I rarely write reviews but I have to praise Merv and the excellent team at Southey Motors. I have bought alot of vehicles over the years and this is one time where I didn't feel disappointed with the experience in one way or another. Merv was friendly, honest and truly wanted me to purchase the automobile that best suited my needs. (Was not pushy or high pressure at all.) I will be purchasing my vehicles from Southey Motors from now on.

I only visited after hours, but was whole-heartedly impressed that they have a 2017 Dodge Challenger HELLCAT in their inventory. In fact, of the 4 Challengers that I saw, three were quite desirable models. I only wish I had the $87K to buy that HELLCAT. ????

Absolute joke of a mechanic shop, took my truck in for service, got it back and heater fan won’t turn on, and transfer case will not engage. Blames the issues on “cold weather” I will never return there with another vehicle

Great team. passive sales person who I feel is solely focused on profit. Car I purchased was empty of fuel, dirty outside/inside and empty of washer fluid - small details - but important. I would strongly suggest trying somewhere else - unless they have exactly what you're looking for, and no-one else does. Quick to throw other dealerships under the bus, so to speak. Helpful in arranging previous warranty details.

After dealing with Southey Motors, I will not go anywhere else! Merv was so kind and honest, and believe me you do not get that anywhere anymore. His brother ensured that the car that I was interested in was warmed up and that everything was working correctly. He even highlighted parts in the manual that he thought I would need in the near future. No gimmicks or extra fees. Merv took the time to explain everything, didn't rush or push and I was able to take the vehicle on numerous test drives by myself! Plus I so love the vehicle that I did purchase! They take care of you as if you were family and are so helpful and kind, Merv is one of the most honest fellows I have ever met and won't try to lie to you to make a sale because at Southey Motors they don't chase sales with commission on their teeth like the big name lots. Great place to deal with. Stopped and looked at a used jeep on the Monday of the long weekend. They were closed. Phoned Tuesday talk to Darryle. I told him I wasn’t going to drive back down 2 hrs to be disappointed. He said he’ll take it for a good ride and call me back. We made the drive down the next weekend. What he told me on the phone is exactly what we got. Solid good used vehicle. There was no extra fees. The price plus tax. Great small town experience. Something that is hard to find these days. It’s been one week and all is great with the vehicle. Thanks Darryle and Southey Motors. An added note. I was looking for a good used vehicle for quite awhile. Drove lots of vehicles. There is a lot of junk out there. This is a good solid vehicle and the best price.
