You will be able to see the reviews of people like you who are consuming the services of Mainway Mazda (Car Concessionaire) near Saskatchewan (Canada).
As of day the firm gets a score of 4.1 stars out of 5 and that rating is based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average of ratings is really positive, and it is founded on a very high number of opinions, so we can conclude that the valuation is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to leave their feddback when they are satisfied with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to place tatings when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Car Concessionaire belongs to the category of Car dealer.
Mark Schick in the New Car Dept listens to what you want and need and is very professional to deal with. I would even say a bit jolly! For a more than fair car deal stop by Mainway and see Mr Schick
Clayton was very friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the CX-5.
I would give less than one star... But that is not an option. Sales staff here are anything less than helpful. Which also would make me wonder how the service is for vehicle work.
I have purchased both my new vehicles from Mainway Mazda and couldn't be happier with the service I received from Bren! He is AMAZING! Buying a new car can be overwhelming and he spent the time with me to ensure I was getting into the vehicle that suited my lifestyle and need. Rob, their finance guy is knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Encouraging smart choices and creating sound minds while making a purchase like this is key. He does it beautifully. Keep it up mainway!!
Purchased a new CX 5 to replace my Mazda 3. So far I really like Mazdas. Charles was super helpful, answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. I highly recommend him if you're looking at buying! Previously would go to service department only for oil changes, as my 2012 Mazda 3 didn't really have any other issues. Always a good experience.
Their service department is outstanding. I live out of town and they've been very accomodating to me whenever I've needed work done.
If you own a Mazda, this is the right place for your regular service. They have restarted the shuttle service early after closing due to pandemic.
I bought a great used car from Ryan Derksen, he was awesome to deal with, knowledgable, friendly, and really listened to what I was looking for so he could help me buy the right car for me. Definitely recommend dealing with Ryan to everyone.
Wow! I had an amazing experience with Brad Lambe, top notch service! I'll def be back again!
Been going there for years with my CX-5. They've always treated my car with care. Recently, I have my transmission flushed and started having trouble shifting gears. Found out that my transmission needed to be rebuilt. The Mazda Service Rep, contacted Mazda headquarters and got me an awesome discount on the parts and the dealership and I took car of the rest of the bill. Recommend this dealership to everyone.
I highly recommend Mainway Mazda to be your dealership. The staff was very helpful. I had Dicky Tam as my salesmen when I purchased my vehicle there. The used car manager Tray was very friendly and gave me a fair value for my old vehicle. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle purchase.
If you wear shorts and a t-shirt car shopping and say you drive an 'older SUV', the sales team and manger assume you 'have no money' and refuse to allow you and your husband to test drive a vehicle without their sales rep going with you...even after you politely explain that you want to quickly test drive without staff as you've had a very negative experience test driving with a sales rep previously. In over 24 years of purchasing and test driving new vehicles, I can say this is the first time a dealership has refused without discussion. Trust me Mazda Mainway, I wasn't going to steal or crash your vehicle and can afford to vehicle shop, in fact, I was looking to buy not just one, but rather two new compact SUV's. Now I'm looking elsewhere. The treatment I received today gave me an idea what level of customer service I'd receive if I in fact purchased a Mazda from this dealership - I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.
Just got my car back (after 62 days) I’m happy to have it back and the guys were nice, however I’m quite disappointed my car wasn’t clean....my sister in law had some work done on her car recently and that dealership had it detailed no charge... so personally I’d give 3.5 stars. EDIT: I’m impressed in the short amount of time that my issue is now being taken care of. Tray Crowter was recommended to me when I wanted to buy a Mazda two years ago and he is great! And after voicing my issue with him he went above and beyond to get me a rental vehicle while mine is being worked on. I will be contacting the dealership and talking to management. But it’s been 43 days since I dropped my Mazda off because the transmission completely quit. I was only given a rental car for 5 days only and they wouldn’t budge on that or give me a courtesy car. I will say the service guys have been good and I’m not mad at them as they are the messengers. But the fact that it’s been this long plus I was told it was in or on it way last week to find out yesterday it’s still in the states. Everyone I’ve talked to says it’s ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m just lucky that due to circumstances I was able to get someone’s vehicle to drive since the end of February. If this gets resolved I’d be happy to change my 1 star to more because I do love Mazda vehicles and the staff.
Am on my second Mazda now from this store. My CX-9 is an absolute pleasure to drive and Mainway has always been great to deal with for everything.
If you are in the market for Mazda vehicles, make sure you talk to Mark Schick, awesome guy, lots of patience and definitely guy looking after customer needs first. I wouldnt think of different guy as long as Mark is there.
Our family purchased a new vehicle from the dealership. The blower went under warranty. We contacted the dealership to help us with the Warranty. Nothing was done. Buyer be ware Mazda doesn't services what they sell. We will never buy a Mazda again
Bought my very first brand new car from here (Mazda 3 Sport). Brad and Rob were very helpful and answered all of my questions. In the future I shall definitely buy another vehicle from this place.
Buying a new vehicle can be at some times a long, stressful and intimidating experience. Dealing with Mark Schick was the opposite of that! Too bad 5 stars is all I can give to this gem. Thanks Mark and thanks to all the staff at Mainway!
I have owned 3 Mazda cars over the last ten years and have loved them all! I always go back to the same sales person, Ryan Derksen. He is friendly, caring, sincere, and enthusiastic about Mazdas. He also knows all about the cars' features and helps me understand the difference between car models. He makes buying a new car a pleasure.
**Told it was my transmission and it ended up being a rock in the motor mount** For years I have loved Mainway Mazda and absolutely enjoyed dealing with their sales team. I have purchased 2 Dodges from them in the past: - 2006 RAM 1500 - 2007 Dodge Nitro The Sales team was geared towards working with the customer and getting them the right deal. But sadly I cannot comment the same about their service department. Recently I bought a 2010 Mazda 3 used off of Kijiji and the car has been amazing and have considered on buying future Mazda 3s because I love it so much. I am currently living 1.5 hours away from Saskatoon and I was in the city this week and I started hearing a girding/rubbing sound from the driver side front. I did some quick research and everyone online mentioned the Motor Mount has issues and is proned to having rocks stuck between the mount and sub frame of the car. I decided to bring this into Mazda since I had an amazing experience with them so far and I cannot stand rattles and sounds that are not supposed to be there... Also remember I am from out of town and have no tools or convenient place to have a peak myself. After 1 hour of looking at my car they tried to convince me it was the transmission… When I originally dropped the car off I mentioned to them that I had a feeling it was the motor mount and could I have that checked to ensure that it is not where the sound is coming from. When I was talking with the technician he never looked at the mounts but said “there is no possible way this sound is a mount”. I slightly did not agree with them at all and paid my 1 hour Diag charge and picked up the car. I then decided to ask a friend of mine who lives in town if I could borrow his tools and his time so we could have a peak. Well needless to say there were 4 rocks wedge between the sub frame and rear mount of the car. Once this was removed my sound went away and solved all my problems. Oh and I also forgot to mention I was informed I had A LOT of metal shavings in the tranny fluid and after finding out about the mount I decided to change the oil to be safe and once again finding no shavings or metallic looking substance at all. The sad part about this is, the tranny was quoted at $4,000 and if I went threw with this the technician would have removed the mount causing the 4 rocks to drop out and installed a new tranny “fixing” my problem... and being $4,000 broker for no reason. To top it all off I called the manager at 8:05AM that Monday morning, informing him of the situation. I requested to get my Diag charge back as I felt ripped off. He mentioned he wanted to talk things over with his technician first, which is totally understandable. I then called again at 9:40AM and the manager had not had a chance to talk with the tech yet. I then called back at 2:30PM and still no change. I then called again at 3:50PM and STILL had not gotten around to talking with his tech. Finally I told him I was waiting in town and was waiting to leave the city and needed this resolved prior... He finally just refunded my money and hung up. Not once did I get an apology of this situation or get reassurance that this wouldn’t happen in the future. Nothing was done in order to keep my business at Mainway Mazda. I am sorry Mainway, I love the sales team but I cannot support a company that treats people like this after buying the car.
