Raping people with there high high interest charge of 42.5 %%%%% It's too bad that theses people rush u into signing loans. I owe around 10000 total for an old 08'. It's worth about 4000. And do not go here if u are trying to rebuild your credit because they do not report any of YOUR PAYMENTS TO THE CREDIT BUREU! So I am currently thinking of taking it back to them because it won't hurt my credit rating anyway because it's not being reported. Ticked off does not even begin to explain how I feel about people only in a business to make money off people. Then when u call them back. (Tim)They treat you like u are stupid and have an attitude that they don't care an ounce about you or your problems. Not a cool way to run a business. I will for sure spread the word as much as I can to let people know not to go to these robbers.

We have bought the last few cars we owned from here. We also have had consistent repairs done. The salesman (Bob) has been our go to guy for vehicle purchases. He has great people skills and treated my husband AND I with politeness and respect. I’ve had a lot of problems in the past with vehicle issues but not here. The repairs that we had done were always quick and accurate to the estimate every time. The last visit we had they actually managed to shave off at least $100!! Our family has nothing bad to say about Village, sales and repairs! Excellent dealership!!

If you are reading this than you are lucky, dont buy a car from this place , they may treat you good but they will charge you very high and if your car break thry dobt car they just want to charge you more. Also thr interst is 25per100 if the car is 7000 they with their fees and interest will be 15000 , like 600 documents fee and a lot more. Thank you. What a terrible place I'm so regretting everyday They told me u have to pay for 4 years and when I count it its more than 5 years with interest, I'm so disappointed.

Truly exceptional service, never have I had a salesman that went as above and beyond as Nas did. Helped me with all my paper work, financing info, insurance info over the phone while I was 4 hours away at work! He offered to get a driver to send the car to me that day but no one was available so he drove the car 4 hours himself just for a test drive after doing all that paper work... I fell in love with my 2017 Challenger SXT and am so thankful Nas got me this incredible vehicle in UNDER A DAY!

DO NOT GO HERE! I was EXTREMELY disappointed in my visit here. I live 3 and a half hours away and spent a week communicating with Nas over the phone & email. Over the phone was very misleading and made it seem as though I had more than one option for cars. I got there and was told to "take it or leave it" which was a Nissan Micra which was the complete OPPOSITE of what I had told them I was looking for in a vehicle. They asked me if I understood what a credit report was like I am not capable of doing my own research behind purchasing a vehicle. A vehicle purchase is supposed to be the 2nd biggest purchase in your life and it was not treated this way. I arrived there and the salesperson I was communicating with was not there and I had to deal with someone else who did not take the time or consideration to work with me and it felt as though I was asked to leave when I did not like the first option they provided me with. I spent 3 hours driving there and was told I would have more than one option only to get there and be told "take it or leave it", they are extremely misleading on the phone. I wasted an entire day of driving and was extremely disappointed to be treated as thought my business isn't important to them. If I wasn't an indigenous woman I would have been treated differently and more time & care would have been taken with my file. I will be contacting the better business bureau and recommending my friends and family look for other vehicles elsewhere. I have already found another dealership who are caring, compassionate and found me several options for vehicles. IF YOU ARE INDIGENOUS OR A WOMAN DO NOT SHOP HERE

I am very annoyed, very unsatisfied, very mad with this company. It's one of the bigger regrets in my life getting a car from them. My father Russell financed a car for me from them. My very first vehicle. I yet have 2 years too pay it off and for the passed 2 years I've had the vehicle it has been breaking down or having big issues. I am bringing my car in tomorrow too complain face to face because yet again I have another problem with my car. It's leaking gasoline everywhere from rusty old gas lines. I want to refinance with another company and leave this unhelpful place. I have warranty to get things fixed and each time I bring it in, I end up having to pay more out of my pocket. When i have warranty!!! My father and I came in to try trade in for another vehicle maybe make our experience better, but they never got back to us on what's happening with the trade. Just made it difficult for us. I am very disappointed and sick of the poor poor service. They trick you into something and once you're in, they don't care after that. So whoever is reading this, go elsewhere because I really wish I could at this point or maybe even get help. If I could I'd give no stars on this review.

