Great customer service Those are the words I will use to summarize my experience with Jordan down at North Point. Jordan is a customer first employee at NPAS and it shows that he loves what he does. He will take your priorities, goals, and issues that brought you into the market for a vehicle in the first place and work his magic searching the city for your perfect fit. Working with the team down at NPAS was a motivating experience to return and further my business with Jordan and his team of professionals. In the future I would without a doubt have Jordan cook up another sweet treat but for now I have a vehicle that fits into our family.

Excellent service,recommended. The car i really want wasn't in their inventory but jordan did find me the car i really wanted and i got the car i want on the same day. Jordan and his team are the best they did an impossible job for me. Next day one accessories is missing on the car but jordan and his team got me exactly i needed unlike other dealership after you sign the papers they just ditch somewhere and you gotta wait months and months before they do something about it. North point auto sales is the way to go they can get you anything you want even if your credit is not good. Getting your dream car instant sound impossible but they did it so anything is possible on north point auto sales crew. Go there and look for jordan and he will find the car you really want and not only that ask someone to drive you there because you will be driving home with your dream car.

We were dealing with Jordan from North point. He was very pushy and wouldn't reveal the final price of vehicle untill we pushed very hard (would only say payments and duration) Come to find out it was because he was trying to sell us a 2017 Terrain base model for $43,000. Needless to say we did not buy from them. Be careful when dealing with North Point and make sure you ask questions.