I got a Honda 2014 from them last year, but staff was really rude, they even delayed my purchase for 2 days as they said it was weekend and they cannot process the sale. They were not at all helpful after sales as well. the guy was indifferent even after the complaint. All their sales staff made presumption that i would not buy. I only bought from them because the vehicle was good. Trust me the service was really bad. He did not even had courtesy to fill up the Tank, I had to ask him to fill it up that too he said he would not. If that was not enough harassment, my friend asked for a test ride of their new vehicle after we made the deal, that was least he could do, he started avoiding us. I completely hated the service their. I has been an year still, i still feel it was the worst service they could have given to anyone.
First off, I should explain the single star because the level of service I received in my recent purchase of a vehicle at Mainway was 5-star exceptional. Used Car Sales Manager Tray Crowter went out of his way to help me find the right vehicle at the right price with the right features. Business manager Aaron Mead was helpful 1000% professional as she dealt with all of the paperwork. The vehicle I purchased was delivered clean and in impeccable condition. So ... why the one star? Because I just spent $19K at the dealership and the dealership apparently, have a policy of not filling up the tank with gas on the purchase of a used vehicle. That, folks, is called C-H-E-A-P. And I'll tell you something, I came very close to telling Tray that I was going to back out of the deal ... over a measly tank of gas. And this is something the Meidl group (who owns Mainway Mazda and Meidl Honda) should bear in mind: the optics of not filling up the tank with gas on the purchase of a used vehicle are terrible. In a business where you live and die on customer referrals in a lot of cases, it is fundamentally disrespectful to consumers when you cheap out like that. It really is. So, now all I can say is Meidl group? You just lost a deal when my wife replaces her car next year. We're going to go to the Mazda dealer in Prince Albert or Regina to buy my wife's next car. And on the service side, I'm going to take my vehicle that I just spent $19K on that Meidl group wouldn't fill up with gas and get it serviced at a different dealership. How embarrassing it must be for your staff, Meidl group, to have to explain to people when they take delivery of the car that, oh, yeah ... no gas because you bought used today. I really felt bad for Tray who worked hard to put together a good deal for me because this policy is CHEAP. Massively CHEAP. Unbelievably CHEAP. So folks ... if you're buying used at Mainway, make sure you insist they fill up the tank with gas. It's a small thing, sure, but it's really @#$% stupid and insulting to folks who spend twenty grand on something only to find the dealership is too cheap to fill the goddamned tank. Unreal. ***UPDATE AS I SEE THE DEALERSHIP HAS REPLIED TO MY REVIEW*** I see Mainway Mazda has replied to my review by asking me to call. And yet they have been still too cheap to fill my vehicle with gas. Could have just said, "we're sorry - please pop by the dealership for our apology and a voucher for $50 of gas* But no ... I have to call them.
The new Mazdas are incredible pieces of machinery. Just saying! But the service was friendly and straightforward... what more can you ask for? The lot was huge and very well inventoried too.
Mark and Rob were a delight to deal with. Mark identified what I needed from the car and answered all the questions I had. It was easy to relate to him and made me at ease during the purchase process. I would recommend Mainway and Mark if you're in the market for a vehicle.
I started going to Mainway in the 90's for service of my MPV and continue to get some servicing done on my vehicles even though I now don't own a Mazda. Very trustworthy and helpful, quality service.
Randy Gee was very professional on handling my car issue, he was very attentive and made it as smooth as possible
If you’re ever in need of a vehicle new or pre-owned I’d suggest Clayton at Mainway Mazda, he’s understanding and knowledgeable and great at what he does!
Amazing service start to finish, from Adam being professional and friendly to Bob who did an amazing job to help get my girlfriend into her new vehicle. Thank you guys we will be back and recommending to family and friends. *Edit* due to lies. Got given 2500 on a trade got told our trade would be taken apart and sold for parts as they couldn't sell it due to age, milage blah blah blah. Now it's just been advertised for just under 10k. Wouldn't advise to take a trade in sell elsewhere and go with cash down. This has just changed my opinion of retuning and recommending.
Great experience and in love with my car! Charles was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful through the entire process.
Traded in an older Mazda two months ago. Service and shuttle driver were super nice. Bought another Mazda from Mark Schick who was super helpful, knowledgeable and understanding when I took a couple extra minutes to make the big decision.
Great customer service. I have not dealt with the service department but I'm sure it's top notch too.
I am a new comer to the country and was in a hunt for a decent car. I’ve visited all the major dealerships in Saskatoon, and talked and test-driven a lot of cars. The only honest salesperson I’ve met was Ryan Derksen from Mazda. He was the only one to tell me that submitting an application to the bank actually might hurt my credit score. So unless I am sure that I want a Mazda, there was no need to contact the bank. Despite that, he explained every single thing about the car, and he was the only salesperson to give me an estimate of what I’ll be paying on monthly installments given different down payment scenarios. He did that without having to submit an application to any bank. All other salespersons submitted applications and wouldn’t tell me that it will affect me, and without giving me an estimate of my payments claiming that they couldn’t do so, and this information would only be available once a bank approves the financing, to lure me into accepting them submitting the application. Ryan was also the most knowledgeable of his vehicles. He explained every single feature and had answers to all my questions. After talking for an hour about the vehicle and explaining all aspects of the deal, he took me to a long test-drive explaining everything about the driving experience while I was driving. In the end, I did not buy a Mazda, because it was over my budget. But I had to write this review because this guy deserves a 5 stars for his honesty, professionalism and customer service. For this superior and rare experience, I would do my best to get my next car from Mazda.
I will definitely consider them for my next vehicle purchase
Mark Schick is very professional and works hard in his customers best interest. Ask for his help and you will be happy
Mark Schick is awesome. Go see him. Great dealership. Great vehicles. Always loved my previous Mazda CX9. Just bought a new CX9 and better than first.
The buying experience in Mainway Mazda was absolutely amazing. Dicky was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole buying process was great and all the staff and financial manager were super friendly. If you're planning on purchasing a vehicle this is definitely the place to go and I highly recommended Dicky as a good salesmen.
They provided really friendly service to me! Randy and his team is always very hospitable. And I love how my car is always so clean after my visit!
Been buying cars from them for 15 years! Great sales staff and amazing service department, and the parts department is very easy to deal with! Would definitely recommend this place!
