is the answer is... we are not a GM company we just a franchise business. I was astonishing ..no comments ! And other things I don't want to disclose. 2. They tend to install an aftermarket spare part without my acknowledge or approval. I presume spare parts should be GM parts and all genuine by default and this is my concept, but in fact that is not what is going on for real. At the end, I told this person I will share my feedback in public and I am realy not happy at all with level of service. The intention from my post is to maintain the level of quality and to pay close attention to meet customers satisfaction and expectations. Show more respect! I am not dropped my vehicle into a normal garage or shade tree workshop. Main dealer showing up name of well known brand like chevrolet should give alternative to customers if the spare not available because it is not my fault as a customer that I bought chevy. Thanks and sorry for elongation. As I am sure there are some employees did care of what business is .on the other side, there are others looking after of this business and want to grow.

To start they sold my mom a car with non working A/C, she bought the car in the winter so never had to use it until the spring (when she found out it didn't work). She took it in and they not only were brutal to deal with, but wanted to charge her an extra $600 to get it fixed. When she bought the car 6 months prior to this incident her car buying experience with them was also brutal, tried to add on $6000 of extras without her knowledge and acted as though they just wanted her out the door and didn't want to deal with her. Brutal experience, would never recommend.

I am 57 years old and have purchased many new vehicles.I find the sales staff very UNinformative regarding the product they are selling, and unwilling to fix the problem. I purchased a 2019 Silverado 2500 Duramax in October, first I test drove a 2018 and decided against that one, liked the drivetrain , told the salesman that I loved having towing mirrors as I do tow wide trailers from time to time and cant see with the mirrors on my 1500. The salesman contacted me..by email to say they had 1 2019 left and sent me a photo, which I saw on my phone. After making a deal, by email, and going to Saskatoon to see the truck, I never even drove it until I left to drive it home realizing NOW that it had non- towing mirrors, So I contacted them right away and said I would like to "swap" them for towing mirrors, They said it would be $1600.00 for the mirrors!!

Drove 5 hours round trip to view a car that was misrepresented in their ads (both autotrader and their site). Their "great" price was based on top-of-the-line trim package. The car turned out to be a base trim model. I felt they should recoup the $80 in fuel I wasted driving there (not to mention the full day out of my life). The pre-owned sales manager gave me a blank look referred me to the disclaimer on their site - details may vary. The general manager said he would contact me the next day to see what they could do. No contact, nothing happened. They had this car on their lot for some time and never bothered to correct the ads. Borderline sleazy. Negligent at best.

Worst service department ever. Over charged my wife (told her she needed engine flush after 6k km) made me wait over 2 hours for oil change despite appointment, notified me of a recall, then a month later informed my wife (we have 2 Silverado's same year same model). Also wanted to charge me 78$ to clean mud out of my tires so they could do an alignment. Their policy states that the have a % charge they add on to cover things like cleaning mud out of tires. No consistencey and piss poor service. Would not recommend for anything

It’s been almost a year since I bought my vehicle from Sherwood Chevrolet, and I can’t even begin to describe how happy I’ve been with them since the beginning of the process. The individuals that assisted me in scheduling a test drive and trading in my then-current vehicle amidst the beginning of COVID19 were wonderful, and I never once felt pressured to make a decision or pushed into anything additional. They also assisted me in making sure I could get my plates transferred over the same day I was picking my new vehicle up, while sitting in their dealership, without any additional hassle. I’ve used their service department since, for an oil change and two-way remote starter installation, and again have been impressed with them. I wasn’t pressured into any additional services, and there were never any fees that weren’t obvious or discussed before hand. When the time comes that I decide to sell this vehicle and purchase something newer, they’re definitely be at the top of my list to look at and speak to regarding whatever style vehicle I’m interested in.

Update: After receiving a letter from GM regarding the problem with my engine that caused it to fail (three days after my engine was toast), I was told I have no recourse due to the kms. I did not receive the first letter from them regarding this issue and was never made aware of it. Although they promised a "next step" in their reply, they told me "Sorry, we can't do anything for you, good luck". This is terrible customer service, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership or GM products in general. I am now left with a non-functioning vehicle and $5000 loan payment, thanks to them.

I stopped in on a whim while test driving a vehicle because i saw they had the vehicle i was interested in. Sherwood had the redline edition. The staff was more than friendly and helpful, after a few back and forth calls and talking with other dealerships, we decided to go with Sherwood as they were more than willing to help get us into the vehicle we wanted and on very short notice and even added in a request from my wife. The salesman gave my son some balloons and a toy car to keep happy while we did the paperwork and took us all for a tour afterward to make sure we were familiar with their services. I reccomend dealing with Jordan since he gave us such a great experience and really went the extra mile for us. Has to be the worst in the city. Try to reach the service department, call right now and see if anyone picks up, they wont. Also, brought my car there for an oil change, get back in my car after the appointment and the engine light is on. Go back in and say "hey my engine light wasnt on before and now it is" and they say "Yep" ... So you knowingly were just going to let me drive my car away with the engine light on? I was in Saskatoon and inadvertently found myself at Sherwood “just to see what they had”. I have been in the market for a specific truck but have been unable to locate one - LT trail boss, leather, sunroof, heated seats were the key things. They had this exact truck in, and as a bonus it was the standard size box. I was on quite a time constraint and had to have the truck delivered the next day- Jordan was my salesman and assured me they could have this done. Not only did they deliver on time, but they detailed interior, exterior, as well as added a matching spare and spray in bed liner all in this small amount of time. We initiated correspondence with Dorion Penna in Sales based on online listings approximately 2 months ago. The Covid-19 Pandemic altered the usual process for finding a new vehicle. We maintained contact. Dorion was great at answering questions and discussing options. We also did some online comparisons and interacted with a couple of other dealerships. On May 11 we were able to view our options in person. The dealership has set up safe social distancing by placing waiting room chars 6 ft apart in a wide open area; adding tables in front of desks to ensure safe distancing yet still allowing face to face discussions and divider walls ensured privacy for our discussions. No one came in without being met from a safe distance. Hospital grade disinfectants and gloves are evident in use sanitizing door handles and vehicles after test drives. We met two of Dorion's managers, who had already worked with Dorion to prepare an offer that worked within the budget we had provided. Following our test drives we also had the various other colors and options of our choice presented to us, even to an online hunt in Canada as to whether a specific color was available with features we wanted within our price range. Nothing was sufficiently close in distance and we very much liked the vehicle we drove. We made the deal. We were very happy and impressed with the efficiency, knowledge and friendliness of the service we received, particularly from Dorion Penna, (Sales), Scott Engle (Sales), and Kyle Loney (Finance). We are very happy with our 2020 Equinox 2.0 4WD 4DR Premier. We highly recommend Sherwood Chevrolet and its Sales Team to those looking to lease or buy.

Sherwood Collision: I recently had a windshield replaced at Sherwood Collision. My experience there has always been great, but this time they went above and beyond. When we contacted them about another vehicle they were accommodating and nice. We are not very knowledgeable about the process but Trevor was helpful and patient. Another salesman took over when we agreed to purchase the vehicle. He had said we would put the plates on after we got our plates and that he would get it cleaned for us etc. Well that didn’t happen. The mood changed as soon as the vehicle was paid for. First, there was no offer for a ride back to Sherwood to pick up our vehicle...he didn’t even come to greet us after we got there to get our newer vehicle.
