Went in last week saw a car I iked set an appoiment to drive the car, then got asked to put a 500 dollar to hold the car so I could go home for the night and come back the next day to talk about payment options. Went in the next day, someone different came out gave me a whole new price and was trying to sell me life insurance, for an used car really? Anyway after all I change my mind because they weren't truthful from the beggining always changing the numbers and coming out with lame excuses, and getting of the topic, avoiding questions and just very squetchy. I ask for my 500 back as they said it was rerefundable, but surprise the guy comes and tells me they weren't giving it back because it was put down as a payment to the car which we never agree, then he said we will get it as a store credit. Really. When i finally got mad he said he just couldn't return it as the machines don't do return, and ge couldn't write a check because they dont have a checkbook, they don't do cash as they only have 100$ in the place. RIDICULOUS, Unprofessional, scammers. Who knows when will I get my money back. Do NOT recommend at all!! Do your research, don't sign anything or give any money. If they want to sell you the car they will and you will not have to be forced to pay or sign anything before you are sure.

As such I was having a hard time get loans from the bank but Waqas and his manager were extremely professional to solved that problem within an hour for me. I bought a Dodge charger a few weeks ago and they really went above and beyond to help me. I got my mom to co-sign with me and Ryan drove out to her so she could sign the paper work and then drove another 2 hours so I could sign the paper work. And when the Bluetooth in the car stopped working they paid for it to be fixed. You can really tell that they want their customers to be satisfied with the car they buy. If you're looking for a place to buy a car I'd definitely pick roadway auto.

Sarah at Roadway sold my husband and I a 2016 pathfinder… after sitting on the lot through the -40 Christmas/New Years she offered us a new battery! We declined the battery at the time. After a boost and a drive home (to Colonsay) we figured it’d all be good! WRONG! a couple days later and the battery was dead! Sarah to the rescue! She still honoured her offer of a new battery, she SENT someone from Saskatoon to Colonsay with it, they boosted us and then once I drove the pathfinder into town she had the shop guys replace the battery free of charge!! Sarah at roadway is GREAT!!! (Oh ya, and the pathfinder is perfect too) :) ha