Mark Schick is the most knowledgeable, personable, and professional salesperson I've ever dealt with. His service and support are fantastic. If you are in the market for a new vehicle Mark is the only one to see.
Mainway Mazda is easily the best dealership experience I have encountered. Charles was absolutely wonderful as a sales consultant. His enthusiasm is contagious, and his knowledge of the product line is outstanding. Aaron and Rob in Financial Services were professional, yet relaxed. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Thank you.
be very careful signing papers. wasnt very educated on financing at the time and got ripped off hard.
Chris Pratt helped us find a vehicle we love. He offered a great deal of knowledge with respect to the available vehicles to meet our family's needs as well as the specific intricacies associated with the model we ended up buying. Outstanding service and an all around great guy. Go see Chris Pratt!!
I met Mark Schick at Mainway Mazda a couple of weeks back. Never in my life have I been this impressed by a salesperson. His product knowledge of the Mazda lineup and the competition blew me away, and I did not once feel over pressured to buy, unlike the competitors who applied so much pressure on me to buy"today", that I hated the whole new car shopping experience. I fully endorse Mark Schick as a representative for Mazda and I know I'm in the greatest of hands with him as my salesman. Thanks Mark! ZOOM ZOOM!!
I bought my 2017 Mazda CX-9 from Mainway Mazda! All the staff was very friendly. My salesmen Dicky was very helpful and knowledgeable! He went through all the details for the exterior and interior of the car with me. Their pricing was very clear, and there was no hidden fees for my purchase. I would recommend Mainway Mazda to anyone and my friends. If you are looking for a good salesmen, go see Dicky for help.
Service department has always been good, sales were not as impressive. I wasn't sure which car I was purchassing or how much it would cost me all in until I was sitting with the financing department.
Was looking for something bigger for the fam, Clayton was straight forward and knowledgeable about what was best for me, made it easy to make a decision
Piyush was an informative and helpful sales professional. He was thorough, patient and transparent.
I hate to write this but you will know why.... the following is my mistake as well, as I should have double checked, instead of trusting someone's words. It was my first time purchasing any car so I asked salesman if I could get a 2017 manufactured 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 - while I was looking for one in February 2017. I was told "done deal" and when I checked my papers lately, I saw that I have been given a 2016 manufactured car despite the fact that I literally asked for 2017 make, as it was already February 2017. I have never lost trust that badly in someone. Second of all, while I buying it back in 2017, I had a shuttle service booked to their centre as I didn't have any car to drive there. It was my salesman who picked me up to show me around, which initially I greatly appreciated. However, when I later attempted to get a better price, your salesman tried guilt-tripping me saying "c'mon didn't I give you a ride". I didn't ask him for a ride, I had asked sales desk if I could get a shuttle service. If I knew I had to buy a car while getting a shuttle, I could just look somewhere else. The only reason I gave two stars is because I like their service staff, and I appreciate their service.
Sales team is very good. Not pushy at all. Focused on education and making sure the vehicle is the right fit for you. They have no issues with multiple test drives in a variety of models. They are proud if their products, and for good reason. Finance guy's main job is upselling you on the window stickers security, their extended warranty and their anti-corrosion warranty. ..which is too bad because your last interaction with Mainway is a guy trying to squeeze an additional $2500 out of you. Servce department is excellent. They listen, ask questions and take notes. I have not had any real repairs just standard mainance so far.
Charles is awesome. Very conscientious about customer needs and satisfaction during and after the sale.
I bought my car years ago through Ryan and had a pleasant enough experience. I was excited to get my first car and loved it. I still love my car, but I'm disappointed in the fact that the one in the showroom had a rotary engine and I was told that mine would be the same, but I found out later on that mine isn't. I wouldn't have known what to look for, but I have some friends who do and it's definitely not a rotary, so I was a little angry. By then it had been over a year since I got my car, so I didn't see any reason to go back about it. I do love my Mazda, but because of my disappointment I'll look elsewhere for future vehicles.
I've been looking at purchasing a new vehicle and Chris Pratt has been so helpful and patient, answering all of my questions! Highly recommend anyone looking give him a call.
I had a great experience at Mainway Mazda today, my salesmen Clayton Kinzel was very informative and very helpful!
Great experience with Mainway Mazda with pleasant customer service, salesperson Dicky clearly explain all features in the vehicle and enrich the test drive experience.
I can only judge from the experience my girlfriend had when I was present, but the salesman repeatedly agreed about a promotion applying to her. Went back the next day after successfully working out a deal for the car to deal with financials, and they tell her that the promotion doesn't apply to her. It was only a $400 promotion, but the dealership was being so petty about how much they were willing to give her off when she was purchasing a 47,500 car from them. UPDATE: this was originally a three star review, but the inability of the dealer to call my girlfriend back when she was attempting to contact the sales manager, along with the lack of desire to follow-up and mitigate customer dissatisfaction, has caused me to change this to two stars.
I own CX9 2018 model. It is sad to report this problem, primarily on the tire department.. Very unhappy on the way tire servicing has happened. I am getting stressed with problems in this cold weather. Got my new 4 winter tyres installed in Oct. They were installed incorrectly with no wheel balancing and realized the same when I drove on highway speed after 1000km. Had to get the car in to get that fixed. Now I am realizing one of the tyres pressure comes down quite often. I got the best tyres and hoped paying premium for ur labor will get best service....but it cant be more bad or stressful as I am experiencing. Need to come again I guess
Great service and the staff here are very knowledgeable! I will definitely continue to get my vehicle serviced here.
Our salesperson (?Bill) on our first visit 4 years ago was a poor first experience with this dealership. He wouldn't answer my questions or deferred all answers to my husband and called me "sweetie" several times. He was a bit unreasonable to deal with and very condescending. Nevertheless, we bought our vehicle And had a great experience going forward with a Erin in finance, and with the service team, especially Gary. In October of this year, we returned to exchange our lease and bought a new CX5. Luckily, Bill was gone and instead we got Bob in sales. He was excellent, very efficient and helpful. After signing our sales deal, we were moved over to deal with finance. Erin is gone from her job now, which is a huge disappointment. Rob seems overwhelmed without her. He couldn't answer some of our questions about this new lease, our old lease, vehicle inspections, etc and he was very pushy, insisting that we come in and finalize everything before the end of the month, even though my work schedule didn't allow us to do so. I had to get pretty assertive over the phone for them to "allow" us to hold off until my next day off from work, pressure from them was no doubt to top up monthly sales quotas or something. Finally we made it in to sign papers and everything seemed ok after that. Now in the cold snap around Christmas, our brand new vehicle is acting strangely. I got the impression over the phone that they didn't believe me. But when I bring the vehicle in for service, they'd had other customers with the same vehicle call after so now they believe me. They keep it all day only for them to tell me they don't know what exactly the problem is so they can't fix it. I was very uneasy about taking our vehicle back in the cold weather undiagnosed. I'm told it's still safe to drive (even though they don't know the cause). That doesn't seem logical. I insisted that I was concerned about potentially causing further damage to the vehicle, driving it with the issues it is currently having, but the service advisor I dealt with wasn't concerned for my safety or for the fact that now I'm stuck with this potentially unreliable vehicle in -40C weather. I explained that I work on call and need a good vehicle to get to and from the hospital in the middle of the night, to which they informed me that we have Mazda roadside assistance if I get stranded at 3am on my way in. I'll tell that to the patient, I guess ("Sorry I'm late, my car is unreliable but Mazda said I have roadside assistance."). They encouraged me to take up my concerns with Mazda Canada, but their offices were already closed for the day. There was no service manager available either. So now I'm stuck with a temperamental BRAND NEW vehicle that feels like it's going to stall every time we drive it. It's costing us a fortune in gas as well, as the fuel economy is also suffering with whatever the mystery issue is. The customer service on this was extremely disappointing. We returned here because we loved our first CX5, and we had a great 4 years of service with Gary and the service team. Basically Mainway is lucky they sell a good product with good service support or we would not have returned. But now with trouble with the new car, coupled with the dealership & service department customer service issues, I'm unsure we're going to be quite as eager to buy Mazda in the future. Especially from this location.