I am very happy with my sales lady Kira, however the vehicle was not in the condition it should have been on pick up. The brand new tires were over inflated... should be 40 psi and one was 50 psi. The sensors were not reset upon service. The oil was one litre over filled, which causes a smoky engine. Service department would not stay an additional 5 minutes on Friday night to resolve this issue. I am travelling before they reopen for service, so will have to deal with these issues myself. I feel a vehicle purchased may perhaps not be trusted to be properly serviced before delivery and would recommend that purchasers have a separate inspection done to determine the service reliability.

My family bought 4 vehicles from this place, sold us a 2500 dollar warranty which didnt cover abs sensor or a electromagnetic coupler on our 2014 pathfinder, in fairness village paid a grand towards it but we had to pay the rest when warranty should have covered it, I myself bought a 2003 harley with a12000 dollar price tag and put 7grand down on it, I bought a 2011 nissan sentra with an 8 grand pricetag I put down 4 grand on it...this past month I was diagnosed with epilepsy and lost lice ce so I returned both my vehicles as I lost my job due to losing lice ce....credit max and village auto did nothing to even try and partially co.pensate me...when I bought the bike, they said they ordered a backrest which was in june, they said it would take two weeks, then 5 weeks , then 6 months later still no backrest....salespeople are older than dirt have poor customer service attitudes and have been there for 4p yrs...I recommend nobody go to fun group or credit max or village auto as they are unfair, and co s

Had a wonderful experience buying a truck from Bob at Village Auto Group. I called Bob from Calgary with interest in a truck and he worked hard to get the deal that I wanted. I requested an inspection from a GMC dealership in Saskatoon and Bob had the truck there in 20 minutes from when I asked him for it. I flew out to Saskatoon from Calgary and Bob arrived at the airport in the truck to pick me up and allow me to take it for a drive. I purchased the truck and was in and out in less than a half hour. Bob even put my license plate on for me! This would be five stars had there been a fresh oil change and a full tank of gas. Thanks for everything Bob, you went above and beyond!

The owner was incredibly nice, the guy in finance was so easy to chat with, and my salesman Jordan was super! Jordan beat every price, made the transaction EASY, was always RESPECTFUL, and was easy to get in touch with (I had lots of questions!). He got me into the car I wanted and am extremely HAPPY. Drove 1.5 hours based on a $2500 deal made via text with salesman Si, only to find out that he had no authority to make such a deal and the manager tried to charge $3500 once I was on site. The van in question is not even road worthy, has oil leaks, bald tires, alignment is off. Should not be allowed to sell this junk to the public. It was in an accident, not even sure if its sk plateable

One star rating because i can't give zero stars. I went to look at a 2013 f150 and was quite disappointed. They sprayed undercoating on the frame, but didn't clean the mud off, just sprayed over it. When i mentioned the truck has stone chips that are rusting around the back wheel wells, the salesman got rude and wanted to argue with me. I also noticed there was rubber hose placed over the rear shock absorbers. When i asked the salesman what province the truck was from, he had no idea. The truck was overpriced for it's condition. I didn't even take the truck for a test drive. I don't recommend Village Auto, the whole experience was shady.

My dad purchased a truck here (told my dad I'd be posting a review in his behalf as I dislike what he has gone through with this company). They were friendly and nice until the sale was done. Later, when my dad was having trouble with the truck they were not helpful at all with getting it fixed though he purchased a warranty at the time of sale. They told him to call the warranty place and those people told him to talk to the dealership. Got the run around like crazy. Terrible customer service when you have a problem and need their help. He later found out the two year warranty he bought was pretty useless. A different company looked at it and said it basically does not cover anything. I would highly recommend not doing business with them.

Awesome buying experience. Dealt with Bob Thompson, he gave honest advice (actually recommended that I check with my bank for financing first and compare to what they offer...talk about low pressure). I was a real ball buster on price, interest rates, and a few other things, but Bob (and Tim in the finance office) were both super professional & patient and willing to make several calls in order to close what I felt turned out to be a fair deal in the end. Proud new owner of a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, and will be recommending my family and friends to see Bob at Village Auto.
