well, a friend of mine called and asked if I could help him to buy a car, I am gear head and known among friends how enthusiasm I am about cars. I immediately turn into "Cars R Us" website and picked him a 2004 Volvo S40 AWD fully equipped leather and everything. They helped a lot on price and even they agreed to pay for the timing belt replacement and water pump as they change together for some Swedish engineering reason. At the end when they learned about me and the story that I didnt even check on Autotrader.ca or Kijiji and went straight to carsrus website they gave us another 200$ discount to celebrate the new car over a dinner. They offer tons of optional maintenance with good quality that they carry out and you can choose from like spraying under the vehicle with some protection against rust and ...They already offer a good price for immaculately clean inventory they have but still they are ready to help. The time and effort that they put into cars to clean it up and inspect it and make it customer ready is priceless. Good luck with your shopping. I wish they had bigger inventory to choose from. I know it is hard to find so many used cars in good shape for a good price. Ciao :)

Greetings Roxane and Mark this correspondence is long over due! Found a 2007 Acura MDX with 29000 km on your site...too good to be TRUE? Roxane immediately sent the CAR FAX....WOW it checked out. I called Mark and made a commitment, he explained the vehicle was in transit and he would call me when it arrived....talk about daunting buying a vehicle sight unseen from a complete stranger. Eventually the MDX arrived and Mark contacted me pointing out there was an imperfection in the paint and he would provide me a generous discount or I could cancel my commitment. I was KEEN on the vehicle and flew from Winnipeg to Saskatoon...when I arrived at the dealership I could not believe my eyes there was the vehicle in pristine showroom condition and I was greeted like an old friend. Needless to say I was thrilled when I had the keys and was on the road in less than half hour. Talk about customer service, my new found friends provided my son Dylan and I funds to buy lunch as they knew our 8 hour journey home was just beginning. The next day I made contact to inquire about more recent service on the Acura...oil changes etc.... Roxane promptly said I will investigate with the dealership on the Car Fax and get back to me with the findings. Promptly I received all the answers to provide me with a clear picture, then I couldn't believe my ears when I was told an E Transfer would be sent to cover some of my initial service...talk about Generous! I have owned the MDX for a month now and can't stop smiling. I attended the local Acura dealership to get a second key and of course my friends @ Cars R Us had made the arrangement and covered the cost of this expensive endeavor. My mechanic could not believe his eyes upon inspection of the MDX...Its like it was just driven off the lot in 2007. Yesterday I went to the mail and smiled once again, there were the Manuals for a 2007 Acura MDX as promised sent from the dealership in Saskatoon. Talk about customer service and exceeding expectations, Mark and Roxane will always be memorable and hold a special place in my mind because they always took the HIGH ROAD, prompt, excellent communicators and always took ownership if there was any type of hiccup. If you are considering any type of interaction with Cars R US I can guarantee there will be no disappointments and you will have the comfort and belief that you were treated FAIR & SQUARE! GRACIAS AMIGOS....

Recently purchased a vehicle here after my last one was totalled and I am very pleased with it. They are a great company who heavily advertise the vehicle's history, instead of a lot of other places I've been to that don't tell you the vehicle was a rebuilt or hides damage until you get there. They do an outstanding job picking out their inventory, they only have the best used cars. I would highly recommend them!

I just bought my daughter a car there a month ago and that same day recommended them to my aunt who in turn purchased a vehicle for her daughter that same day. I can’t say enough about my experience with “Cars R Us”. Mark and Roxane were simply wonderful to deal with. After looking high and low for my Touareg, R line. They were able to help me save the cost of shipping, and made arrangements to have the vehicle within the GTA-Greater Toronto Area. Even being 2000+km away, and a little issue when picking up the car, was quickly dealt with and resolved to my satisfaction. They insisted on picking up the tab on the (expensive :S) oil change , fuel filter, and additional key fob. Roxane was also sweet, and even sent a little extra, for dinner! I bought a beautiful Rav4 from Cars 'R Us for a reasonable price (less than elsewhere) and received a great price for my exchange vehicle. The Rav4 was perfectly clean, inspected, and in top condition. I have had no problems with it. The dealer, Mark, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, he offered to install a block heater in the vehicle . Once he did this - with only a couple of days of notice - he also thoroughly washed my car (again). I would definitely buy another vehicle from him and would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.