Mark Schick is very knowledgeable about the Mazda brand as well as many of the popular import brands. He can show you why buying a Mazda is the right move.
I had an great experience with Brad Lambe as my salesman. His friendly demeanor and helpful tips really helped me understand what I was looking for. He really knew the product and I never felt pressured to buy! Highly recommend.
Parts department was zero help. Couldn't be bothered to send me detailed information on accessories I was interested in. I got more information looking on the Mazda web site.
Mark Schick is and has always been my go-to guy for cars....period! Knows his stuff, knows what I like and always goes above and beyond. Whenever I have had any issues, HE makes sure I am well taken care of, even came out to pick us up when i broke down just out of town, soon after i purchased my last car...just to make sure we were looked after. We will always go to him!
I drove one hour and 20 min because sales person said he needed to see my car first to give me an estimate. Tried to give numbers over the phone and explain my singular situation but sales person insisted that I needed to go and bring the car. I went there and he was late. He ask for the same numbers I wanted to give over the phone and then we realized monthly payments were not going to work. He did not even look at the car. I could have save gas and time if he would have listened.
No pressure sales, Tray has the best atmosphere. Really takes the stress away from getting you into your next ride.
I was looking for a car for my daughter and I found one that she might like at mainway Mazda so I email asking about the car, Mark Schick emailed me, I was told it was getting a lot of attention because it was less then $5000 the sales rep seemed nice and I told him I’d be there later that day. When I got there I asked for Mark and he walked my daughter and I to the car while walking to it, he didn’t seem to care about trying to get a sale. I asked him if there was anything wrong with it and he replied of course there’s going to be something wrong with it, it’s an ‘08 and acted so proud that they would tell us everything wrong with it not like Kijiji ads do and didn’t tell us what was wrong with it. And he didn’t say anything else except that he’s wants what was posted online and wasn’t willing to negotiate it. We then got to the car and was told we could only test drive it on the lot not enough to get a good feeling it was a good car. He then said he’d be inside in his office if we had any questions. It was like he didn’t even care if we wanted it or not. It was a complete waste of time. One of the back doors wouldn’t unlock with the power locks it had to be manually unlocked and there was multiple nicks on both sides of the car and a few spots of rust none of which was in the ad or him telling us. I’ll never set foot there again. I got way better service at SMP when I was buying my car. The rep at SMP stayed with me and answer any questions I had and was very polite and respectful.
We’ve purchased 3 brand new vehicles from here and never had an issue until now. My wife took her 2018 CX-9 in for an oil change, we never told them to clean the suv (I know they were trying to be nice but I’m meticulous when it comes to cleaning a vehicle) I went and picked it up about mid afternoon and immediately noticed a ding and scuff on the bumper. Upon further inspection it looked like they had dried it off with 1200 grit sandpaper. The paint looked absolutely awful, I was so disappointed. I spoke to Brian the service manager and he told me they’d have it detailed. Got it back from detailing and all they did was wax it. All the scratches and swirls are still in the paint (I took it to my professional detailer and had him look at it) The ding in the door was fixed. Thank you The scuff on the bumper wasn’t their problem. When I told them i wasn’t happy with the polish I was, for the lack of better words told, oh well we detailed it. So now I have to have the vehicle cut and polished by my detailer which will run me upwards of $700 for scratches that this dealership put into the paint. Not impressed and 10/10 wont shop here again.
I've bought a few used vehicles from Ryan at Mainway Mazda over the last several years, most recently a Toyota rav-4. He's always been honest and helpful. Go look him up for help finding a great new or used vehicle.
Charles is an exceptional employee at your dealership. He's very personal and helped me find exactly what I'm looking for in a vehicle. If you are looking for a straight up honest guy to help you find a vehicle, GO SEE CHARLES!
Hoping to save a future customer from having to go through our experience. I do not recommend this location for purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Staff stand around and stare at you upon entry, no greeting or smile which makes for an uncomfortable environment. Covid-19 precautions don't seem important as staff only wear masks upon request. Mark did a great job finding us a pre-owned Mazda that we wanted but the customer service from the day of purchase on has been terrible. A few things weren't fixed/ready like we agreed upon, requiring two more return trips only to still be left unresolved. Mark told us that the two-way command start key fob needed to be replaced by us as it could not be reprogrammed. Rob was an hour late for our scheduled appointment. I paid and signed for the Mazda Added Protection warranty, only to be told a few days later that this particular warranty cannot be honored due to the km's on the vehicle, and that it was sold to us in error. We were offered a different warranty or a refund. We contacted other Mazda dealerships nearby, got two responses stating they could sell us the warranty we were looking for on our pre-owned Mazda with its km's. Took the refund and drove to Regina Mazda where Kristy took care of us. She sold us the warranty at a lower price, gifted us all season floor mats for our trouble and travel, and sent us to a nearby company that quickly fixed our 2-way command start key fob at no cost to us (it did not need to be replaced). She accomplished more in 2 hours than staff at Mainway Mazda accomplished in two weeks. Therefore, I recommend heading to Regina if you're in the market for a pre-owned Mazda.
1. When you buy a new car, there is a anti-theft package they force you to buy, which costs $400 dollars. 2. Poor after-sale service. Wanted to have my car's window tinted, asked the sale representative. He said he would call me back and gave me the quote. No call. Then I called him, again promised to call back. Still no reply at all. After that, I contacted service department directly, guess what, no response as well. If you guys can't do the window tinting, just tell me and remove the ad on your website. Terrible service!!!
Great experience since I'm able to talk with salesman Dicky about the car models and he explained what features the vehicle has. A test drive definitely helps me to make the decision for the best fit, and also know more about the performance about the vehicle.
I'm editing my original review. When I first went to mainway Mazda I wasn't eligible to get the car I want, not because of the dealer but because of my bad credit. After a bit of work the awesome loan officer there got a deal to go through and I got my dream car! Thank you to everyone working there! You guys are awesome!
Excellent buying experience. Charles was personable, professional, patient and understanding throughout the whole buying process form first phone contact to final handshake. No surprise fees or up selling pressure. Good value purchase from good people. Thank you Don
Upon our visit, my wife and I were greeted by Mark Schick. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. We did not purchase a vehicle that day as we are shopping around, but his customer service and upbeat attitude have us wanting to purchase a vehicle from him. His no pressure sales information was also appreciated. We will be back
Back in 2016 I bought a brand new 2016 mazda3 and it's a great car. The sevice at mainway Mazda is ATROCIOUS! the salesman I bought the car off of went through the contract with me and told me I was getting different things than I was. He conned an 18 year old girl into purchasing extra coverage that didn't have anything in it that he said there was! So when I went in to get repairs done, i was shocked to not have any coverage that i had been paying for and was told was covered. I will NEVER use this dealership or service center ever again! Bunch of crooks!
Loving my new 2019 Mazda 3 AWD. Great ride, and handling. The salesmen Dicky Tam provided very satisfied service. Would definitely recommend my friends to come.
Purchased my CX-5 here last week. The salesmen Dicky and the sales manager Scott was great to deal with. Will definitely recommend anyone to go see them. Keep up with the good work guys
Booked an appointment weeks in advance as I'm from out of town. Made sure it was known I had traveled a distance. When I left the car I was asked about preference for pick-up, "As soon as possible, I have 250 km drive home." This seemed like a irrelevant question in hindsight. After 3.5 hours, they called to say they took it for a drive and could not notice anything wrong. After they took it for a second drive, they were able to recreate the symptom. They were unable to diagnose as I had taken the factory wheels off and put my winter rims/wheels (also Mazda branded, purchased from a dealer at time of purchase). This was after I informed that once their was an issue, I had taken it to a different shop to have the tires swap to eliminate them as the cause. They were unable to overcome this and insisted I had to come back with factory wheels so they could eliminate it themselves. Luckily, I do have the factory tires, but some may not so I'm not sure what those people would have to end up doing. Wasted 9 hours of my day and was further away from diagnosing the problem than when I started. By the time they got around to even looking at the car, it was unlikely they'd be able to fix anything if they had reached a diagnosis; planning ahead was for naught. I don't plan to go back and will end up travelling to Lethbridge for future warranty work. They did give it a wash, so they get an extra star for that. Update Dec 12, 2018 - Spoke with the GM at Mainway briefly after and said they could only make it right if I came back, which is fair. I however took vehicle to the Mazda Dealership in Lethbridge. Upon arrival they took my vehicle into the shop, diagnosed it, and repaired it in about 3 or 4 business hours. They did NOT need my other set of tires to diagnose the problem.
I have nothing but great experiences at Mainway Mazda. Brad Lambe is intuitive and will not let you buy a car that is not right for you. Buying a car is stressful, it's a big investment and big part of your day to day life. Brad definitely put me at ease and made the buying process much easier.
Brad was great to deal with! Low pressure coupled with his high knowledge and desire to get the right car for you made car buying a breeze
Definitely satisfied with this place! Just picked up my new SUV here. My salesmen Dicky Tam was great. Very knowledgeable person and good service! Go see him if you need a car in Mainway!
Just got our first company car here! Dicky Tam was our salesmen and he was super helpful! He helped us found a vehicle that fits all our need for the company, and we ended up with a brand new CX-9! Super happy!
Would leave no stars if I could! Being newcomers to canada we thought we was getting a good deal! Less than 7 days later the car had a leak costing over 1000 dollars to repair, during the repair the machnic found stop leek in the system so it now needs to be flushed out costing us more again. Contacted mazda but the only help we was offered was for us to pay extra to another car ! Yes this car was sold as seen but nothing was explained to us, even when we questioned it ! ! I would avoid this place and go elsewhere if you can !!
I had a wonderful experience today at Mazda with Mark Schick, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of what I was looking for and the ride that suited me the best. Thank you Mark :)
I bought my 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 from Ryan back in August 2017, and I absolutely love it. I'd like to also thank Chris for answering all the questions I had about the car. Since then, I have taken my vehicle in for it's regular servicing and am quite pleased with the service department. They always inform me of any recommended services, but aren't too pushy about them. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Mazda brand.
This is a nice place to visit. The staff are very helpful and take the time to answer all of your questions. Even if your not purchising one. But when i am i'll keep them in mind.
I had a great experience buying my new vehicle. Charles and the rest of the staff at Mazda made the process easy and fun! They were very knowledgeable and friendly.
The method in which the service department is handling appointments is unacceptable. Phoned to try for a fixed time for an oil change and they would not commit to one. Ended up that the vehicle was at the dealership for 6 hours, and WE contacted THEM to find out if it was done. This needs to change if they want us to be a repeat customer.
The staff is really nice but.. i think this is a no brainer.. but maybe i am wrong.. i go into mazda to get my vehicle appraised . so they did the "test" and drove it around ... took maybe an hour to appraise it where as other shops walked around with me and talked about the price... so they come back saying they "called" around a couple places to figure out the price of a vehicle .... so i am telling you guys.. these guys looked at my vehicle .... called around and described it to others who were familiar with the vehicle and asked for a price... did i say they have nice staff?
Need to leave the car all day for an oil change, and not even sure to do it the same day. Come on it's just an oil change! Very disappointed.
If you are looking for a a new or used car in Saskatoon talk to Clayton. Nice knowledgable guy, answers questions thoroughly, and always follows up.
Hi pressure sales. "Buy now the next appointment is for that car". Might be true but just has me leave. Just not what I want in a sales experience.
I went there and hoping that my Mazda vehicle will get fix. Asked the towing to bring my vehicle there. Leaving there for a day and when I came back they said they can’t find what the problem is. They said they are going to change some of the parts and they give me a quote of $4,000 and still not sure if it will going to be fixed or what. I told them that I am going to pull out my vehicle because I can’t able to pay that amount. They charged me $700 for a useless diagnosis. Such a waste of money. Don’t go there for a vehicle maintanance.
Clayton Kinzel was very knowledgable and helpful with my questions and showing me the right product to fit my potential needs
Just purchase a used Q5 from Mainway here. Happy with the service and salesmen. Dicky Tam was able to provide me all the history of the vehicle and he knew the vehicle inside out, very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a new ride.
Bought a Mazda 5 from Mainway Mazda in Saskatoon, sk. Its been a good little Van for me to get around the city and take on trips to around Saskatchewan. Bren is always there to help me with my new Mazda 5 and my old Mazda B4000.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We came in looking to test drive and potentially buy an SUV but after dealing with a sales agent who seemed disinterested is assisting us with our purchase we left and will not be back. Never have I felt so unimportant at a dealership.
Friendly staff and salespeople. Chris Pratt was a great help, knowledgeable and answered all my questions when I came in looking to purchase a car.
Awesome dealership to deal with! Everyone is very friendly and very helpful! Parts and service staff was great to deal with! The sales staff was awesome to deal with, very informative and helpful and actually try to help you find what your looking for. Service guys were great, kept me up to date on my repairs while my car was in the shop! I would definitely keep bringing my vehicles here!
I've had great experiences dealing with Chris Pratt from the sales department. He is very knowledgeable about the brand, and took the time to fully explain and answer all my questions honestly, without pressuring me to buy until I was ready to do so. Since purchasing my Mazda 3 in the summer of '17, he has also been a a great contact for any questions that I've had. Thanks Chris!
Go see Chris Pratt he knows the mazda line up and will set you up on the right car for what you truly need
I don’t own a Mazda I was recommended to get my service done here and I’m impressed reasonable price always greeted when I come in.I always leave happy and nice clean free wash thanks again Mazda service and parts department ????
Clayton Kinzel was great help and answered all my questions, I want to go 10 stars but it only let's me go 5. Recommend you see him for anything car buying related. Honest and knowledgeable.
Just picked up my brand new 2019 Mazda 3 here at Mainway. Very satisfy with the whole purchasing process. I would definitely recommend Dicky Tam to be your salesmen. He is very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Great team that they have there!
Was great when buying the vehicle a perfect 5 stars Pat was a great salesman to deal with but thats not why I gave a 1 star review. needed a to use the tire warranty i was given, but was outside costco and couldent drive 20 km to the store, so I got the tire at costco and they said they wouldent reimburse me anything. Even though its the exact same tire. Other places would have helped me, but apparently once you buy the car you're garbage after.
I generally get nervous around salespeople. But when I talked to your salesperson Brad L he was so easy-going and nice, even though I was obviously nervous. After a while of asking me questions about what I was interested in, which made it easier for me, then I felt okay to ask him the questions that I thought would make me look stupid. Thanks Brad, I feel way better about exploring vehicle options.
Great service, Charles was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will be recommending going to him to all of my friends and family.
While our sales rep was mediocre at best, the finance team was awful to deal with. I was told that I needed to put down $500 "as a thank you" just for the finance guy to get me approved to buy a vehicle with 0 intentions of that money ever being refunded to me, whether I decided to buy a vehicle or not. Obviously we walked away and will never be back at Mainway Mazda.
I was here for my oil change appointment. The services staff was very friendly. I also met the salesmen Dicky there. He introduced me the brand new Mazda 3, and next thing I know, I'm taking home a brand new 2019 Mazda 3! He was very great salesmen and I can almost use the word can't resist from his services!
Just bought a used Ford Escape from Mainway Mazda here. Dicky Tam was super helpful and answered all my questions. The dealership shown me all the history of the vehicle and Rob the finance manager was great as well. Super happy and excited for my new ride! Thanks guys!
Very happy with all my services from Mainway. Bren made buying my CX-5 easy and hassle free. The service department handles all my oil changes in a very timely fashion. I will be returning in the future to buy a CX-9 and you best believe I'll be looking for Bren ! :)
Last week, I went to Mainway Mazda to fix my CX9 A/C with the driver's side not working, and have the transmission oil change, from 10 am to 14h30, At the end, they said that one of the door in A/C not closing, they charged me 209 for the oil change, 209 for checking the A/C( but not fixed), and 31 for shop supplies. total is 499.97. and if I wanted to fix the A/C, they will order 1 new one from Toronto, total cost is 3,400. I found a guy in Kijiji, and he got my A/C fix in 30 minutes, the cost is only 70! Goodbye Mainway Mazda, not see you again ! My SUV is 955 KPT.
The vehicles are great however customer service here is greatly lacking. I’ve purchased two Mazdas with this company and have been a customer for years. I have a repair that needs to be completed after I placed a complaint about them with the BBB. They tell me they can drive me anywhere I need to go with their courtesy vehicle because the repairs will take all day. Well I live in Martensville, and apparently they don’t shuttle people that far, only within Saskatoon limits? I have nobody else to drive me so a courtesy vehicle is my best option. I tried a few different options,so I can somehow get the repairs done. I mentioned I can get a ride back into Saskatoon, and they still wouldn’t work with me. This doesn’t make sense to me, so I could tell them I need to be driven all the way across town to the edge of the city but they won’t drive me to my home which is the same distance/drive time? And just a side note: I’m in the market for a new vehicle and called 4 other dealerships in the city (one of which was all the way in brand court) and ALL of these other places shuttle to Martensville/Warman, so I will be taking my business elsewhere When I go to buy a new SUV. If you’re in one of the cities I mentioned I would recommend looking elsewhere for your vehicle, you won’t get the proper service you deserve.
Just picked up my used CX-5 from Mainway Mazda here. Just wanted to share my experience here. My salesmen Dicky Tam was very helpful and made the whole purchasing process very smooth and easy. The finance manager Rob was very informative too. Love this place and I would recommend all my friend to go there!
Went there to buy a cx9. No one even acknowledged we were there. The 2 sales people we're busy with other customers so we were good waiting, but after 15 minutes of awkward eye contact with other members of the staff with not so much as a friendly smile we decided this wasn't the place for us.
Great staff, bought my first Mazda from this dealership, I'll definitely be returning for another vehicle once my daughter has her license.
Mainway Mazda was able to provide me great service throughout my purchasing process. My salesmen Dicky Tam was very intelligent and knowledgeable. He was able to ask all the questions I had. Great dealership!
We’ve been searching for a vehicle (nation wide); For the passed three weeks this add has been posted, Mainway Mazda has again posted the add again yesterday. When calling the dealership- they told us it ‘Sold’ yesterday (again?) minus a star for careless management of inventory, minus a star for lying, minus a star for wasting our time. I can hardly wait to see what the IT team does at a dealership! I removed a star for a false statement.
Absolutely appalling service. First did a basic checkup for a 2012 vehicle in March and they found no problems. Barely four months later, my battery dies. Have it towed in and pay more money for them just to charge the battery and DO NOTHING TO LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM. Two weeks later, dead battery again. They wanted me to tow in AGAIN and pay FULL PRICE for more work that they could have done two weeks ago! Waste of time and $600. Never dealing with this company again, they cannot detect problems coming up nor can they be bothered to solve problems that arise.
I had done a lot research and even put down a deposit on a 2018 BMW 530 when I decided to visit the dealership that was hosting the car I had my eyes set on. It was a great deal, not only will I get the car, which is currently worth twice what we agreed on, but the financing was package with it.
I recently just purchased a new CX-5 from Mainway Mazda. The whole buying process was easy and I did not get overwhelme at all. My salesman Dicky was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. When I was picking up my vehicle he shows me all the functions in the CX-5 making sure I know how to use it before I drive out the lot. I highly recommend him and Mainway Mazda if you're looking at buying a vehicle.
Go see Dicky Tam! Just bought my brand new 2020 CX-30 from Mainway here. Love their passion of doing business. No pressure, honest, and very knowledgeable! Will definitely recommend my friend to go.
I’ve had my Mazda for about 5 years. I felt the salesmen were not too pushy like they are at a lot of dealerships. Which was a huge plus for me. They let the car sell itself. Ever since then I’ve continued taking my car here for oil changes mostly. Always good service when I take it in.
Update: Called in to Mainway and talked to Brian. He helped me order the part I needed finally. I never brought up my previous experience and he without being prompted stated he saw my review and was sorry about the experience. I thought that was big of him to not only read the review that I posted just over an hour before but to also address it and make sure there were no hard feelings. So in my books Mainway's response to this is worth the 5 stars. Called Mainway, asked for help with purchasing a cv Boot kit. Was told I could only purchase a complete cv joint which is way more money. Went online and did my own digging found a boot kit, called to confirm that I could purchase the kit which they verified was possible but could not verify what the kit actually came with. Called Rally Mazda in PA and explained the difficultly I had in figuring things out with Mainway. They were able to sort me out and confirm what pieces came with the kit. I am giving a poor review because I feel Mainway just gave me almost no effort in locating this part.
I had such great service, Charles had told me everything I needed to know about my new Mazda. I could not have asked for a better sales associate!
I had a service appointment and was told to plan to just wait as it would take 15 to 30 minutes. I was left waiting there for over an hour and a half.
Recently bought a new Mazda3. Couldn't have been happier with the experience. Charles was great to deal with. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful experience at Mainway Mazda. We had gone twice to look at some of the used vehicles we had seen online. The one we were really interested in was a Hyundai Tucson, but there was also a cx5 we liked. We worked with Ryan the first time we were there and he was very helpful answering all of our questions, however we noticed that he spent a lot more time talking about the Mazda even though we had said we were much more interested in the Hyundai. But we knew he was going to concentrate on the mazda since it was a mazda dealer, so it was no big deal. The second time we went, when we decided to test drive the Hyundai, it was Charles who worked with us. He was absolutely amazing. We told him what kind of roads we wanted to drive and he took us on a route that was perfect for test driving. Once we got back to the dealership he wasn't super pushy about making the sale, even though we had already decided we wanted to buy the vehicle that day. He answered all our questions and made the application and buying process very fast and easy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Mainway and I would definitely recommend working with either Ryan or Charles - they were both fantastic. I know for a fact that for as long as I live in Saskatoon or the area, I will be going to them for any future vehicle purchases.
The Wife and I came in to trade out of our 2014 Chevrolet Equinox, and into a new Mazda CX-5 or CX-9. Bren Hardy showed us both, new and used of both models, and you could tell this man has been trained well. He knew where all the bells and whistles were in every model, and explained them all in detail. When it came down to numbers, they were very fair. Unfortunately, we didn't end up trading as Regina Motor Products built too much into our Equinox that it made no sense to put even more negative into another new vehicle. Of course Bren could have taken the sale right there as he was still able to build a deal with a lender into a new CX-5, but in good conscience he didn't pressure us to make such a rush decision. When we have fully paid off our "upside down" finance in a couple years, we will be looking to Bren and Mainway Mazda for our next family vehicle.
Buying my new vehicle was an amazing experience with this Mazda team. Charles Inglis was superb and very knowledgeable. Not a pushy person at all. All the staff that I dealt with were so friendly. If you're planning to buy a vehicle, go to where they treat you as family not just another sale. Thanks Charles for matching me up with my CX5. Love it.
Had some of the most awful experiences with Mazda. When looking for a vehicle in the fall I waited on the lot, clearly looking for 45 mins. Not one person acknowledged me. I came back the next day, waited 20 mins before finally going inside and alsking to test drive. All the sale consultant could do was bash any other dealer while not even giving me adequate info on mazdas. I left and went and spent $36,000 at Nissan the next week.
Ensure you look for Dicky if you need a perfect match vehicle. Dicky was able to gather all the information and recommended a best fit for me in timely manner.
Just got my second Mazda vehicle from here! Service team always been great and the salesmen Dicky Tam is always on top of everything. Love visiting this place too and everyone is very friendly.
Just got my oil change here for the first time. Services was really great and I'm definitely happy that I bought my car from Mainway Mazda here! My salesmen was Dicky Tam and he had been great all along, always sent me follow up message. Love the place!
I'm loving my brand new 2019 Mazda 3. I was very happy with Mainway Mazda. The purchasing process was easy, my salesmen Dicky wasn't pushy for me to make a decision or rush me into anything. It was good experience and I would definitely recommend him and the dealership itself if anyone is looking for a new vehicle!
Great service. Randy Gee took care of me and my concerns. My wife also left very happy.
I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep to buy my first new car from. Bren was extremely professional, answered every single question I had, and I honestly felt as if he was trying to get me the best deal possible. Ive had my Mazda 3 for 3 years now, no issues and continue to love what I drive. Not only was the sales process great, the service department has also been exceptional. Thanks Mazda
Amazing experience at this place! I end up purchasing a new 2020 CX-5 from Dicky at Mainway Mazda! His service and this dealership is the best one I've been so far! Very honest doing business and no pressure at all.
great service, quick and efficient, I love my Mazda CX3
Gary, at Service Department, was extremely friendly, helpful, very professional and a great advisor . Thank you so much for the great service. Highly recommend Mainway Mazda
Always great service and fast oil change. The salesmen Dicky Tam always give me update on the latest new from Mazda. Would definitely get another Mazda from them
Friendly, knowledgable staff and salespeople. Chris Pratt was a great help and answered all our questions when we came in looking to purchase a new car.
Bren's been of enormous assistance helping me purchase and maintain my car. He's super knowledgeable, very friendly, and has been consistently available to provide help or answer any questions I have. I recommended him to some friends looking for a new vehicle and they've also been been really impressed . Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Mark Schick. He is quite knowledgeable and provides excellent service.
Great service! Just very kind, considerate down to earth people who sell an amazing product.
I've taken my Mazda CX-5 to Mainway to get it serviced whenever regular maintenance is required and the service team has been extraordinary. They always wash my car and call to follow up after an appointment to make sure that customers were satisfied with their service. This is true customer service. Will hopefully buy my next CX-5 from them!
When you have singular dealership in a city they dont care about customer. I had so many questions about the vehicle but the sales guy didnt give a proper response even when showing the vehicle, i learned all from the internet than from the sales guy. I felt this dealership is not for people with different racial background and i would never buy from this dealership and never suggest my friends and family to go there. All the sales guys should go Asia and see how to offer customer service when buying a car. Its the customer who is spending money on a depreciating asset, so customer is the king with cash.
I have had a couple great experiences buying a vehicle from Mark Schick, he is a great guy, knowledgeable, professional, and goes the extra mile. I bought an SUV from him, I was looking for something specific, and he made it happen. Shortly after I needed second vehicle and he went the extra mile to get what I wanted, and fit the budget. Thanks Mark for the hard work you did.
Whenever I taken in my Mazda CX-5 in for regular service check ups, the service team is always super friendly, very reasonable, and they always go out of their way to make the customers happy. I really appreciate all of their hard work and outstanding service. You won't experience the quality of customer service and high quality of work from any other places in town. I will be buying my next Mazda from the team at Mainway Mazda. Thanks guys!!
Came to service my car after looking at the reviews and Randy was incredibly hospitable. Got my car back looking brand new.
Awesome dealership, I love my Mazda! Go see Charles.
By far the worste mazda dealer in sask. Save yourself time, money and stress by driving 1hr north to prince albert.
Very nice dealership. Salesperson Brad was very helpful and pleasant while also being extremely knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommend talking to him if you are in the market.
I bought a pre-owned Chev Malibu 2009 a year ago from super great advice from Ryan Derksen - sales consultant at Mainway Mazda. It really fits what we really need in terms of travel demand, budget, and quality vehicle. We are very happy with the choice till now. Keep up the good work Ryan.
In June 2017 I had the extreme displeasure of purchasing a Mazda 3 from RYAN DERKSEN. I had previously visited meidl Honda and walked around the lot for 45 mins without being acknowledged. After sharing this with Ryan he assured me he would take care of me as I was concerned purchasing a vehicle on my own.The day I picked up my new vehicle it was made clear I didn't matter. I had contacted Ryan when safety sensors started going off in my vehicle daily and was told my concerns were a non issue to him. Every time he promises to follow up on an issue I would wait around for months with no response. I have had my vehicle for 8 months and dealing with Ryan I have never experienced such sexism in my life. Every conversation I have had with him he treats me like I am stupid and will not take me seriously. He talks a big game but is only kind to make money. Would highly reccommend finding a dealership that treats everyone equally and follows through with after care.
Great staff and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend, I was approved and in a new vehicle in a couple days????
HAD THE ABSOLUTE BEST MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CHRIS PRATT! very knowledgeable and extremely helpful will definitely be back to mainway mazda!
Had a very poor experience at this dealership last month! The sales rep was very good explained the car very well, took us out for a good test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car itself! We were buying the mazda cx-5 which we loved and still love! The parts that really bothered me was the actual buying of the car. We dealt with Rob who must be the sales manager because he went through all the signing of the papers and asking how were paying. I found Rob extremely rude, he was very pushy on the after products like warranty and paint protection and all the other optional things. He stated they weren't that much money and made a comment that "with my girlfriends salary she should have no problem paying the extra money"! For me that is an extremely rude and invasive comment to make, you have no right to say things like that! We stated three times we didnt want the extended warranty and protection plans and he still pestered us about it until she finally agreed to take the protection plan and extended warranty. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Instead of trying to pull every last penny from people let them decide on what they would like to do without pestering them about it! Why not let your product speak for itself like the sales rep did for the car!! On top of that experience she had traded in her car to mazda with the winter tires on it and we'd agreed on them changing the winters off and putting the summers back on and us keeping the winters to sell them! They were supposed to do this immediately but didn't and we emailed and called them about the matter but never got back to us! So i went down there one day after a month of trying to get them and asked for them back to find out that they were ready to be picked up but we were never told! So very disappointed in the experience! When buying a car you would like to walk away happy and consider buying another car there but not us! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR THERE!!!
Amazing service and vehicle is great. Dicky Tam was very informative. Mainway Mazda was a great place to shop for my car.
Mark at Mainway helped me pick out the perfect SUV for me. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything or make decisions I wasn’t comfortable making. I’ve had my SUV for 2 months now and I can say there is nothing that I dislike about it. Mark at Mainway will be my new go to.
took my vechiel for warrenty parts on wednesday. i had to call in wednesday and thursday to figure put my statis of my vechiel. picked up friday and fond out they wrecked a part so had to leave all weekend. they call me monday went to pick it up witched they didnt fall though what they said over the phone so had to go back inside and explain. got home to find out when there fixing thier scew up they left a bunch of work boots foot prints in the backseat carpet. very unsatisfied with the quailty of work and unreliable service i received.
Just purchased my second Mazda here! Love the service in this place and my salesmen Dicky Tam is always super helpful! Keep up with the good job guys!
Just picked up my brand new 2020 CX-30 here! Amazing vehicle that they made. My salesmen Dicky Tam was very informative. Super helpful!
Sold me a miata with a Blaupunkt stereo, absolutely electric, but got er smashed at a local nightclub, backs gone now
Clayton was incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, fun and easygoing. He answered all my questions, was patient with no pressure while I considered my options and took time on his day off to get the purchase of my new vehicle set in motion. The day I took it home he walked me through all the options of my new cx30, showed me a few things I wouldn't have noticed on my own and was a joy to work with. If I ever need another vehicle I'll be going back to Clayton. :) Rob talked me through every step of my financing, started the process over the phone later in the evening at my convenience and had everything ready to sign when I entered his office for my appointment. He clearly explained the warranty and put no pressure on me to purchase extra warranty or options. He made what is usually a stressful experience a breeze. Thank you again!
The best customer service I have ever experienced. Went in to get a FOB replaced because I lost it, they were kind and went out of there way to send me happily on my way (within 20 min, with a new FOB). Excellent service! Will go there for all future Mazda vehicle needs.
It takes me a while to do reviews because I review the whole experience. I bought my madza cx-5 2 yrs ago. Well what I can say is this Whenever I taken in my Mazda CX-5 in for regular service check ups, the service team is always super friendly, very reasonable, and they always go out of their way to make the customers happy. I really appreciate all of their hard work and outstanding service. You won't experience the quality of customer service and high quality of work from any other places in town. I will be buying my next Mazda from the team at Mainway Mazda. Thanks guys!! now for the Vehicle, love it, meets & exceeds expectatons however my only complaint is Mazda could really improve the paint. I have so many stone chips on my hood just from driving on Circle Drive. Do you know if this is a warranty issue?
I have bough 5 Mazdas from this dealership over the years. I was treated fairly by an informed sales staff on every occasion and very satisfied with the reliability and performance of the vehicles I bought. The service department is fantastic
Bren was a great help in the purchase of our new car.
Ryan at Mainway is by far the best there is. He is above and beyond knowledgeable of the cars and their underpinnings. When I was in the market to buy a new car, he made the effort to meet me downtown for a test drive, rather than me go to him. He really goes above and beyond for his customers.
Visited today and did my second service appointment here. The service team was always so friendly. The salesmen that sold me the vehicle Dicky Tam always come and say hi to me. I always feel welcome here. Good job guys.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Had vehicle serviced there and service staff treated me as a valued customer and looked after my vehicle. Will highly recommend service department and whole dealership to all family and friends. Keep up the excellent customer service Mainway Mazda
Finally picked up the new 2018 Mazda 6 from Mainway Mazda here. They have great incentives there now and couldn't resist! Dicky was very helpful, and we chat for about 6 months before I made the purchase. He was very patience and updated the incentives information for me every month. Love the salesmen and love the dealership. Would definitely recommend my friends to go
Just got my brand new 2019 CX-3 there! I'm super happy with the great services they provided. Dicky was very intelligent and easy to work with. Definitely recommend him as a salesmen and this dealership!
I owned my second Mazda and super loving it! Their cars are reliable and super fuel efficient skyactive!!! (Trust me!) I love the "zoom-zoom" feeling and elegant looking of the exteriors and interiors of their cars! My uncle purchased his Mazda 6 GT V6 in 2005 (i think) with them and highly recommended to us! My husband bought his SUV with them in 2012 and mine was 2015. My first time to purchase my own vehicle at this local branch. We were taken care so much by Ryan and understood what I can only afford and need in the car. I asked a lot of questions and he was so honest and patient with his answers. Unlike the other dealership we went to felt intimated and pushy into buying their vehicles. And I hate that feeling! Mazda's (sales and maintenance dept.) customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at this local dealership in Saskatoon!!!
Just bought my new Nissan Rogue from here! The used car selection is always great in this dealership. The salesmen named Dicky Tam always keep me posted on what's new coming in, and we finally got what we want! Great job guys and I would definitely recommend my friends to come.
I've received questionable advice/unnecessary recommendations from the service department a couple times now. I'd highly advise getting a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Their oil changes are a great deal though which is why I continue to go there for that particular service.
Sales man was a meat head. Doesnt listen to what you want and try to sell what he wants to get rid of.
Just purchased my Mazda 3 at Mainway Mazda here. Great staff there! My salesmen Dicky and the finance manager Rob was very easy to work with! Enjoyed the car and the people there!
